Abstract

Pantai The Legend-Pamekasan merupakan kawasan wisata yang dikelilingi oleh lima stasiun pemantauan, di mana terdeteksi kontaminasi bakteri Escherichia coli. Bakteri ini dapat berkembang biak dengan cepat di perairan yang memiliki kandungan nutrien yang cukup, terutama bahan organik total. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kelayakan kawasan wisata Pantai The Legend-Pamekasan berdasarkan kelimpahan E. coli serta menganalisis hubungan antara konsentrasi bahan organik total dengan kelimpahan E. coli di lokasi penelitian. Kelimpahan bakteri dianalisis menggunakan metode filtrasi membran berdasarkan standar ISO 9308-1:2014, sedangkan kandungan bahan organik total dianalisis mengacu pada SNI 06-6989.22-2004. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan E. coli di Stasiun 7 (Pantai The Legend-Pamekasan) berada dalam kategori aman sebagai kawasan wisata pantai, dengan nilai 30 CFU/mL. Namun, aktivitas berenang dan snorkeling tidak direkomendasikan di sekitar area pantai, karena Stasiun 1 (muara) dan Stasiun 3 (area pembuangan limbah pencucian ikan) memiliki kelimpahan bakteri yang melebihi ambang batas baku mutu berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 22 Tahun 2021. Analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara konsentrasi bahan organik total terhadap kelimpahan E. coli di seluruh stasiun penelitian (ρ = 0,01; p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan limbah di sekitar lokasi untuk mencegah potensi pencemaran lebih lanjut dan menjaga keberlanjutan Pantai The Legend-Pamekasan sebagai destinasi wisata yang aman dan layak.

Abstract

Padelegan Village is a coastal village that has a high risk of experiencing physiological stress in the form of pollution produced by domestic waste and industrial waste. This community service activity aims to foster an attitude of caring for the environment, especially character building in Padelegan 1 Elementary School students from an early age. This activity was carried out using three activity programs, namely socializing environmental awareness, reforestation practices through planting green beans and family medicinal plants (toga), education on types of waste, and making rubbish bins using used goods (gallons). The results of the activity showed that as many as 30 students representing 10 students each from classes IV, V, and VI showed that all students were interested in applying and re-practicing the activities that had been carried out. This shows that the entire program that has been carried out and the objectives of the program that have been implemented have succeeded in fostering an attitude of caring for the environment from an early age.

Abstract

Perkembangan webgis yang saat ini belum ada pembaruan berdasarkan kondisi lapang yang terkini sehingga perlu adanya pembaruan dalam manajemen data geospasial melalui webgis Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan sistem informasi geografis berbasis WEB dalam meningkatkan akurasi informasi terkait rekam jejak sumur minyak dan gas bumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei lapang dalam mendapatkan informasi yang akurat. Survei lapang (ground check) dilaksanakan untuk validasi data geospasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan QGIS sebagai pembuatan webgis dapat memberikan hasil yang baik pada saat dioperasikan melalui komputer ataupun telepon seluler. Pembaruan data informasi dilakukan dengan survei lapang, dimana dari hasil tersebut bahwa perusahaan yang melakukan eksplorasi sudah tidak melakukan pengeboran di lokasi tersebut. Perangkat lunak QGIS terbukti mampu memberikan hasil yang baik dengan memanfaatkan alat tambahan QGIS Cloud karena dalam pengolahan datanya dapat dilakukan secara daring dan luring. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan bahwa data pengeboran perlu adanya pembaruan dalam memberikan informasi yang akurat dan relevan.

Abstract

Total produksi Provinsi Jawa Timur mengalami lonjakan signifikan yakni sebesar 782.706,26 ton dan tiga kabupaten di Madura masih menjadi penyumbang terbesar pada tahun 2018. Dalam meningkatkan rendemen produksi garam, perlu dilakukan peningkatan teknologi dan kualitas bahan baku yang digunakan. , sehingga nantinya dapat menghasilkan garam yang mempunyai kualitas yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kadar mineral dan pencemaran pada air laut sebagai bahan baku utama garam. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dimana penentuan titik pengambilan sampel adalah 500 meter ke arah barat, sedangkan jarak 1000 meter ke arah laut adalah dari titik pengambilan sampel air yang berada di permukaan laut. Hasil analisis di laboratorium menemukan bahwa konsentrasi bahan organik dan pencemaran yang masih ada di sekitar perairan Desa Padelegans berada di atas batas baku mutu air laut nasional baik di sungai maupun di laut. Tingginya konsentrasi didaerah penelitian dapat disebabkan adanya aktivitas masyarakat berupa perikanan dan wisata di sekitar tambak garam. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah tingginya kadar mineral dan pencemaran di lokasi penelitian akan berdampak pada kualitas garam yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Research related to aerosols in Indonesia is still very minimal compared to sea surface temperature parameters and other oceanographic parameters. This study is a preliminary study that aims to determine the variation in aerosol distribution and its influence by variations in sea surface temperatures in the areas crossed by Arlindo, especially the savu sea. Savu sea surrounded by Flores islands (Sumba Regency, Kupang Regency, and Manggarai Regency) has a variation of SPL from 22 - 30 °C, where in the wetar strait, ombai strait, and sumba strait in the northwest part of sawu often occur low temperatures. While the value of aerosol spread is ranging from 0 - 0.3. Thus, a numerical model is needed that can help in analyzing the results that currently exist.

Abstract

Prancak Village is a coastal village located in Sepulu Subdistrict, Bangkalan Regency, which has an important ecosystem in the form of coral reefs and seagrass beds. This study aims to map the distribution of bottom sediments and determine the influence of hydrodynamic conditions on sediment distribution. Data collection was conducted at 20 stations using a core sampler, and sediment samples were analyzed for granulometry in the laboratory. Supporting parameters such as currents, waves, tides, and bathymetry were also recorded. The results of this study show that bottom sediments in the coastal area of Prancak Village are dominated by sand with a sand content of 94.914-99.598% and silt and clay content ranging from 0.323-5.086%. The results of sediment classification showed that fine sand dominated at some points, while coarse mud dominated at other locations. The dominance of sandy sediments in the coastal area of Prancak Village creates substrate conditions that support seagrass growth and the sustainability of the coral reef ecosystem. This study provides information on the distribution of bottom sediments as a basis for coastal management and development planning, as well as erosion and sedimentation mitigation in the coastal area of Prancak Village, Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

Coastal areas are highly dynamic environments facing increasing threats from both natural processes and human activities, such as coastal erosion, sea level rise, and land use changes. Prancak Village is one such coastal area vulnerable to geomorphological changes. This study aims to assess coastal vulnerability through geomorphological analysis using the Coastal Vulnerability Index (CVI) method. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources, including satellite imagery, field surveys, digital elevation models (DEMs), and data from relevant agencies. The analyzed parameters comprised coastal morphology, beach slope, shoreline change, wave height, and tidal range. The CVI calculation yielded a value of 6.93, which falls within the 5.8–10.06 range classified as “low vulnerability” (20–40% vulnerability level), indicating that the study site has relatively low susceptibility to the physical factors assessed Although the overall index is low, local physical dynamics still pose risks in certain areas, confirming that geomorphology and coastal ecosystem conditions are more decisive in determining vulnerability than oceanographic parameters such as wave height.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the tidal characteristics in the southern coastal area of ​​Madura using the least squares-based harmonic analysis method with Python programming. This method is used to obtain tidal harmonic constants and determine the tidal type in the study area. The analysis results show that the M₂ component is the dominant component with an amplitude of 0.498 m, followed by the K₁, O₁, and S₂. The Formzahl value of 1.056 indicates that the tidal type in the southern coastal area of ​​Madura is a mixed tide tending to be semidiurnal. Model validation using the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) produced a value of 0.201 m, indicating that the modeling results have a fairly good level of accuracy. The results of this study are expected to be a reference in the planning and management of coastal areas in Madura waters.
