Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide local business people with the knowledge they need to invest in Indonesia. The most recent investment-related laws and regulations are also covered in this activity. This activity provides explanations on a variety of investment-related topics as well as the most recent data on how simple it is to invest in Indonesia. This is crucial for improving investor comprehension so that they can always operate and grow their businesses in accordance with the most recent rules established by the Indonesian government. This includes understanding the rights that investors can obtain as well as the responsibilities that investors must fulfill when operating a business in Indonesia. The goal of this activity is also to help business actors submit LKPM (Investment Activity Reports) by online submission and to help business investors in the Southwest Aceh District understand the Investment Policy for conducting business and the implementation of the current Investment Policy.

Abstract

The rise of online gambling in society is increasingly concerning. The Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) found that financial transactions related to online gambling reached IDR 101 trillion until the first quarter of 2024. Raids carried out by the authorities often catch online gambling perpetrators not only adults but also teenagers. The method used in this community service activity is to conduct presentations in delivering materials and interactive discussions with participants. The activity results show that most teenagers gamble online because they start with curiosity and want to know. Hence, they decide to try it first until they finally become addicted. This community service activity is one of the activities that support the Aceh Government's efforts to eradicate gambling activities, especially in the West Aceh Region. The results of this activity are expected to provide awareness and early prevention for teenagers so that they do not fall too far into activities that are not beneficial and have many negative effects that will ultimately hinder the productivity of teenagers

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the conceptual analysis of economic development planning to human development. The conceptual analysis in this study aims to provide an in-depth explanation of economic development planning to human development, using secondary data in the form of related books and journal articles. The research results from a conceptual analysis perspective show that economic development planning to human development shifts the focus of the development paradigm from capital-centric, oriented toward capital accumulation and gross domestic product growth, to human-centric, oriented toward expanding human capabilities and well-being. Economic development planning is an instrument of socio-economic engineering, while human development is its moral compass and ultimate goal. A well-thought-out development plan rejects the assumption that economic growth automatically trickles down. Instead, it consciously invests economic capital into human capital, creating a virtuous cycle in which qualified people will drive much stronger, innovative, and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah penduduk terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan PDB sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Data yang dianalisis merupakan data sekunder berupa data tahunan yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) untuk periode 2020–2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Hasil analisis juga mengindikasikan bahwa PDB berperan sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan antara jumlah penduduk dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

West Aceh Regency is one of the regions in Aceh Province that faces quite complex poverty challenges. Although this region has abundant natural resources and agricultural potential, its utilization has not been optimal in improving the welfare of the community. The Aceh Province Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded that the percentage of poor people in West Aceh was 17.60%, still above the national average of 9.36% (BPS Aceh, 2024). This means that out of every 100 residents in West Aceh, approximately 18 people still live below the poverty line. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of economic growth, unemployment rates, and education on poverty in West Aceh in 2014-2024. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, the results showed that economic growth has no significant and positive effect on poverty in West Aceh Regency. The unemployment rate has no significant and positive effect on poverty in West Aceh Regency. The level of education has a significant and positive effect on poverty in West Aceh Regency. The West Aceh Regency government, as policymakers, is expected to prioritize sectors capable of reducing poverty by improving the quality of education and raising public awareness of its importance.

Abstract

Kebijakan pelepasan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) non-subsidi pada mekanisme pasar (floating price) telah menciptakan kerentanan baru berupa guncangan sisi penawaran. Wilayah periferal seperti Kabupaten Aceh Barat memiliki risiko asimetri spasial yang tinggi terhadap fenomena price pass-through effect yang agresif akibat ketergantungan absolut pada sektor transportasi darat dalam rantai pasoknya. Diskursus akademik mengenai inflasi akibat BBM selama ini mengalami research gap karena cenderung bias pada agregasi data nasional atau terpusat di Pulau Jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekonstruksi dan mengukur secara empiris tingkat elastisitas transmisi harga BBM non-subsidi terhadap pembentukan cost-push inflation di Kabupaten Aceh Barat melalui pendekatan ekonomi spasial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan mengadopsi Regresi Polinomial Orde-2 (Kuadratik) berbasis data deret waktu mingguan (high-frequency data) periode pasca-Juni 2026. Teknik data centering diaplikasikan sebelum transformasi polinomial untuk mengeliminasi structural multicollinearity. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh data variabel telah stasioner pada tingkat first difference (I(1)). Model kuadratik terpilih sebagai spesifikasi yang paling robust (AIC = 185,12; Adjusted R-Squared = 0,812) serta berhasil memenuhi seluruh postulat Gauss-Markov (BLUE). Pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa dinamika harga BBM non-subsidi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh determinan yang solid terhadap pembentukan inflasi daerah (p < 0,001). Secara parsial, kontribusi kebaruan (novelty) dari penelitian ini terletak pada penemuan parameter kuadratik (β2) yang bernilai positif (0,0089; p < 0,001), yang membuktikan bahwa fungsi transmisi cost-push inflation membentuk kurva parabola cembung ke bawah atau terakselerasi secara eksponensial. Secara teoritis, penemuan ini mengonfirmasi eksistensi threshold effect dan market panic di tingkat regional. Ketika eskalasi harga energi melampaui batas toleransi psikologis, pelaku sektor distribusi akan membebankan biaya freight secara exponensial sebagai instrumen lindung nilai (hedging). Implikasi praktis dari studi ini mendesak Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah (TPID) Kabupaten Aceh Barat untuk memformulasikan model mitigasi inflasi yang presisi dan berbasis pada karakteristik rantai pasok lokal, alih-alih bersifat reaktif.Kata Kunci: BBM Non-Subsidi, Cost-Push Inflation, Regresi Polinomial, Ekonomi Spasial, Kabupaten Aceh Barat
