Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of Management Functions in the Lagading Village Office, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to determine the increase in human resources in the lagading village office, Pitu Riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district and to determine the application of management functions to improving human resources in lagading village office, pitu riase sub-district, sidenreng rappang district. The population in this case was 1,291 people, while the sampling used was accidental sampling, using quantitative descriptive research, and data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, data quality test, using frequency tables, regression methods and hypothesis testing. The results showed the application of the management function in the lagading village office, pitu riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district with an average percentage value of 64.5% in the good category, while the increase in human resources in the lagading village office, pitu riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district with an average percentage 65%. The application of the management function to improving human resources in the lagading village office, pitu riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district has a significant effect of 19% and the remaining 81% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the conceptual framework of this study. This shows that the implementation of the management function to increase human resources in the lagading village office, Pitu Riase sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district has not been optimal.Keywords: coordination and implementation of government.

Abstract

Government's Strategy in Implementing Online Learning Systems during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (Supervised by Mr. Muhammad Ikbal and Mrs. Erfina).The purpose of this study is to determine the government's strategy in implementing an online learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and also to find out what factors influence government satregi in implementing an online learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic in the District Pitu Riase, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.The study population was 2230 parents / guardians / guardians of students from 26 schools. While the research sample was 96 people. While the sampling used is quota sampling, using quantitative descriptive research, and the data collection techingues used in this study are by using techinque 1). Observation, 2). Questionnaire, 3). Interview, 4) Literature study. The collected data were then analyzed using a frequwncy tabel and using tehe SPSS 21 application.The resluts of this study indicate that the Government's Strategy in Implementing Online Learning Systems during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pitu Riawa district, Sidenreng Rappang regency can be categorized as good with a percentage of 62.8%. The factors that affect the online learning system strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic are a). The information system factor has an impact of 0.6%, b). The learning process ability factor has an impact of 2%, c). Allocation factors for means of impact are 7.2 and 10.4% d). The standard organizational structure has an impact of 1.5%, e). The policy factor regarding HR management has an impact of 6.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the government policy regarding the management of business entities owned by the village of Abbokongang, Kulo district, Sidenreng Rappang district and to find out how the management of enterprises owned by the village of Abbokongan, Kulo district, Sidenreng Rappang district. The population in all heads of families in Abbokongan Village A total of 508 family heads from the total population of 1864 people, while the sampling used was a purposive sampling technique where the sampling was taken with the consideration of the researcher, that of the 51 people selected they were people who knew about management. BUMDes. This type of research is quantitative with a quantitative descriptive type approach that aims to explain systematically and professionally. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. The results obtained through questionnaires from policy implementation. The accumulation of the average percentage results of the 8 question items on the policy implementation indicators above, then the average percentage result is 73.3%, it can be concluded that this indicator is in the category "Well". The accumulation of the average percentage results from the 7 question items on the BUMDes management indicator above, then the average percentage result is 69%, it can be concluded that this indicator is in the "Good" category. The calculated f value is 0.003 with a significant level of 0.954 > 0.05 then the regression model can be used to predict the implementation variable or in other words there is an effect of implementation on the management of BUMDes. The value of correlation/relationship ® is 0.452, from the output obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.205 which implies that the effect of implementation on BUMDes management is 20.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Consultative Body in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, which has an important position in the village government system. In Article 3 of Permendagri No.110/2016 it is stated that the purpose of setting up the Village Consultative Body is to emphasize the role of the Village Consultative Body in the administration of Village Government, to encourage the Village Consultative Body to be able to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the Village community, to encourage BPD in realizing good governance in the village. . research based on this method is a population survey research is a generalization area consisting of objects or subjects that have certain qualities and characteristics determined by researchers to be studied and then drawn conclusions. Data collection techniques are the most strategic steps in research because the main purpose of this research is to obtain data. The data collection techniques used in this study are as follows: Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, Literature Study. Research using quantitative research methods, the data in this study must be converted into numbers. Descriptive statistics are statistics that describe phenomena or data characteristics. Regarding the role of the Consultative Body in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Of the three indicators, including: active role, participatory role, passive role, obtained an average percentage of 39.2% is in the Less Good category.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to participatory leadership of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office on the Development of Pavilion Tourism Objects, Enrekang District, Enrekang district, Galonta Villagei. Theipopulationiin thisistudyiwere 47 employeesiatithe Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism with sampling using the saturated sample formula so that Obtained a sample of 47 people . This type of research is descriptive and quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 application. Theiresults ofithisistudyiindicateithat the influence of participatory leadership with a percentage of 61.4% has a good effect. The development of the Pavilion tourist attraction with a percentage of 50.1% is not good. The influence of leadership "Influential/Significant" onithe development ofithe tourist attraction ofithe platform ofithe Enrekang sub-district, Enrekang district, Galonta village withia valueiof ticount titable or 3.,331 ≥ 2,212 with an influence percentage of 19.8%, so the influence of participatory leadership ofithe youthsports anditourism officeion the development of the object Pavilion tourism in Gallonta Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency has not been effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of village officials on the management of village archives in Buntu Buangin Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 658 residents in Buntu Buangin Village, Watang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with sampling using the slovin formula so that a sample of 87 people was obtained. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is using the IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 Application. The results of this study indicate that the Village Apparatus Performance 57.3% has less role. Village Archives Governance 59.16% less role. The Performance of the Village Apparatus "Influential/Significant" on the management of the Village Archives in Buntu Buangin Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a t-count value t table or 3.019 1.66298 with a percentage of the influence of 97%, so the Performance of the Village Apparatus The Management of Archives in Buntu Buangin Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has not been effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategy Pengembangan Sektor Pariwisata Terhadap Masyarakat di Desa Leppangeng Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan kuantitatif pendekatan. Variabel strategy pengembangan pariwisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, hal ini mampu dipandang asal signifikansi strategi pengembangan pariwisata sebanyak 0,903, yang berarti lebih akbar asal tingkat signifikansi yang dig dan dapat dilihat berasal thitung sebesar 0.123, yang berarti thitung lebih akbar dari t tabel, yaitu sebesar 0.022. As a result of this, Ha diterima, bahwa strategy Pengembangan Pariwisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat kurang lebih objek wisata secara parsial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pemerintah dan upaya pengembangan skill pada program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menerapkan teori implemenentasi kebijakan yang dikemukan oleh Edward III serta menggunakan jenis metode studi kasus dan penelitian kualitatif. Peserta program pertukaran mahasiswa mardeka bertugas sebagai subjek penelitian, bersama dengan dosen. Pengamatan langsung dan wawancara adalah dua metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan N-Vivo 12 plus. Implementasi kebijakan pemerintah pada program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka akan berjalan dengan baik apabila ada kerjasama Dosen dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dialami pihak birokrasi kampus khususnya dalam komunikasi atau koordinasi yang dimiliki PIC. Upaya pengembangan skill melalui program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka menujukkan bahwa melalui program ini, mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan soft skill seperti  pengendalian emosional dan komunikasi yang baik untuk menyelesaikan suatu tugas dan hard skill berupa pengetahuan dan teknis dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the Independent Student Exchange Program at Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang University in 2022 will implement government policies and build capabilities. This study uses the theory of Edward III. The theory of policy implementation is presented using a case study methodology and a qualitative research style. Participants in the Free Student Exchange program are research subjects, along with lecturers. Direct observation and interviews are the two data collection methods used. N-Vivo 12 Plus is used to perform data analysis. Implementation of state requirements for independent student exchanges is going well, as faculty and staff work together to fulfill their duties. In addition, the campus bureaucracy has several obstacles, especially in organization and communication.

Abstract

The farmer card is a card specifically designed to allocate subsidized fertilizers to farmers. This study aims to determine the level of community welfare towards the farmer card program in Bolu Village, Panca Rinjang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The benefit of this research is that it can provide input, and information, and become material for policymakers related to organizational culture in the performance of village apparatus so that they can optimize good relations and become a consideration for further strategic steps. This research uses quantitative methods, the population in this study is the people of Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency who are registered as recipients of the Farmer Card Program as many as 600 farmers who are members of 28 farmer groups. Data analysis will be carried out using the SPSS program. The research data were analyzed using statistical tools consisting of measurement scale instruments, data quality tests, simple linear regression, ion and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis Ha: The effectiveness of the program has a significant effect on the welfare of the community in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang Distriand ct, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Tcotable blof value or 10.087 1.66320 then Ha is accepted, meaning it is significant. So, Effectiveness influences/significantly affects Community Welfare in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The percentage value of the indicator for the level of community welfare for the Farmer Program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 58% which is in the unfavorable category.
