Abstract

The practice of buying and selling by minors is a growing phenomenon in contemporary society, both in simple transactions in the local community and through digital media. This situation raises legal issues related to the validity of contracts and child protection from an Islamic legal perspective. This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic law to the practice of buying and selling by minors in the context of contemporary society. This study uses a juridical-normative method with a qualitative approach through library research. Data sources include the Qur'an, Hadith, classical and contemporary fiqh books, scientific journals, and relevant laws and regulations. Data were analyzed using a descriptive-analytical method with a maqasid al-shariah approach. The results show that Islamic law essentially permits the involvement of minors in buying and selling practices on a limited basis, provided they have the permission and supervision of a guardian and do not cause harm. Meanwhile, buying and selling by minors who are not yet mumayyiz is considered invalid. In the context of contemporary society, the application of Islamic law must be contextualized, emphasizing the principle of protecting children's minds and property. This research confirms that Islamic law plays a role not only as a legal norm but also as an ethical guideline for protecting and guiding children in safe and beneficial economic activities.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine how the implementation of a green economy can be understood and operationalized from an Islamic perspective through a review of sustainable development policies. The method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach with a literature review of academic sources, international and national policy reports, and contemporary Islamic economics literature. The results of the study indicate that green economy principles such as resource efficiency, low-carbon development, social inclusiveness, and ecosystem protection are normatively aligned with the objectives of the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah (Islamic principles), particularly in safeguarding religion (ḥifẓ al-dīn), life (ḥifẓ al-nafs), intellect (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), progeny (ḥifẓ al-nasl), and wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl). In the context of sustainable development policies, the implementation of an Islamic-based green economy is reflected in policy instruments that encourage green investment, equitable natural resource management, the strengthening of sustainable Islamic finance, such as green sukuk, and regulations that limit overexploitation and environmental damage. However, this study also identifies several challenges, including the limited integration of Islamic values ​​in public policy formulation, the dominance of conventional economic paradigms focused solely on growth, and weak coordination among stakeholders. Therefore, this article emphasizes the importance of mainstreaming Islamic economic values ​​in sustainable development policies so that the implementation of a green economy is not merely technocratic but also grounded in ethics and moral responsibility, thereby achieving sustainable, equitable prosperity aligned with long-term development goals.

Abstract

Demand is a fundamental concept in economics that explains the relationship between consumers' needs, desires, and ability to consume goods and services. From an Islamic economic perspective, the concept of demand is not solely based on material satisfaction but is also framed by Sharia values, which emphasize morality, ethics, and social responsibility. This article aims to review the literature related to the concept of demand in Islam and to examine how the integration of Sharia values ​​influences Muslim consumer behavior. The method used is a literature review of various scholarly sources, including books, journals, and articles relevant to Islamic economics and consumer behavior. The results of the review indicate that demand in Islam is influenced by the principles of halal (permissible) and haram (forbidden), balance (wasathiyah), the prohibition of israf (prohibition of excessive consumption), and an orientation toward the benefit of the community. The integration of these values ​​encourages Muslim consumers to be spiritually rational, moderate in consumption, and consider the social and environmental impacts of every economic decision. Thus, the concept of demand in Islam differs from conventional economics because it places Sharia values ​​as the primary foundation in shaping Muslim consumer behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 75 orang. Sedangkan variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas (independent variable) dengan variabel terkait (dependent variable). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,885 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang erat antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan Mahasiswa Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru. Sedangkan R square di dapat 0,783 yang berarti kualitas pelayanan memiliki kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 78,3% terhadap Mahasiswa Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru. Secara parsial diperoleh variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru dengan t hitung 16,244 > t tabel 1,665 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Persamaan regresi linear sederhana sebagai berikut: Y = -0,4685 + 0,092 X.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at the Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiah Islamic Boarding School (PPMTI) Tanjung Berulak with the theme "Introduction to Sharia Finance as a Solution for Islamic Financial Management through a Participatory Education Program Based on Counseling." This program aims to increase students' understanding and awareness of the concepts and practices of sharia financial management as an alternative financial management in accordance with Islamic principles. The activity is designed to equip students not only with normative Islamic knowledge, but also with the application skills in applying sharia financial principles, particularly through an introduction to the systems and products of sharia financial institutions such as Sharia Banks. The activity stages began with preparation that included coordination with the boarding school management, preparation of educational materials, and development of supporting media in the form of presentation materials. The activity was attended by grade XII students with a participatory counseling approach through interactive lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. This approach provides space for students to actively participate, explore understanding, and relate the material to the context of everyday life. The results of the activity demonstrate an increased understanding among students of the urgency of Islamic financial management, as well as a growing interest and enthusiasm for implementing Islamic financial principles in their personal and social lives. This program is expected to encourage students to become agents of Islamic financial literacy in their communities, supporting the creation of an Islamic and sustainable society.

Abstract

The Islamic finance and banking industry has experienced significant development in recent decades, particularly in Indonesia, the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. This growth is characterized by an increasing number of Islamic financial institutions, product innovation, and increasingly strong regulatory support. This article examines the transformation of the Islamic finance sector in the digital era, the challenges of regulation, and the opportunities for developing products and services based on Islamic principles. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this article discusses the basic concepts of Islamic banking, its historical evolution, the variety of Islamic financial products such as profit-sharing financing and buying and selling, and the dynamics of industry development amidst technological change. The study results indicate that although the Islamic banking industry faces various challenges, such as low Islamic financial literacy, limited human resources, and intense competition with conventional banking, its growth potential remains significant. This is supported by the use of financial technology (fintech), increased financial inclusion, and increasingly conducive government policies. Therefore, innovative and collaborative strategies are needed to strengthen the competitiveness of the Islamic finance industry in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sarana prasarana terhadap prestasi olahraga atlet di Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia(KONI) Provinsi Riau, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi Atlet di Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Provinsi Riau. Dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana prasarana dan motivasi terhadap prestasi Atlet Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini model dan teknik analisa data menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Sebelum dilakukan analisis regresi sederhana terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji kualitas instrumen penelitian dan uji asumsi klasik yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS (statistical Statistical Program Society Science) versi 21 for windows. berdasarkan hasil pengujian Sarana dan Prasarana dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Sarana dan Prasarana mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Olahraga Atlet Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Provinsi Riau. Kedua, berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menguji pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Prestasi Olahraga dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa Prestasi Olahraga berpengaruh positi dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Olahraga. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi olahraga atlit di Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Provinsi Riau. Ketiga, secara simultan pengaruh Sarana prasarana dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi olahraga Atlet Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia Provinsi Riau ini terlihat pada nilai R sebesar 0,514 artinya 51,4 % termasuk kategori kuat, dan nilai Ftabel sebesar Fhitung = 40.759 > Ftabel = 3,124. Secara parsial dari kedua Variabel Sarana prasarana dan Motivasi berpengaruh. Pengaruh variabel Sarana dan prasarana lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap Prestasi olahraga Atlet.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (Ziswaf) in microeconomic development in This article discusses the role of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (Ziswaf) in microeconomic development in Indonesia. The author explains Ziswaf's urgency in empowering small communities, especially those in the lower economic strata. Funds collected from zakat, infaq and alms can be allocated to support micro and small businesses, provide business capital, and provide training and mentoring to improve the skills and capacity of micro communities. The research method applied is the literature research method or literature review, which is focused on the analysis and synthesis of written works that are relevant to the research topic. The research results show that increasing ZISWAF fund collection has a positive impact on social religious life, poverty alleviation, equitable development, human development, and economic growth. If managed optimally, the existence of ZISWAF will provide a significant boost to economic growth. Therefore, it is emphasized that the government needs to provide greater support to exploit the potential of the ZISWAF instrument in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This activity aims to socialize basic knowledge about Islamic economics to students from an early age so that they have a good understanding of Islamic economic principles in everyday life. The material presented covered the basic concepts of Islamic economics, the importance of avoiding usury practices, and the application of the values ​​of justice and honesty in economic activities. The results of the activity indicate that the implementation of the community service went well and achieved the set targets. This success was evident in the achievement of the planned number of participants, the achievement of the activity objectives, the delivery of all materials according to plan, and the increased ability of participants to understand the material presented. Furthermore, participant enthusiasm throughout the activity was also very high. This was evident from the active participation of students in the discussion and question and answer sessions. The level of participant satisfaction was also quite good, as evidenced by their ability to answer the questions posed. This activity provided benefits in the form of increased student knowledge and understanding of Islamic economic principles and their application.

Abstract

This community service activity is aimed at the Young GenPreneur community as an effort to foster an entrepreneurial spirit through the use of digital marketing. The goal was to determine participants' level of understanding of digital marketing while simultaneously improving their entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. The methods used included counseling, presentations, and interactive discussions. The results of the activity indicate that the program was implemented well and according to plan. Participants experienced an increased understanding of the basic concepts of digital marketing and Islamic business, as well as their ability to utilize social media as a marketing tool. Furthermore, this activity successfully improved participants' practical skills, motivation, and confidence in entrepreneurship. A better understanding of digital marketing strategies also opened up broader market opportunities for participants. This program is expected to foster a sustainable entrepreneurial spirit, encourage business independence, and create a productive and competitive community. Thus, participants can contribute to economic development at the local, national, and international levels.
