Abstract

Tridharma merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa setiap semesternya, diantaranya memberikan workshop dibidang teknologi komputer untuk peningkatan kualitas personil mitra abdimas, pemaparan materi yang bermanfaat untuk menunjang serta meningkatkan pengetahuan sehingga dapat mengoptimalisasi pemanfaatan aplikasi desain grafis Canva. Adapun organisasi/lembaga abdimas kali ini adalah PKBM Yayasan Pembangunan Masyarakat Sejahtera, dimana kegiatan tersebut dilakukan di Aula kantor yayasan pembangunan masyarakat sejahtera. Lingkup permasalahan yang terdapat pada PKBM Yayasan Pembangunan Masyarakat Sejahtera adalah kurangnya keterampilan dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan fasilitas aplikasi desain grafis dalam pembuatan spanduk atau iklan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh staff/Remaja PKBM Yayasan Pembangunan Masyarakat Sejahtera, sehingga solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan diberikannya workshop pengenalan aplikasi canva untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas desain grafis bagi Remaja PKBM Yayasan Pembangunan Masyarakat Sejahtera. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan yang hendak dicapai adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengoptimalkan desain grafis menggunakan aplikasi canva. Diharapkan dari kegiatan ini kedepannya berdampak positif, sehingga mampu memberikan peningkatan keterampilan dan kemampuan dalam mendesain secara efektif dan efesien. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan abdimas kali ini akan dilaksanakan secara luring dengan datang langsung ke lokasi kegiatan. Hasil akhir yang diharapkan pada kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan dalam mendesain grafis secara efektif dan efesien serta diharapkan adanya interaktif antara peserta remaja dari PKBM Yayasan Pembangunan Masyarakat Sejahtera dan panitia pelaksana dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini agar tercapai tujuan yang diharapkan bersama sehingga berdampak positif dan bisa berkelanjutan.

Abstract

PT Satria Manunggal Petrolindo is one of the partners in PT. Pertamina is engaged in the business of trading fuel oil. In running its business, PT Satria Manunggal Petrolindo has employees who are dedicated to their work. Employee performance at this company is one of the important aspects that need to be assessed related to efforts to improve performance and quality in achieving the company's business goals and objectives, where so far the assessment of employees is still using traditional appraisal methods. This assessment method causes some employees to feel uncomfortable and unmotivated at work so that employee productivity can decrease. With these problems, the authors conducted research on the performance of employees at PT Satria Manunggal Petrolindo. The method that will be used in measuring employee performance appraisal in the company is the 360-degree feedback method. This method uses comprehensive feedback from all levels around employees to assess performance according to work behavior which consists of five assessment components, namely: Self Appraisal, Manager Review, Peer Review, Subordinates Appraising Manager (SAM) and Customer/Client Review. The results of the research and evaluation of the problem in this study were the use of the 360-degree feedback method in evaluating employee performance. It is expected to be able to overcome the problems of employee performance appraisal so as to increase the comfort and work motivation of PT.Satria Manunggal Petrolindo which will have an impact on increasing the achievement of the company's business goals.

Abstract

PT Inspira Multi Teknologi adalah asosiasi TI yang didirikan pada tahun 2018 dan berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan spesialis TI yang paham industri. Dukungan eksekutif dari departemen TI PT Inspira Multi Teknologi sangat penting bagi kemampuan perusahaan untuk mewujudkan visi dan mencapai tujuannya. Saat ini, pengelolaan sumber daya TI merupakan proses manual yang memakan waktu, tenaga, dan ruang yang bergantung pada catatan kertas. Eksplorasi ini diharapkan dapat merencanakan kerangka data eksekutif sumber daya TI yang dapat membantu kantor TI di PT Inspira Multi Teknologi dalam mengatasi permasalahan dengan merencanakan sumber daya TI dimana kerangka pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall dan menggambarkan sistem dengan memanfaatkan UML serta pembuatan programnya melibatkan Laravel untuk Backend dan Respond JS untuk Front end. Pengelolaan aset TI pada PT Inspira Multi Teknologi diharapkan menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan terorganisir dengan baik dengan sistem informasi yang komprehensif. Sistem ini mendukung upaya perusahaan dalam memberikan solusi layanan TI yang komprehensif bagi klien PT Inspira Multi Teknologi dan menawarkan solusi manajemen aset TI jangka panjang

Abstract

Building and developing information systems is a step to improve system performance which was initially carried out manually with most activities relying on human capabilities. Improving the system towards a better direction cannot be separated from the role of information technology so that information system engineering can be carried out optimally. Likewise with the population system that runs in Rukun Warga 36, ​​Bahagia Village, Bekasi, where resident administration activities are still carried out manually using paper and pen. This of course causes problems in the future, such as storage space for files piling up, vulnerability to data loss, data search processes that take time, and so on. By analyzing the obstacles experienced, population administration information system engineering is the right solution to improve the manual system. The methodology used in this research is Structured Analysis and Design Techniques (SADT) using activity diagrams as a depiction of information system activities. The expected research result is the development of a population administration information system that is useful for village administrators in Rukun Warga 36, ​​Bahagia Village, Bekasi.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan tridarma bagi perguruan tinggi merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan setiap semester, antara lain memberikan pelatihan di bidang teknologi komputer, seperti penggunaan aplikasi virtual speech, dimana kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi kader PKK kelurahan Cibubur sebagai mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini. Di era teknologi, pemanfaatan teknologi sangat membantu dalam berbagai kegiatan, salah satunya adalah pembelajaran cara dan teknik berkomunikasi menggunakan aplikasi virtual speech tersebut. Tantangan yang dihadapi mitra abdimas kali ini adalah bagaimana kader PKK dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadi moderator atau Mastef of Ceremony (MC) yang tepercaya dalam berbagai kegiatan. Oleh karena itu, team dosen Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika memberikan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi virtual speech sehingga kualitas kader PKK kelurahan Cibubur untuk menjadi moderator (MC) menjadi lebih baik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara luring dengan mendatangi secara langsung lokasi berlangsungnya pelatihan. Pelatihan ini dapat tercapai dan memberikan dampak positif bagi kader PKK apabila semua pihak saling bekerjasama dengan baik.

Abstract

The RT chairman is a task and responsibility given to someone in a residential environment. The election of the RT chairman is something that needs attention because it concerns the welfare of residents in the environment. If the elected RT chairman does not carry out his duties and obligations properly, it can be a loss that must be borne together by the residents. Therefore, candidates who run for office must have the criteria to be able to lead the village/area where they live. In the election process, there are sometimes differences of opinion between residents which often cause disputes. To avoid this, in the process of electing the RT chairman for the 2025-2030 period in the Risma Jihan Akbar plot which will take place, a study was conducted on the assessment of criteria using the MOORA method. This method is very effective and efficient for assessing and ranking candidates who run for office. The purpose of the study is to assist the committee in making decisions on determining the RT chairman in the Risma Jihan Akbar plot environment. The final result of this study is the ranking of candidates who meet the criteria requirements. The first rank with a total score of 0.53 was obtained by candidate c5, then the second rank was candidate c4 with a total score of 0.45 and the third rank with a score of 0.45 was obtained by candidate c2.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic ended, the lecture system at several universities in Indonesia began to gradually improve. The lecture system for several courses is carried out face-to-face. However, there are still several courses that are conducted online using e-learning applications with various considerations for the needs of the university. Bina Sarana Informatics University (UBSI) is a technology-based university where the learning system has implemented internet technology even long before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred. UBSI always strives to continue to improve the quality of the e-learning system that has been implemented. This can be seen from the development of e-learning applications for the lecture process which makes it easier for lecturers and students to access and absorb information related to campus academics. My Best is an e-learning application that is currently used in the KBM process in the UBSI environment and to improve the quality of the application used it is necessary to carry out a usability engineering evaluation. This analysis method consists of several stages, namely platform constraints, general design principles, conceptual model and screen design. The results of the usability analysis on the My Best e-learning application at Bina Sarana Informatika University have complete stage coverage, this means that My Best is an e-learning application in the very good category.

Abstract

This study applies the K-Means clustering algorithm to support decision-making processes related to identifying traffic accident-prone areas in Depok City over a three-year period (2020-2022). Secondary data was obtained from the Traffic Accident Unit of the Depok Metro Police, encompassing monthly traffic accident recapitulations for each district. The data underwent preprocessing steps, including integration and selection of relevant attributes. Using RapidMiner, the data was clustered into three distinct groups, with the optimal number of clusters determined by the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI), which yielded a score of 0.896, indicating a satisfactory clustering result. The findings reveal that four districts—Beji, Cimanggis, Pancoran Mas, and Sukmajaya—are identified as high-risk areas for traffic accidents. These results are expected to assist local authorities in implementing targeted safety measures. The study demonstrates that the K-Means clustering method is a viable tool for analyzing traffic accident data and can significantly contribute to improving road safety in urban areas

Abstract

Pengelolaan teknologi informasi sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan menentukan kesiapan dalam bersaing di dunia bisnis. Dalam pelaksanaannya teknologi informasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja semua divisi pada organisasi atau perusahaan, sehingga pengelolaannya pun akan menjadi tanggungjawab bersama. Tata kelola teknologi informasi diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan pengembangan bisnis kearah yang lebih baik lagi. Dalam penelitian ini mengemukakan permasalahan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang develop property daerah Bekasi, yaitu belum adanya kesadaran pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara optimal untuk meningkatkan strategi pengembangan bisnis sehingga mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor property yang sedang menjamur di daerah Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pandangan tentang peran tata kelola teknologi informasi dalam arah dan tujuan bisnis perusahaan menggunakan framework Cobit5 dengan domain APO-02 (Align, Plan, and Organize – Manage Strategy) untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan strategi bisnis Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya gap antara current capability dan expected capability sehingga diperlukannya perumusan strategi dalam pengelolaan manajemen teknologi informasi pada perusahaan developer property.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) scholarship on the personal growth, academic stress and educational outcomes of recipients at AIU (Albukhary International University). A sample of BAZNAS AIU scholarship recipients was analyzed using regression analysis. Data were gathered through surveys, with 52 BAZNAS AIU recipients as respondents. The results showed that mentorship, provided as part of the scholarship program, has a significant positive impact on personal growth, with 12.8% of the variance explained by this factor. Financial support, however, does not have a statistically significant negative effect on academic stress, suggesting that other factors may play a role in managing students' pressures. Additionally, institutional collaboration between BAZNAS and AIU was found to significantly improve educational outcomes, accounting for 33,3% of the variance. The findings reveal that mentorship and institutional collaboration all play significant roles in influencing personal growth and educational outcomes. However, financial support has a negative effect on academic stress, highlighting the need for comprehensive support mechanisms beyond financial aid.
