Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine how to harmonize the development of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in Tanjung Lesung, Banten, positive and negative impact in the management of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in Tanjung Lesung. Research methods used in this research is a normative law, the legislation approach. The nature of legal research used prescriptive. Primary legal materials include the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945, Law No. 39 of 2009 on Special Economic Zones, the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 26 of 2012 on the Special Economic Zone Tourism Tanjung Lesung In Banten and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 41 In 2012 On Board Special Economic Zones Zone Banten. Secondary legal materials in the form of the publication of the law which are not official documents, books and other sources. Conformity and harmonization of regulation is the legal foundation of Special Economic Zones are studied in this paper. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana harmonisasi dikembangkanya Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) di Tanjung Lesung, Provinsi Banten, Dampak postif dan negatif didalam pengelolaan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) di Tanjung Lesung. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Sifat penelitian hukum yang digunakan preskriptif. Bahan hukum primer meliputi Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 2009 tentang Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus, Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 26 Tahun 2012 Tentang Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Pariwisata Tanjung Lesung Di Provinsi Banten dan Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 2012 Tentang Dewan Kawasan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Provinsi Banten. Bahan hukum sekunder berupa publikasi tentang hukum yang bukan merupakan dokumen-dokumen resmi, buku-buku dan sumber lainnya. Kesesuaian dan harmonisasi peraturan sebagai landasan hukum Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus merupakan hal yang dikaji dalam penulisan ini.

Abstract

Perencanaan pajak dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan pengecualian-pengecualian dan celah-celah perpajakan (loopholes) yang diperbolehkan oleh UU No.36 Tahun 2008 guna menetapkan dan meminimalkan beban pajak yang harus dibayar oleh perusahaan. Pajak penghasilan merupakan pajak atas penghasilan berupa gaji, upah, tunjangan, honorarium, serta pembayaran lainnya yang diterima atau diperoleh wajib pajak orang pribadi sehubungan dengan pekerjaan atau jabatan, jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan perencanaan pajak (tak planning) PT. Mediatra Perkasa dalam rangka penghematan pembayaran beban pajak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dan dokumentasi pada bagian akuntansi perusahaan dan dari laporan laba rugi perusahaan serta digunakan analisa data formula metode gross up. Berdasarkan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perencanaan pajak merupakan suatu cara merekayasa agar beban pajak (Tax Burden) serendah mungkin dengan memanfaatkan peraturan perpajakan yang ada. Perencanaan pajak (Tax planning) dengan menggunakan metode gross up dapat dilakukan oleh PT. Mediatra Perkasa guna mendapatkan laba secara maksimal. PT. Mediatra Perkasa pada saat memberikan tunjangan pajak dengan menggunakan metode gross up untuk karyawan maka akan menghemat PPh Badan serta dapat memberikan penghematan pembayaran pajak setiap tahunnya

Abstract

Senyawa-senyawa yang terdapat dalam Aegle marmelos Correa memiliki aktivitas sebagai antiinflamasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui enam senyawa aktif Aegle Marmelos Correa, yaitu (E, R)-Marmin, skimmianine, (S)-aegeline, aurapten, zeorin, dan dustanin sebagai anti inflamasi pada target reseptor COX-1 dan COX-2. Metode: Docking molekuler dilakukan dengan PLANTS. Preparasi ligand menggunakan MarvinSketch, dengan menggambar senyawa MH2011 kemudian mengoptimasi. Preparasi protein dilakukan dengan program YASARA. Preparasi dilakukan dengan menghilangkan protocol docking (termasuk air jika esensial) yang tidak diperlukan. Setelah semua preparasi selesai, dilakukan docking PLANTS. Penurunan skor menunjukkan kestabilan ikatan dengan protein. Hasil: Marmin, skimmianine, aegeline, aurapten, zeorin, and dustanin berpotensial untuk dikembangkan sebagai agen anti inflamasi berdasarkan interaksinya dengan residu asam amino Arg120, Tyr 355, dan Ile523 pada COX-1 dan residu asam amino Ser353, Arg513, serta Ser530 pada COX-2. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil docking molecular, senyawa aktif Aegle marmelos Correa beraktivitas sebagai antiinflamasi.

Abstract

At recent times, some companies have made some improvements in workforce planning, including in banking company. This study is aimed to determine the workload at the banking companies in Special Region of Yogyakarta. The result of the workload calculation was used to determine the number of employee. The method used to determining the workload was based on the Standard Time calculation (ST) using a stopwatch. Such calculations were conducted in each element on the activities of a cash deposit, bank clearing, cash withdrawal and withdrawal with cheque. The result of standard time in each activity showed 8.48 minutes/activity for the cash deposit, 2.79 minutes/activity for the bank clearing, 8.65 minutes/activity for cash withdrawal, 8.16 minutes/activity for the withdrawal by cheque and 1.04 for workload calculation indicated the abnormality of the workload. By contrast, the result of workload calculation was at the tolerance without any need to hire employee

Abstract

Fish meat are very susceptible to oxidation because a lot of unsaturated fatty acids. Processing of fish sausage with smoking will provide natural antioxidants, namely phenols contained in the components of smoke. The aim of this research was to study the antioxidant effects of liquid smoke to the oxidation stability of fish sausage catfish (Clarias gariepinus) during storage. Randomized studies using Design Group (RAK) with a liquid smoking treatment and storage time on the sausage at 60 °C. Parameter used for oxidative deterioration indicators is the peroxides value and TBARS value. The result showed that the treatment liquid can suppress oxidation during storage. Oxidation during storage of smoked sausage is lower than the oxidation of sausage without curing. Smoked sausage tended to be more stable during storage for 60 hours at 60 °C instead of sausage without curing. Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the physical, chemical, and organoleptic characteristics of smoked skipjack tuna fish in Kendari. This research evaluated smoke meterials used by producers, colour (L,* a*, b*), texture, aw, proximate (moisture, protein, fat and ash) and organoleptic (colour, flavor, texture and aroma) characteristics of smoked skipjack tuna. Tis research used descriptive method with three replications. The results showed differences of color (L*, a*, b*), texture, aw, moisture, protein, fat and ash of smoked skipjack tuna produced by different producers. Organoleptic analysis indicated that differences were resulted by different smoke methods. Keywords: skipjack tuna, smoking process, smoked fish

Abstract

Background. Increased levels of markers of inflammatory factors after hemorrhage stroke was able to predict poor clinical outcome. Until now, the role of C Reactive Protein (CRP) in the local inflammatory response and clinical determinants output remains unclear.Objective. To investigate the correlation of CRP level with poor clinical outcome as measured by Barthel Index. Methods. This study was an observasional cohort porspective study performed on haemorrhage stroke patients in Saiful Anwar General Hospital in Februari 2014 until April 2014.Results. There was significant correlation (p=0,01, r=0,613) between CRP levels to poor clinical outcome measured by Barthel Index.Conclusion. C Reactive Protein levels could predict poor clinical outcome as measured by Barthel Index in intracerebral hemorrhage patients.

Abstract

The users of the bike is currently doing a lot of camping in the open sky. Security becomes one of the problems when in nature. Camping cyclists often feel a sense of worry when leaving the bike. Based on these needs, it is necessary additional design part on the bike that made the frame set up the tent. The method used in the design is the canoe method. This method is used to determine the desires of bicycle users based on the level of customer satisfaction to the product of tents and bicycle merging. The results of the study were 13 attributes included in the servqual dimension. Grouping attributes based on canoe categories are 6 attributes including attractive category, 2 must be attributes, 4 one-dimensional attributes, and 1 indifferent attribute. The size of the tents that are made has a length of 200 cm, width 240 cm and height 160 cm.

Abstract

Gunung Kidul Regency is a region of soybean producer in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The raw materials support the tofu-making industry where one of the centers of tofu industry in Siraman and Sumbermulyo Wonosari. The productivity of the tofu manufacturing process is determined on the work tool and worker performance. To increase productivity a holistic approach is necessary considering all aspects. In this research, the method used to design holistically is macro ergonomic analysis and design (MEAD). With a sociotechnical MEAD approach, it is identified control variance to avoid musculoskeletal complaints that have an impact on increased productivity. This research only makes the design with high tool filter is 1014,70 mm and width 419,9 mm. A blower tool that facilitates removal of soy water material with suction specification and press 30 m / s using 220 VA power supply and 1300 VA power with galvanized pipe as conductor of 2 inch diameter.

Abstract

Paracetamol is an analgesic-antipyretic compound derived from p-aminophenol. Though paracetamol has good efficacy and safety on consumption, parasetamol has hepatotoxic effect as its     adverse drug reaction. 4-[N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)carboxymidoyl]-2-methoxyphenol is one of p-aminophenol derivative that was already been determined in silico using molecular docking PLANTS method, and it was known that 4-[N-(4-hydroxyphenyl) carboxymidoyl]-2-methoxyphenol has analgesic effects more potent and has hepatotoxic adverse effect lower than paracetamol. 4-[N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)carboxymidoyl]-2-methoxy-phenol can be synthesized through reaction of p-aminophenol with vanillin under acid condition. The synthesized products were recrytalized, dried, and the purity was determined with melting point determination and Thin Layer Chromatography. The structure of pure crystals were elucidated using IR, 1H-NMR, C-NMR, and Mass Spectroscopy. The analgesic evaluation was carried in vivo using writhing test method. The synthesized compound were divided into three dosage variations, 0,5; 1; and 2 mol equivalent to 100 mg/kgBB of paracetamol (reference drug). 4-[N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)carboxymidoyl]-2-methoxyphenol with 1 mol dosage has analgesic activity better than paracetamol but the difference was not significant.Keywords: 4-[N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)carboxymidoyl]-2-methoxyphenol, p-aminophenol, analgesic, writhing test
