Abstract

The progress of a country is very dependent on the progress of its education (including Islamic education), and education is closely related to the use of approaches and methods used during the teaching and learning process. Approaches and methods should be mastered by a teacher in order to achieve the goals that have been set. The use of approaches and methods that are appropriate and appropriate to the subject matter as well as the existing situation and conditions will lead students to mastery of the expected lesson content. The importance of approaches and methods in education is so important that educators are required to be professional in developing these approaches and methods. Educators must know the advantages and disadvantages of each approach and method that will be used and determine the most appropriate choice so that students are more active and critical in the learning process. And the most important thing is that with this approach and method, students reach their desired goals.

Abstract

The challenges of a heterogeneous society in Indonesia are reducing friction and conflict between adherents of certain religions, adherents, communities, classes, tribes, and groups and creating a peaceful life. Religious moderation is an essential key in reducing extremism and radical acts of religion in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The primary data source used is the parents of MIS student Nurul Yaqin Sijang; secondary data sources include school documentation, research journals, and relevant books. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation: data analysis techniques, data reduction, data verification, and conclusions. The research results show that parents are essential in shaping their children's understanding of religious moderation. Religious moderation education at home has proven effective in counteracting digitalization's negative influence, often containing radical and extreme content. Parents in border areas, even though they have limited access to technology, still provide a balanced understanding of religion and teach the values of tolerance and empathy between religious believers. This study implies that character education in the digital era must involve the active role of parents in filtering information and providing correct education about religious moderation to avoid polarization and social conflict. This research provides recommendations for policymakers to design educational programs that support the role of parents in religious moderation education in border areas.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah teah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran. Namun penerapannya belum optimal sesuai dengan harapan semua pihak. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka peneliti tertarik untuk lebih mengetahui lebih mendalam tentang penerapan merdeka belajar dalam meningkatkan kreativitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di SMPN 1 Mempawah. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1. Perencanaan merdeka belajar pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik di SMPN 1 Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah sudah dilakukan guru dengan cara a) menganalisis hasil belajar (CP) untuk mengembangkan tujuan pembelajaran dan proses tujuan pembelajaran, b) merencanakan dan melakukan penilaian diagnostik, c) mengembangkan modul ajar, d) penyesuaian pembelajaran dengan tingkat pencapaian dan karakteristik siswa, e) merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan memproses penilaian formatif dan sumatif, f) pelaporan kemajuan belajar, dan g) penilaian dan evaluasi pembelajaran. 2. Pelaksanaan merdeka belajar pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik di SMPN 1 Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah meliputi tiga tahap yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan berisi salam, sapa, dan apersepsi, kegiatan inti berisi penyampaian materi, dan kegiatan penutup berisi penilaian atau asesmen. Begitu juga dengan model, metode, dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan modul ajar. 3. Evaluasi merdeka belajar pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik di SMPN 1 Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu asesmen diagnostik, asesmen formatif, dan asesmen sumatif, yang mana ketiganya memiliki tujuan masing-masing dalam proses penilaian pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, guru sudah menerapkan ketiga asesmen tersebut, namun hanya terfokus pada tes lisan dan tes tertulis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe about; 1) learning planning in the use of audio-visual media to improve the learning activities of grade V students at SDN 23 Sayang for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. 2) The implementation of learning in the use of audio-visual media to increase the learning activities of grade V students at SDN 23 Sayang for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. 3) Evaluation of learning in the use of audio-visual media to improve the learning activities of grade V students at SDN 23 Sayang for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display , verification and conclusion drawn. The data validity checking techniques used are triangulation and member checks. The results of this study show that; 1) The learning plan in the use of audio-visual media to improve the learning activities of grade V students at SDN 23 Sayang is that PAI teachers prepare lesson plans, and the supporting facilities are infocus, speakers, and laptops. Compatibility between learning media and learning materials. 2) The implementation of learning in the use of audio-visual media to improve the learning activities of grade V students at SDN 23 Sayang, namely conducting apersepi first and in the learning process of teachers using based learning methods, discussion methods, and question and answer methods. 3) Evaluation of learning in the use of audio- visual media to improve the learning activities of grade V students at SDN 23 Sayang, namely in the preparation of evaluation instruments looking at 3 aspects, namely the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Furthermore, there are 2 types of evaluations used, namely formative and summative evaluations.

Abstract

Learning difficulties are the core of educational problems, because learning is the main activity in education. All efforts in education and teaching are directed so that students learn, because through these learning activities students can develop more optimally. The approach and type of research used in this research is a qualitative approach using phenomenological research. Based on the results of observations conducted by researchers at SMP Negeri 1 Semparuk, it was found that there were several students who experienced learning difficulties in Islamic Religious Education subjects, which included the classroom atmosphere being not conducive, students' understanding of the material, understanding of students' moral behavior according to the material, and students' habituation according to the material is still very lacking. The efforts made by PAI teachers to overcome students' learning difficulties are as follows: a) Creating a conducive classroom atmosphere b) Approaching students c) Providing Motivation, Guidance and Direction d) Reviewing or repeating material e) Providing exercises or assignments and f) Using varied methods.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Litahfizhil Qur'an Darussalam Sengkubang has attracted the interest of parents to be the main choice as an educational institution for their children at the basic education level, this is motivated by the use of the Qur'an learning method with the Ummi method applied. High public trust is certainly inseparable from the role of teachers who succeed in educating their students to be able to read, write and memorise the Qur'an properly. This study aims to reveal and analyse the efforts of al-Qur'an teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an with the Ummi method implemented at MI Litahfizhil Qur'an Darussalam Sengkubang. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study type. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion drawing. The results showed that 1) The steps of the teacher in planning the learning of al-Qur'an Ummi method are guided by the rules set by the Ummi Foundation. 2) The teacher's process in implementing the learning of al-Qur'an Ummi method refers to the learning stages set by the Ummi Foundation and adds a slight variation to the implementation process. 3) Teacher techniques in evaluating learning Qur'an Ummi method refers to the evaluation techniques set by the Ummi Foundation. The application of the Ummi method by teachers in learning the Qur'an has a very good impact on students' ability to read the Qur'an.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional, memiliki peran signifikan dalam pembentukan masyarakat dan penguatan budaya lokal. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan dan tradisi lokal, pesantren mampu menciptakan harmoni sosial serta menjaga keberlanjutan budaya di tengah arus modernisasi. Artikel ini membahas kontribusi pondok pesantren dalam membangun masyarakat melalui pendidikan, sosial, dan penguatan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi peran pesantren di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren tidak hanya berperan sebagai pusat pendidikan agama, tetapi juga sebagai agen transformasi sosial dan penjaga nilai-nilai kearifan lokal.
