Abstract

ABSTRACT Umbulharjo has highest Dengue High Fever cases every year. Larvae Free Index of Umbulharjo I Health Center area on 2022 below quality standard value from Indonesian Ministry of Health (89.78%). Preliminary survey 2 of 10 houses with no cover water storage and trash bins, not all ventilation equipped with wire mesh. Research objective to determine relationship of environmental sanitation and presence of Aedes larvae in working area of Umbulharjo I Public Health Center. Research design observational analytic study, cross-sectional approach. Population community in Umbulharjo I Health Center area, total 15.112 families. Sample 100 families. Sampling technique stratified random sampling. Independent variables environmental sanitation (water storage conditions, trash bin conditions, home environment conditions), dependent variable presence of Aedes larvae. Research instrument questionnaire, observation sheet. Data analysis method chi square test, α = 0.05. Univariate analysis condition of water storage container was quite good 82%, condition of trash bin was good 83%, condition of house environment was quite good 94%. Bivariate analysis there’s relationship between condition of water storage and presence of Aedes larvae in working area of Umbulharjo I Public Health Center, p-value = 0.007. There’s no relationship between condition of trash bin and presence of Aedes larvae, p-value = 0.963. There’s relationship between condition of home environment and presence of Aedes larvae, p-value = 0.017. The environment conditions of the house and water reservoirs are related to the presences of Aedes mosquito larvae. Keywords: Environmental Sanitation, Aedes, Mosquito Larvae  ABSTRAK Kecamatan Umbulharjo memiliki kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue tertinggi setiap tahun. Angka Bebas Jentik di wilayah Puskesmas Umbulharjo I tahun 2022 di bawah nilai baku mutu yang ditetapkan Kemenkes RI (89,78%). Survei pendahuluan 2 dari 10 rumah kondisi tempat penampungan air dan tempat sampah tidak berpenutup, ventilasi belum seluruhnya dilengkapi kawat kasa. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan sanitasi lingkungan dengan keberadaan jentik nyamuk Aedes di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Umbulharjo I Kota Yogyakarta. Desain penelitian studi analitik observasional, pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat wilayah Puskesmas Umbulharjo I, total 15.112 KK. Sampel penelitian 100 KK. Teknik sampling stratified random sampling. Variabel bebas sanitasi lingkungan (kondisi tempat penampungan air, kondisi tempat sampah, kondisi lingkungan rumah) dan variabel terikat keberadaan jentik nyamuk Aedes. Instrumen penelitian kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square dengan α = 0,05. Analisis univariat kondisi tempat penampungan air cukup baik 82%, kondisi tempat sampah baik 83%, kondisi lingkungan rumah cukup baik 94%. Analisis bivariat ada hubungan antara kondisi tempat penampungan air dengan keberadaan jentik nyamuk Aedes di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Umbulharjo I, p-value = 0,007. Tidak ada hubungan antara kondisi tempat sampah dengan keberadaan jentik nyamuk Aedes, p-value = 0,963. Ada hubungan antara kondisi lingkungan rumah dengan keberadaan jentik nyamuk Aedes, p-value = 0,017. kondisi lingkungan rumah dan tempat penampungan air mempunyai hubungan dengan keberadaan jentik nyamuk Aedes. Kata Kunci: Sanitasi Lingkungan, Aedes, Jentik Nyamuk

Abstract

ABSTRACT The coal mining industry is one of the industries that contributes to non-tax state income (PNBP) and is one type of industry that has a high risk of accidents. Accidents that occur cause many losses to both people and property. Accidents that occur are caused by various factors which include unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions, unsafe acts make the largest contribution as direct causes of accidents. This research aims to determine the human error aspect and its characteristics of accidents that occur at PT XYZ. This research uses a case study design with a quantitative approach with the aim of providing an overview of the human error problem in accidents that occurred during 2021 to 2023 at PT XYZ. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of accident reports from 2021 to 2023. The results of the research are all accident data from 2021 to 2023 that occurred at PT XYZ. It was found that unsafe acts were 84.2% and unsafe conditions were 15.8%. Unsafe acts consist of human error 68.8% and Violations 31.2%. In cases of human error, it was found that Skill based error was 27.3%, Rule based error was 18.2% and Knowledge based error was 54.5%. Keywords: Accident Analysis, Human Error, Unsafe Act  ABSTRAK Industri pertambangan batubara merupakan salah satu industri yang turut berkontribusi dalam menyumbang pendapatan negara bukan pajak (PNBP) dan salah satu jenis industn yang memiliki resiko kecelakaan yang tinggi Kecelakaan yang terjadi banyak menimbulkan kerugian baik pada manusia maupun harta benda. Kecelakaan yang terjadi disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor yang meliputi perilaku tidak aman maupun kondisi yang tidak aman, unsafe act memberikan kontribusi terbesar sebagai penyebab langsung dari terjadinya kecelakaan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek human error dan karateristiknya terhadap kecelakaan yang terjadi di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tujuan memberikan gambaran masalah human error pada kecelakaan yang terjadi selama tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2023 di PT XYZ. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan kecelakaan selama tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian adalah terhadap seluruh data kecelakaan selama tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2023 yang terjadi di PT XYZ. diperoleh bahwa unsafe act sebesar 84.2% dan unsafe condition sebesar 15.8%. Unsafe act terdiri dari human error 68.8% dan Violations sebesar 31.2%. Terhadap kasus human error di peroleh bahwa Skill based error 27.3%, Rule based error 18.2% dan Knowledge based error 54.5%. Kata Kunci: Analisa Kecelakaan, Human Error, Unsafe Act

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan fasilitas Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan Kenyamukan. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan didukung oleh data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara, pengukuran dan survei, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi pemerintah yang terkait. Parameter aspek pelabuhan dianalisa dengan menggunakan rumus “Standarisasi Fasilitas Operasional Pelabuhan Perikanan dan Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan”, sedangkan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pokok, seperti : Panjang dermaga yang dibutuhkan 46,02 m. Kolam pelabuhan yang dibutuhkan seluas 1.169,68 m2. Luas gedung Tempat Pelelangan Ikan yang dibutuhkan seluas 33,268 m2. Luas lahan parkir yang dibutuhkan seluas 491,25 m2. Hasil pengukuran kedalaman alur pelayaran di daerah Muara di bagian tengah sungai 2,62 m (Stasiun 5), di bagian tengah 3,61 m (Stasiun 6), di bagian tepi nilai rata-rata kedalaman alur pelayaran adalah 0,75 m. Lebar alur pelayaran 25 m, sedangkan hasil perhitungan untuk kebutuhan lalu lintas kapal one way traffic 9,27 m dan two way traffic 11,77 m. Dari hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan Kenyamukan menggunakan strategi Weakness-Opportunities (WO). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan Kenyamukan layak dioperasionalkan dan strategi pengembangannya menggunakan strategi Weakness-Opportunities (WO).

Abstract

Leptospirosis is a public health threat in countries with tropical climates, like Indonesia. Incidents in Central Java Province are still found every year and still threaten the local community. The goal of this study is to find out what connection there is between sewer puddles and mice that have found leptospira bacteria that can cause leptospirosis in the Regencies of Klaten, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, and Boyolali in Central Java Province. This research uses descriptive analysis, a cross-sectional design study, and the Geographic Information System (GIS) to carry out mapping. From the research results, it was found that the rat species that were positive for leptospira bacteria were Rattus norvegicus (31%), Rattus tanezumi (44.8%), and Rattus argentiventer (24.1%). Apart from that, only the sampling area and the presence of puddles in the gutter had significant results with the mouse PCR results with p<0.002 and p<0.03. Due to this, there are still many mice infected with leptospira bacteria in Central Java Province. For this reason, it is hoped that the public can increase awareness to always maintain a clean environment so that mice cannot breed freely. Apart from that, related agencies can carry out more monitoring of areas where leptospirosis is still endemic.

Abstract

Indonesia is still burdened with increasing hypertension and Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). prevention of hypertension and DHF is needed. Sangkrah Surakarta Sub-District is an area where some of the people pay less attention to health conditions and environmental hygiene, thus triggering an increase in the number of more serious stroke cases. It is necessary to take steps to control hypertension, stroke and DHF that are easy and can be carried out. Objective: To increase partners' knowledge and skills through training in making ovitrap and avocado leaves as a preventive measure for hypertension, stroke and dengue. Method: This community service partner is the PKK Women's Group in RT 01 RW 13, Sangkrah Village, Surakarta, with a total of 20 people. This community service activity begins with identifying the needs of partners, preparing and permitting, counseling on hypertension, stroke and DHF, training on avocado leaves and making ovitrap, evaluating the implementation and sustainability of activities. At the counseling stage to measure the understanding of partners the service team distributed pretest and posttest questionnaires with the aim of whether there was an increase in partners' understanding. Results: The results of outreach activities for partners experienced an increase in participants' understanding of 23.45%, partners were able to make avocado and ovitrap tea during community service activities. Conclusion: Partners are very enthusiastic about participating in the counseling and training program, this is realized through increasing partners' understanding of efforts to prevent hypertension, stroke and DHF and being able to independently produce avocado and ovitrap leaves.
