Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers’ pedagogical competence and the use of digital technology on Islamic Education learning outcomes in senior high schools in East Java. A quantitative research approach was employed involving 85 student respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25 through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that teachers’ pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, demonstrating that effective instructional strategies and classroom management contribute to improved student understanding. Similarly, the use of digital technology shows a positive and significant influence, indicating that technology-supported learning enhances student engagement and comprehension. Simultaneous testing reveals that both variables significantly affect Islamic Education learning outcomes with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.491, meaning that 49.1% of learning outcomes are explained by these factors. The findings highlight the importance of integrating strong pedagogical competence with effective digital technology utilization to improve learning effectiveness in contemporary Islamic Education.

Abstract

This study aims to map the intellectual structure, research trends, and evolution of Green Supply Chain Marketing through a bibliometric analysis of scholarly publications indexed in the Scopus database. Using VOSviewer as an analytical tool, the study examines keyword co-occurrence, overlay visualization, density mapping, co-authorship networks, institutional collaboration, and country-level partnerships to identify dominant themes and emerging research directions. The findings reveal that the field has evolved from an operational focus on environmental management and green manufacturing toward a strategic integration of marketing, sustainability, and supply chain management. Core research clusters highlight the growing importance of green marketing strategies, decision making, and sustainability-driven innovation in shaping competitive advantage. Overlay analysis indicates that recent studies increasingly emphasize consumer attitudes, government roles, and strategic marketing approaches, reflecting a shift toward market-oriented sustainability practices. Collaboration analysis shows that China and India serve as major contributors to global research output, while cross-institutional collaboration remains relatively fragmented, suggesting opportunities for broader interdisciplinary engagement. Overall, the study provides a comprehensive overview of the development and future trajectory of Green Supply Chain Marketing research and offers insights for scholars and practitioners seeking to align environmental responsibility with marketing and supply chain performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of entrepreneurial orientation and strategic networks on the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed using data collected from 130 MSME owners and managers selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument consisted of a structured questionnaire measured using a five-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial t-tests, an F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on MSME sustainability. Strategic networks also have a positive and significant effect on MSME sustainability Simultaneously, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic networks significantly affect MSME sustainability, as indicated by an F-value of 122.467 and a significance value below 0.001. The coefficient of determination of 0.658 indicates that 65.8% of the variation in MSME sustainability is explained by entrepreneurial orientation and strategic networks, while the remaining 34.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings demonstrate that MSME sustainability depends on the integration of internal entrepreneurial capabilities and external relational resources. MSME owners should strengthen innovation, proactive behavior, calculated risk-taking, and strategic collaboration with relevant stakeholders to improve long-term business resilience and competitiveness.

Abstract

The extensive use of conventional plastic materials in horticultural farming has contributed to increasing environmental pollution and agricultural waste accumulation. Sustainable alternatives such as agricultural bioplastics, combined with farmers’ environmental awareness, are considered important factors in reducing plastic waste generated from agricultural activities. This study aims to analyze the impact of agricultural bioplastic use and farmers’ environmental awareness on plastic waste reduction in horticultural centers in West Java. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method involving 200 horticultural farmers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS Version 25. The analytical techniques included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that agricultural bioplastic use has a positive and significant effect on plastic waste reduction. Farmers’ environmental awareness also demonstrates a positive and significant effect on plastic waste reduction. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence plastic waste reduction, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.428, indicating that 42.8% of the variation in plastic waste reduction is explained by the model. These findings suggest that the integration of environmentally friendly agricultural technologies and environmental awareness initiatives can effectively reduce plastic waste and support sustainable horticultural production. The study highlights the importance of promoting agricultural bioplastics and strengthening environmental education programs to improve environmental sustainability in agricultural communities.
