Abstract

Online games have become entertainment for almost all groups, especially young people who fall into the Generation Z category. Technological developments are also a factor in why online games are also developing. The online game industry has made many innovations, one of which is presenting a microtransaction business model in the games they make. Microtransaction requires a certain amount of real money to buy a number of virtual items. This research aims to analyze the significant impact of microtransactions on financial management, the frequency and nominal value of online game microtransactions as well as how to reduce the negative impacts arising from online game microtransactions on generation Z. The research uses quantitative research methods.Finding the sample was carried out randomly by distributing online questionnaires and sample selection using the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis and processing using SmartPLS-3 resulted in the result that there is a fairly strong impact of online game microtransactions on generation Z's personal financial management.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memperjelas hubungan antara kepuasan pelanggan pada UMKM Angkringan Kopijoss Mbah Joyo Klaten di Jakarta Utara dan banyak faktor, antara lain kualitas produk, harga, dan kualitas layanan.. Penelitian ini melakukan penelitian terdahulu terkait variabel serupa dengan subjek penelitian yang berbeda. Digunakannya metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakui dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang dijawab berdasarkan bantuan dari skala Likert. Analisis data akan dilakui berbantuan program dari SPSS (Statistikal Package For The Social Sciens), kemudian akan dilakukan pengujian instrumen brupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasi yang berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedasitas, pengujian hipotesis yang berupa uji-t parsial, uji-f signifikan, dan koefisien determinasi.

Abstract

The implementation of information technology in the archival system of the Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure at Basarnas aims to enhance document management efficiency through digitalization. Although an electronic administration system has been adopted, challenges remain, such as limited staff understanding, suboptimal integration of digital and manual systems, and manual archival disposal processes. To address these issues, staff training, paperless system development, automated archival disposal, and improved technological infrastructure are necessary. The MBKM internship program at Basarnas contributes to optimizing the digital archival system while providing students with hands-on experience. With continuous implementation and appropriate policy support, Basarnas' digital archival system can serve as a model for modernizing administration in government institutions, improving transparency, accountability, and public service effectiveness.

Abstract

Purpose: The primary objective of this research is to investigate the factors and explore the potential of collaboration among stakeholders that influence the successful implementation of a circular business model for household waste management.Research: A qualitative approach employed to gather the data using In-depth interviews which are semi-structured interviews will be conducted with seven key stakeholders representing industry, community, government, and society. Open-ended exploratory questions will be used to delve into their experiences, perceptions, and insights regarding circular business models, observation, and literature review to identify existing knowledge, theories, and empirical evidence.Results: The findings of this research are to identify the essential elements of a successful circular business model, determine the factors that positively or negatively impact the implementation of circular business models, and identify potential areas for collaboration among stakeholders.Conclusions: To develop an effective and sustainable circular business model for waste management in the household sector we need Business Model Innovation. The factors that influence the success of circular business model implementation in the household sector that are most mentioned in the results of this study are as follows. Cooperation between various related parties to support the development and implementation of circular business model.Limitations: The interview sample size of seven participants may limit the generalizability of the findings. A larger sample size could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the diverse perspectives and experiences of stakeholders.Contribution: This research will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on circular economy and household waste management in Jakarta. The findings will be valuable for policymakers, businesses, and communities to develop and implement effective strategies for sustainable waste management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of information services and educational strategies at the level of understanding with social media as a moderating variable. The population in this study used a sample of 238 respondents who were people from North Jakarta through sub-districts, namely, Cilincing, Koja, Kelapa Gading, Pademangan, Penjaringan, and Tanjung Priok. Data collection techniques by distributing research questionnaires in the form of Google Forms through social media. The data processing method in this study uses SmartPLS software which is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study show that information services have a positive and significant effect on the level of understanding. Educational strategies have a positive and significant effect on the level of understanding. Social media has a positive and significant effect on the level of understanding. Social media weakens but influences and can moderate between information services at the level of understanding. Social media can reinforce and moderate educational strategies to the level of understanding. The research is recommended if BNN Kota North Jakarta wants to increase the level of statements, it is suggested that it can improve service quality and ensure that all content creation processes follow increasing trends and there are educational values in the content.

Abstract

This journal aims to test and analyze the effect of service quality and marketing communication on the decisions of prospective new students and is moderated by the marketing mix. A total of 250 respondents as a sample were prospective students who wanted to continue their education to university. Random data collection  by distributing research questionnaires through social media. Smart PLS software is used in research with the results of service quality having a significant effect on the decisions of prospective students, marketing communications have a significant effect on the decisions of prospective students  , and the marketing mix has a significant effect on the decisions of prospective students. In addition, the marketing mix can significantly moderate the influence of service quality on the decisions of prospective students. The marketing mix has also been shown to have a significant effect on moderating the influence of marketing communications on prospective student decisions. Following up on the findings in this study, the decision of prospective students to choose a university can be optimized through service quality, marketing communication, and marketing mix.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, perceived convenience, and promotion on the decision to use the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS). Indonesia has already developed a QR Code-based transaction system that can be used for digital payments and is known as QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). This research is a quantitative study with a total of 349 respondents QRIS users in Indonesia who are over 17 years old. Sampling used a convenience sampling of  nonprobability sampling technique by distributing questionnaires on social media. Data processing using SPSS software. This result shows that there are positive significan influence between lifestyle on the decision to use, positive influence between perceived convenience on  the decision to use, and  positive influence between promotions on  the decision to use. This research is hoped to be able to support the growth and acceptance of QRIS as an increasing popular digital payment tool in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Live Streaming and Online Customer Reviews on purchase decisions of Jennskin products on Shopee. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 consumers in Jakarta through a structured questionnaire and analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that Live Streaming has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while Online Customer Reviews do not have a significant influence. The model's R² value of 0.601 indicates that 60.1% of the variation in purchase decisions is explained by the two variables. These findings highlight the importance of interactive and promotional features in Live Streaming and suggest the need for improved customer review strategies. Future research is recommended to include broader variables and demographics for deeper insights.

Abstract

Kalibaru village is one of the salted fish centers in North Jakarta. However, the use of e-commerce for sales is rarely done. Not to mention, the packaging is less attractive to end consumers. The purpose of the community service activities in RW 9Kalibaru Village, Cilincing District, North Jakarta is to increase knowledge for MSMEs regarding the urgency of utilizing e-commerce to sell anchovy product and upgrade their packaging using press vacuum. The community service activities were organized using counseling and demo methodswhich divided into two sessions, related to product marketing through e-commerce and increasing product value withpress vacuum packaging. In this session, speakers were lecturers from Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta who have their competence related with this topic. One of the findings obtained from this service activity is the difficulty of MSME, especially elder, to use e-commerce platform. Therefore, this counseling and demo are expected to help MSMEsfromRW 9 to be interested and more familiar with the e-commerce platform as a profitable place to selling their products.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diadakan di wilayah RW 10 Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta Utara memiliki tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah loka karya (workshop) yang dibagi ke dalam empat sesi. Dengan waktu yang diberikan 30 menit di setiap masing-masing sesi, para pelaku UMKM berkesempatan untuk mendengarkan pemaparan dengan materi yang berbeda-beda di setiap sesinya. Pemaparan tersebut diberikan oleh dosen-dosen dari Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada para pelaku UMKM yang dituntut harus terus bertahan dan bersaing ditengah gempuran transformasi digital. Terdapat beberapa temuan yang didapatkan dari hasil loka karya ini, salah satunya yaitu belum maksimalnya penggunaan media sosial untuk berbisnis atau menfasilitasi usaha mereka. Alih-alih digunakan untuk penunjang usaha mereka, media social tersebut masih cenderung digunakan untuk hal-hal yang bersifat pribadi. Dengan demikian, adanya pemaparan mengenai materi terkait digital marketing khususnya pemanfaatan media social sebagai alat pemasaran digital dapat membuat para pelaku UMKM untuk memaksimalkan pengguna media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran produk mereka sehingga mereka akan tetap bertahan dan bersaing di era disrupsi digital.
