Abstract

Sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia masih menggantungkan hidupnya pada sektor pertanian. Salah satu peran strategis sektor pertanian adalah sumber utama pendapatan rumah tangga pedesaan. Masalahnya, kondisi pelaku utama pertanian sekarang yakni tingkat pendidikan rendah, kepemilikan lahan sempit, kurang pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi, dan masalah pemasaran. Keberhasilan sektor pertanian perlu dukungan semua stakeholder seperti pemerintah, swasta, dan masyarakat termasuk pemuda. Agriculture Youth Mart (AYM) sebagai socio enterprise bertujuan membantu petani memasarkan produk pertanian dalam hubungan pemasaran. Suatu hubungan dapat berjalan baik ketika kedua belah pihak memegang kepercayaan dan komitmen. Pembentukan kepercayaan dan komitmen pemasaran jangka panjang dilakukan dengan pengendalian perilaku oportunis. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis hubungan pengendalian perilaku oportunis dengan kepercayaan pada petani pemasok; dan menganalisis hubungan kepercayaan dan komitmen pemasaran jangka panjang pada petani pemasok. Responden penelitian merupakan seluruh petani pemasok AYM di Jawa Barat dan Jawa Tengah, yaitu sebanyak 20 orang. Data dikumpulkan pada bulan Oktober 2018 dan dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 24 untuk statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis rank Spearman menunjukkan indikator kesamaan budaya berhubungan positif dan sangat nyata dengan integritas serta berhubungan positif dan nyata dengan kompetensi. Akan tetapi, indikator kesamaan budaya tidak berhubungan nyata dengan loyalitas, konsistensi, dan keterbukaan. Peubah kepercayaan berhubungan sangat nyata dan positif dengan komitmen pada petani pemasok.Kata Kunci: Hubungan Pemasaran; Kepercayaan; Komitmen; Pengendalian Perilaku Oportunis; Petani Pemasok

Abstract

Introduction : Type II diabetes mellitus is a common type of disease and accounts for 85-90% of all diabetes cases that occur. There is an increase in cases of type II diabetes mellitus from year to year and there are still many sufferers who have not implemented dietary habits, physical activity, adequate rest and control blood sugar in daily life and there is still a lack of knowledge and attitudes of type II diabetes mellitus sufferers about diabetes. type II mellitus Objective : This research aims to determine the effect of lectures using educational video media on the behavior of people with type II diabetes mellitus Method : This type of research uses quantitative research methods with a pre-experiment research design and a one group pretest-posttest design. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with a total of 35 respondents. Analysis of knowledge and behavior data used the Wilcoxon test and for attitudes used the paired t-test. Result :. The results of the average knowledge of sufferers about type II diabetes mellitus were pretest 4.80 (not good), post test 7.37 (good). while the average attitude of pretest sufferers was 25.54 (negative), post test 30.11 (positive). and for the average behavior of type II diabetes mellitus sufferers pretest 11.83 (not good), posttest 14.14 (good). There was an effect of lectures using educational video media on the behavior of type II diabetes mellitus sufferers (P ? 0.05). Conclusion: The improvement in behavior among patients with type II diabetes mellitus through lectures using educational video media.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Snack Bar Kalabu (Kalamansi dan Ubi Ungu) merupakan produk bernilai jual tinggi dengan menggabungkan jeruk kalamansi dengan ubi ungu sebagai alternatif camilan sehat untuk penderita diabetes dan mendukung terciptanya Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS). Produk ini belum pernah dipromosikan di Wilayah Anggut Atas. Pelatihan dan edukasi tentang promosi sangat penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab serta dilakukan pretest danpostest. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Pengujian secara statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi tentang promosi snack bar kalabu. Hasil statistic menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan ibu-ibu rumah tangga setelah dilakukan edukasi. Dan hasil diskusi ditetapkan logo dan kemasan yang menarik untuk produk snack bar kalabu di jual dan menjadi peluang bisnis guna meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat.  Kata Kunci: Kalamansi, Promosi, Snack Bar, Ubi Ungu  ABSTRACT Kalabu Snack Bar (a combination of Kalamansi and Purple Sweet Potato) is a high-value product that combines kalamansi citrus with purple sweet potato as a healthy snack alternative for individuals with diabetes while supporting the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS). This product has not yet been promoted in the Anggut Atas area. Training and education on promotion are crucial to enhancing the knowledge and skills of housewives. The activities were carried out using lecture, discussion, and Q&A methods, accompanied by pretests and posttests. The participants in this program were housewives. Statistical testing was conducted to determine the impact of education on promoting the Kalabu snack bar before and after the sessions. Statistical results revealed an increase in the housewives' knowledge after the education. Through discussions, an appealing logo and packaging design for the Kalabu snack bar were established, turning the product into a business opportunity to improve the community’s economy. Keywords: Kalamansi, Promotion, Snack Bar, Purple Sweet Potato

Abstract

The field of health and communication has experienced significant growth over the past three decades, driven by the increasing integration of digital technologies in public health and the demand for effective health information dissemination. This study aims to explore global trends in health and communication research through a bibliometric analysis of publications indexed in the Scopus database from 1995 to 2025. Using bibliometric indicators such as publication volume, authorship patterns, institutional and country collaborations, and keyword co-occurrence, this research identifies major contributors, thematic developments, and emerging research fronts in the field. The study used bibliometric analysis of 210 publications in the Scopus database from 1995 to 2025. Publication data was selected using the keyword "health AND communication." Data processing was conducted by co-occurrence between keywords and data presentation with overlay visualization. The results of data processing with VosViewer and R-Studio revealed shifts in research topics in 1995 to 2025. The findings reveal an upward trend in scholarly output, with a notable concentration of publications originating from high-income countries. Furthermore, the analysis highlights the growing importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and digital health themes. This study provides valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and institutions seeking to understand the evolution of health communication research and to identify gaps and opportunities for future exploration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya pengembangan masyarakat muslim dalam meningkatkan sumber daya alam di tempat tinggal daerah pesisir dalam berwirausaha sosial. Terlebih lagi saat ini ditengah pandemi covid-19 yang menimbulkan banyaknya pekerja yang kehilangan pekerjaanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mengembangkan hasil sumber daya alam di sekitar tempat tinggal dapat membantu masyarakat muslim memperbaiki perekonomiannya di tengah pandemi covid-19 juga masalah lainnnya.  Sejumlah media  terus  melansir  dan  memberitakan  berita  tersebut  kepada semua masyarakat, mengikuti  arahan  pemerintah  untuk  diam  dirumah  aja, karena   tuntutan  pekerjaan   dan   perekonomian   sehari   hari. Efek yang ditimbulkan ini mempersulit perekonomian masyarakat dan mengembangkan ide untuk mencari pekerjaan lainnya.  Penelitian ini menunjukan  bahwa pendapatan sumber daya alam untuk berkreasi memanfaatkan ikan sebagai usaha. Dengan pelatihan dan penyuluhan juga dampingan dapat menjadi industri rumahan dikelola secara individual atau kelompok. Selain itu penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa berwirausaha yang dijalankan masyarakat islam menjadi bagian dari tanggung jawab, dimana keseluruhan terdapat nilai nilai islam yang lebih dominan pada sosial kemanusiaan yang berorientasi pada keuntungan finansial.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh keluarga dalam mencegah stunting adalah dengan adanya keterbukaan, peningkatan kesehatan dan dukungan keluarga. Keluarga dalam penerapan promosi kesehatan dilihat sebagai agen perubahan yang dapat membentuk perilaku sehat anggota keluarga berdasarkan teori sistem keluarga. Model pendekatan keluarga keluarga dapat mendorong kesehatan serta menjadi pondasi untuk membentuk perilaku hidup sehat dan dapat menjadi alat yang berguna untuk pendidikan dan promosi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui ada hubungan keterbukaan, peningkatan kesehatan dan dukungan keluarga dalam mencegah stunting di wilayah perkotaan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Responden penelitian berjumlah 50 ibu yang memiliki anak balita. Data diperoleh dari responden dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Selanjutnya, dianalisis menggunakan SPSS for windows v.25. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara keterbukaan (ρ=0,724), peningkatan kesehatan (ρ=0,334), dan dukungan keluarga (ρ=0,586) dengan pencegahan stunting di wilayah Puskesmas Sawah Lebar. Abstract

Degenerative conditions related to cholesterol, blood sugar, and uric acid tend to increase with age and lifestyle changes, particularly among office workers in the productive age group. This study investigates the association between age and levels of cholesterol, blood sugar, and uric acid among employees of the Bengkulu Ministry of Health Polytechnic. A descriptive analytical design was employed using medical check-up data from 203 respondents. Data normality was assessed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and correlations were analyzed using Pearson’s method. The findings revealed significant correlations between age and total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, blood sugar, and uric acid levels, although most correlations were weak in strength. These results suggest that age contributes to elevated biochemical markers associated with degenerative diseases, highlighting the importance of routine health monitoring among office workers as a strategy for early prevention.  Keywords: Cholesterol, blood sugar, uric acid, degenerative diseases, office workers

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic health disorder characterized by high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia). Factors that can cause diabetes are heredity and an unhealthy lifestyle. The innovation of healthy snack bar 'Kalabu' aims to support the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS). Snack bar "Kalabu" is a food product made from a mixture of local food ingredients kalamansi orange and purple sweet potato, then formed into a solid and compact form (food bar form). Product selection is based on current trends in society, is a practical alternative snack that can be consumed between activities and can be used to delay hunger when facing rush hours at certain times. This activity was carried out in Anggut Atas Village involving 5 alumni and 20 small business owners using demonstration and evaluation methods. Data analysis on knowledge was carried out using the T-Test test. The results of the implementation of community service obtained that the average knowledge of mothers about DM increased from 80.40 to 94.60. Likewise, with the acceptance of kalabu snack bar, most mothers (50%) liked the combination of purple sweet potato and kalamansi orange, and only a small percentage (15%) did not like the combination of kalabu snack bar flavors. It is expected to be an alternative to healthy snacks in an effort to support the healthy living community movement (GERMAS), especially as an alternative snack food that is safe for diabetics.

Abstract

Kelurahan Sukamerindu as the location of community service. This is because Kelurahan Suka Merindu is classified as slums, densely populated, cases of hyprtension and diabetes mellitus are high compared to other villages. Lurah, health devices and cadres actively participate in health programs. The purpose of community service activities is the implementation of case discovery activities, management and prevention of hypertensive patients in Bengkulu. Community service activities are carried out by registration and blood pressure checks, which are attended by 42 people. Furthermore, gymnastics activities in the form of healthy heart exercises, elderly exercises and Germas exercises, from the results of measurement of blood pressure found one grade hypertension with blood pressure 140-159 /90-99 mmHg as many as 15 people (35.7%). Counseling activities carried out by the lecture method followed by discussion and question and answer. Through community service activities, they know how to prevent hypertension through watermelon juice and know the benefits and can consume their own juice at home. Health socialization and promotion about the prevention and prevention of hypertension must be continued and can be an example for other villages and can be developed against the prevention and prevention of other non -communicable diseases, especially diabetes mellitus.
