Abstract

It is well known that early childhood is the initial stage that requires more intensive attention, because it is at this age that the fundamental educational process begins to build the basic framework of children's knowledge, attitudes and skills. Order in the educational process at this early age becomes the main competency to determine the sustainability of children's education. Educational game tools based on 3-dimensional animation with a visual approach to traditional and modern transportation are media facilities by integrating digital technology that has benefits and educational value for children, which previously used simulation media in the form of pazzel which was played conventionally. The utilization of this game tool can be through children's learning activities by playing digital simulations through the form of transportation equipment, intended to stimulate all aspects of religious morals, physical motor, cognitive, language, social emotional and art. The purpose of this research is to find out the design form of educational game tools and the stages in designing 3-dimensional animation through the form of traditional and modern transportation visual tools. The method used is R&D with a design thinking approach. The result of this research is the creation of a 3-dimensional animation-based educational game tool with traditional and modern visual transportation tools.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan adalah memberikan kemampuan dan pemahaman kepada IRT di Tamarunang Kec. Somba Opu, Kabupaten Gowa, dalam membuat produk kerajinan dengan memanfaatkan sampah daun. Hal ini akan memberikan kontribusi kepada pemasukan IRT yang bernilai ekonomis. Sampah daun bisa ditemukan dimana saja pada Kabupaten Gowa, akan tetapi apabila sampah daun tersebut tidak ditangani dengan tepat akan memberikan dampak yang tidak baik kepada lingkungan dan kesehatan. Kendala umum yang selalu dihadapi adalah sampah daun pada umumnya tidak dibersihkan dan membuat lingkungan menjadi tidak bersih. Kemudian, selama ini proses pembersihan dilakukan dengan membakar daun kering, dimana hal itu memberikan dampak yang buruk bagi kesehatan manusia terutama pada gangguan sistem dan organ pernapasan. Sehingga, untuk mengurangi dampak buruk tersebut, sampah daun perlu dimanfaatkan dengan membuat produk kerajinan yang memberikan penghasilan tambahan kepada. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan pelatihan membuat produk kerajinan kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Gowa. Masyarakat diberikan pemahaman mulai dari memilih jenis daun yang baik digunakan, mendesain, hingga membuat produk sebagai hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah (1) masyarakat mampu membuat produk kerajinan dari daun sampah yang bernilai ekonomis; (2) IRT pada umumnya mampu membuat produk yang bernilai ekonomis yang ramah lingkungan. Diharapkan pelatihan seperti ini kedepannya bisa menjadi kegiatan yang berkelanjutan, hingga komunitas IRT yang secara konsisten dan dapat meraup penghasilan dari usaha produk kerajinan dari daun.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a FinanTrack mobile application that assists users in managing personal finances efficiently. This application is developed through several important stages, starting from needs analysis, software design with use case diagrams and data flow diagrams, and implementation using the Java programming language on Android Studio. The FinanTrack application has a main feature to record expenses and income, as well as a form to add new transaction data. Users can categorize transactions, view history, and monitor total finances in real- time. With this application, it is hoped that people can easily manage their personal finances through their smartphones, so as to improve financial literacy and help achieve better financial stability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the description of abusive language behavior among students at SMK Negeri 3 Soppeng, focusing on three main research questions: (1) the general overview of abusive language behavior tendencies, (2) the specific forms of dominant behavior, and (3) the influence of digital media use on such behavior. This phenomenon is crucial as verbal aggression becomes increasingly normalized in adolescent social interactions. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving 36 tenth-grade students identified as having high levels of verbal aggression. Data were collected using an Abusive Language Scale adapted from the Verbal Aggressiveness Scale (VAS) and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that: (1) the majority of students (69%) were in the high category of abusive language use; (2) the most dominant forms of behavior included the use of profanity (27%), insulting expressions (22%), and aggressive language during emotional states (20%); and (3) 19% of abusive language use occurred in digital media, influenced by the imitation of social media content. These findings emphasize the need for group counseling interventions based on the Bugis cultural values of Tellu Cappa (Cappa Lila). It is concluded that the internalization of the "tongue’s tip" philosophy is essential for reconstructing students' communication ethics and self-control based on the principle of Siri’ (self-worth/dignity).

Abstract

This study was motivated by the presence of students who experienced difficulties in developing self-efficacy at SMP Negeri 2 Pattallassang. Low self-efficacy was indicated by students’ doubts about their abilities, lack of confidence in learning activities, and tendency to give up easily when facing academic tasks. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of narrative counseling in improving students’ self-efficacy. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 14 students selected through proportional random sampling and divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected using a self-efficacy scale, observation, and interviews. The treatment was carried out through narrative counseling in the form of group counseling sessions. The results showed that narrative counseling was effective in improving students’ self-efficacy. After the treatment, students in the experimental group demonstrated increased self-confidence, courage in facing challenges, and persistence in completing tasks. Therefore, narrative counseling can be used as an alternative guidance and counseling service to improve students’ self-efficacy in schools
