<![CDATA[Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada jaman sekarang sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap masyarakat baik itu orang dewasa maupun anak-anak. Khususnya pada anak-anak, sangat dibutuhkan pelatihan penggunaan perangkat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi agar nantinya anak-anak dapat memanfaatkannya dengan baik. Salah satunya adalah dengan melatih kemampuan mendesain artikel artistik dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi pengolah kata yaitu Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word adalah aplikasi pengolah kata yang sangat populer pada saat ini,dengan aplikasi tersebut dapat memudahkan kerja manusia, salah satunya dalam membuat artikel. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dititik beratkan dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang cara mendesain artikel artistik menggunakan software Ms.Word bagi siswa-siswi kelas 5 di SDIT Salsabila Al Muthi’in Yogyakarta. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut, siswa-siswi dapat lebih mengetahui tentang teknik mendesain yang artistik dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Word dan penggunaannya sehingga dapat membantu saat pengerjaan tugas sekolah maupun meningkatkan kreativitas. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan memberikan pengalaman dan ketrampilan pada para siswa di SDIT Salsabilla Al-Muthi’in dalam mendesain artikel yang artistik dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Word. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul “Pelatihan Mendesain Artikel Artistik Menggunakan Microsoft Word Bagi Kelas 5 SD di SDIT Salsabila Al Muthi’in Yogyakarta” memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi peningkatan keterampilan siswa siswi dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komputer, khususnya untuk membuat artikel artistik.]]>

<![CDATA[By developing the commercialization of micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) products in Patuk Gunungkidul district, Instagram social media can be used by creating content in the form of stop motion videos. The creation of stop-motion videos requires the knowledge and skills of MSME actors. Help with the production of stop motion videos is therefore necessary to improve the marketing of products. The assistance consists of introducing stop-motion video, photo-taking techniques and posting stop-motion video content on Instagram. The results of mentoring activities revealed that SMEs in Patuk Gunungkidul's sub-district had the skills to create stop-motion videos on their products. In addition, they were also able to post videos of products they had made on Instagram social networks.]]>

<![CDATA[Teachers are a very noble profession, because one of the teachers' tasks is to help the intellectual life of the nation. As teachers in their daily lives to educate the nation, requires the support of equipment that can be used in the teaching and learning process in the field that it has. The necessary support material may be hardware and software that can be used to compile teaching materials of interest to learners. Therefore, teachers should have the skills as educators to leverage the kmputer hardware and software correctly to create interactive educational materials in the digital age, one of the multimedia-based teaching materials using Microsoft software Power point. The purpose of teaching didactic materials for teachers is to provide teachers with skills to use the use of Microsoft Power Point to produce interactive documents that may be more interesting for student learning. Thus, the implementation of community service activities with the title "support for the development of educational materials for primary school Teachers ISAM (SDIT) Salsabila Al Muthi'in multimedia through the use of Microsoft Power Point" offers advantages important for improving teachers' skills in the use of information and computer technologies.]]>

<![CDATA[Family Income Improvement Company (UP2K) - Fostering Family Welfare (PKK) is a form of activity aimed at improving the family economy. The UP2K-PKK in Prawirodirjan brings together 27 players in the goods and services trade. It is possible to increase the marketing of UP2K-PKK participants' products in Prawirodirjan by creating product profiles as a means of offering or promoting. To create a product profile, you can create product photos using a smartphone. Taking pictures to take pictures of products requires photography and photo editing techniques using a smartphone. Improved photographic techniques and photo editing skills of UP2K-PKK participants can be achieved through training support provided by lecturers from the Computer Science Department of the Yogyakarta Adisucipto College of Technology as a form of community service activity.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of information and computerized tenology has led to what is called the Internet and the World Wide Web (WWW). In addition, the dramatic development of the Internet has given users more choice and control over content, and also provides individuals, businesses, and public and private organizations with the opportunity to generate and disseminate information. The interactive features of the web can be an effective way to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships if the web is used properly. The presence of the Internet has proven to have a positive impact on the development of a village, sub-district or district to introduce and inform the potential of its region. This is evident in several regions of Indonesia which have successfully used Internet facilities to introduce tourist destinations to the world. Therefore, the training on the promotion website is an effort to optimize the introduction of high quality village products in the district of Patuk and is also intended to follow the results of research on the design of a promotion of superior products and tourist objects on the web in Patuk Gunungkidul district. On the basis of the website promotion feasibility test during the training for each representative in 11 villages in the Patuk sub-district, 87.36% was obtained, so that it can be said that the Introduction of superior village products via promotional materials based on the website was optimal and met the needs of users.]]>

<![CDATA[Fiber optic cable is the fastest computer network transmission medium today. In addition to its ability to transfer data faster than other transmission media, fiber optic cable also has factors that can interfere with its performance, one of which is bending. Experiments were carried out on fiber optic cables that were given bending, then tested the data transfer speed for 60 seconds at different bending diameter variations. The results of the test with a maximum speed of 967.35 mbps at a bending diameter of 20 mm, then the speed decreases as the bending diameter is getting smaller, and the slowest speed is at a diameter of 6 mm with a speed of 4.15 mbps. The data was then tested using the validity test, normality test, linearity test and analyzed using simple regression analysis. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an effect of bending on the quality of data transfer by 41%.]]>

<![CDATA[Teachers are the spearhead to improve the quality of education because whether or not the quality of education is good or not, one of which will be determined by the teacher himself. Therefore, teachers need to be motivated and enthusiastic to teach more actively and diligently to share their knowledge with their students. In the learning process, teachers are required to be able to make innovations because students have their own uniqueness, so teachers are expected to be able to meet the needs of students in obtaining learning. The activities and workload of teachers in the world of education are currently increasing. The existence of awards in the form of rewards can increase the motivation of teachers in carrying out their duties and obligations. The criteria for a good teacher are not only seen from the criteria for education and experience, but other criteria are needed such as personality competence, pedagogical competence and social competence. These criteria will be the benchmark in selecting teachers who will receive rewards. The existence of an effective decision-making system to facilitate the determination of tutor rewards. The profile matching method is applied to obtain ranking search results that show the highest to the lowest scores for each teacher, from the ranking results, teachers are selected who will get rewards. The implementation of a website-based tutoring teacher reward application using the profile matching method can run well.]]>

Property insurance is a type of protection for property assets such as houses, apartments, and offices. The goal is to anticipate financial losses due to unexpected events that befall your property. Data such as Risk-Based Capital (RBC) is needed in choosing a property insurance company, the amount of premium, insurance coverage, and the premium period as a material consideration in making decisions. In implementing the Property Insurance Selection Decision Support System Application using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the user determines the main priority weights from the predetermined criteria, from the results of determining the priority weights, a recommendation for property insurance companies is obtained which is desired by the property owner from the calculation results, it can be concluded that the average calculation speed of the application of 30 experimental sample data is 1264 ms or 1.264s]]>

<![CDATA[Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) can be defined as a productive business that can be owned by individuals or business entities and has met the criteria as a micro business. UMKM is one of the spearheads of an independent economy that has great development potential, so that the existence of MSMEs can strengthen the people's economy. One area that has a lot of MSMEs is Gunungkidul Regency which is located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. There are many obstacles in the UMKM business in Gunungkidul Regency, one of which is in marketing and product management. Support from the technological side is needed to increase the pace of the MSME economy. One form of technology support is an inventory application that can help MSMEs in managing product stocks and supporting product marketing. Applications named Nawani and Nukoni can make it easier for MSME business players in marketing products. Nawani functions to market UMKM products and perform stock management, while Nukoni functions as a catalog for MSME products. Based on the test obtained using a Likert Scale, Nawani has a score of 78.8% for the Function Test and the UI / UX Test of 69.6%, while Nukoni has a score of 85.3% for the Function Test and the UI / UX Test for 70.2%, so that both applications are running and suitable for use by both parties.]]>

<![CDATA[Increasing human productivity accompanied by increasingly advanced developments has an impact on the need for faster and easier communication and data exchange, one of which is using a mobile smartphone. ReResik application is an application that is used to report the accumulation of garbage. Garbage accumulation is a problem that is often encountered, one of which is in Gunungkidul tourism objects, so there needs to be a solution to solve this problem. One solution is to utilize Global Positioning System (GPS) and Firebase technology to create a waste reporting application. The use of GPS can make it easier to report the accumulation of garbage in a place by utilizing geo tagging technology and the complexity of the features found in Firebase provide user convenience both in terms of application development and the use of features in applications that can facilitate reporting and recipients of waste reports. All functions in the ReResik Application run according to design. Tests in the field can show the location of the accumulation of waste with photos sent with the difference in the accuracy of the location where the report of accumulation of waste occurs 1.38 meters from the location point sent by the application. The average data transfer capability of the ReResik Application upload is 1161.8 ms for the reporting section and 1004.2 ms for the cleaning staff. Functional testing of photos uploaded to Firebase has gone through the process of automatically compressing photos with an average value percentage of 61.22% of the uploaded photo size.]]>
