Requirement engineering phase is logically known to check the compliance of application such in web-based e-learning development. This research indicates that basic aspects of web-based e-learning can be used to identify or elicit the early requirement and classify it into the functional and non-functional approach. The research found that even in learning management system (LMS) Based, some of the web-based e-learning are using for different goals. It is challenging to develop a system of web-based e-learning to get the requirement focus at the early phase and select the feature that can fill the requirement. This study goal is developing a requirement model to describe the web requirement focus and decompose every web requirement aspects through logical modeling. Analysis due to the interaction and coverage of web-based e-learning is combined with web modeling aspects including content, interaction, functional, navigation and configuration to show the relation among detail requirements. Requirements are found in a systematic way by modeling its logic to determine the basic needs in the using of learning management system. The result from this requirement model proves that web-based e-learning requirements are sustain-ably identified to complement each requirements and can be implemented to classify the specific requirement to select the appropriate web-based e-learning features from early phase development.

Perkebunan kopi khususnya dengan jenis liberica memiliki potensi yang besar untuk menjadi komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Sambas. Kondisi tersebut dinyatakan dalam data statistik dari BPS Kabupaten Sambas yang menunjukkan bahwa luas perkebunan kopi cenderung meningkat tiap tahun, namun produksinya menurun. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan lahan dan proses pengolahan pasca produksi yang dirasa cukup menyulitkan bagi sebagian petani kopi. Area perkebunan kopi di Kabupaten Sambas yang belum terdata secara meluas juga menyebabkan kurangnya informasi spesifik mengenai sentra kopi beserta varietasya. Luas wilayah perkebunan secara spasial harus terdata untuk membantu pihak terkait dalam mengelola potensi perkebunan kopi yang ada di Kabupaten Sambas. Pemetaan informasi melalui kumpulan data spasial menjadi satu tren yang terus berkembang dan sangat banyak dimanfaatkan khususnya dalam pengelolaan data statistik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan pengumpulan data spasial meliputi titik koordinat dan lokasi, varietas serta keterangan tambahan lain terkait perkebunan kopi di Kabupaten Sambas diketahui bahwa terdapat tiga pola pengembangan perkebunan meliputi perkebunan lokal dengan area terbatas (Kecamatan Galing, Dusun Sekilah), perkebunan kopi swadaya sebagai sentra kopi (Kecamatan Teluk Keramat, Dusun Kaliampuk), dan kebun kopi tradisional yang kurang terawat (Kecamatan Sambas, Desa Dalam Kaum) yang dipetakan di tiga titik. Penitikan lokasi dengan Garmin dan Mobile GPS juga berhasil dilakukan dan digunakan untuk memberikan informasi kepada staeholder mengenai potensi pengembangan kopi khas Sambas dan menjadi data awal yang digunakan dalam visualisai baik melalui infografis maupun videografis.

Subject teachers need to develop their abilities in technology in order to continue to update their teaching methods, especially in creating learning media. The High School English Subject Teacher Conference (MGMP) in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province, in this case also requires developing the ability to use software that can be used to create attractive learning media. So far, the digital technology-based learning media used for presentations by English MGMP teachers in Sambas when teaching in class is PowerPoint slides, this is due to teachers' limitations in mastering the software for creating presentation designs. The aim of this service activity is to empower teachers who are members of the English MGMP in Sambas by increasing their competency in creating attractive learning media designs using Canva. Canva is software or application that really supports the creation of learning media with various templates and complete features. Based on the problems of these teachers, systematic education is needed to be able to make learning media attractive and practical so that it can be implemented by teachers in teaching and learning activities. The findings from this community service activity were that the teachers involved gained new knowledge to create learning media presentation designs through Canva. In conclusion, this activity has a positive impact on teachers in improving their ability to use technology, especially technology in the world of design.

Politeknik Negeri Sambas has initiated the development of teaching factory directed to the plantation agribusiness sector with a focus on the downstream phase of coffee agribusiness. To support this initiation, infrastructure on production and research laboratories are needed in the processing of industrial products and be able to increase research based on the output of innovative products. Several things that need to be prepared to support the development of a teaching factory-based coffee industry area in Sambas Regency include preparing a coffee industry center with supporting infrastructure in the form of a research laboratory and coffee processing machines which are visualized in the form of 3D Environment Modeling to provide a digital brief of the coffee industry area that can be used to check the feasibility of developing an area, the 3D Environment Modeling concept can be applied in both interior and exterior contexts. The results of the design are visualized in the form of a 3D Environment Modeling Animation Video of the coffee industry area in MP4 format and archived in DVD. Through this concept, it can provide an insight to stakeholders and the Politeknik Negeri Sambas community about the feasibility of developing a teaching factory-based coffee industry area in Sambas Regency.

Research focus on learning technologies currently classified into three main themes included pedagogical aspect, underpinning technology, and organizational issues. In particular, there is an expand research on how to explore learning technologies in order to support the communication and collaboration by increasing focus on relevant pedagogical and organizational issues. Concerns that appear in every research focus can be related to determine the specific component of web e-learning. Analysis of specific component then required to describe all aspects that support the web e-learning implementation. Final result from this analysis is initialization of web e-learning component in logical and technical along with it relations by proposed a web e-learning component metamodel.

The objective of this study is to explore the business feasibility of the Jawai Laut tourism village as a follow-up to the design of the tourism village business feasibility website. The urgency of website development as a means of strategic analysis of the financial aspects of the tourism village will be a good choice, because it is expected to make it easier for stakeholders to make decisions in efforts to develop the tourism village. Website development and exploration of business feasibility must be part of virtual tourism and the creative economy to support technological readiness in the future. The findings of this study are based on financial ratio indicators, the majority of calculation results indicate that investment in the Jawai Laut Tourism Village is feasible.

Pemberian beasiswa merupakan program kerja yang ada di setiap perguruan tinggi. Bidikmisi adalah program bantuan biaya pendidikan yang diberikan pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi (Dikjen Dikti) yang mempunyai misi untuk menghidupkan harapan bagi masyarakat kurang mampu dan mempunyai potensi akademik memadai untuk dapat menempuh pendidikan sampai ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Penerapan pada saat ini di Politeknik Negeri Sambas masih menggunakan proses seleksi beasiswa secara manual, sehingga ada beberapa proses berlangsung cukup lama dan biaya yang besar. Untuk membantu mengatasi kendala tersebut dikembangkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat membantu tim pengelola Bidikmisi Politeknik Negeri Sambas dalam pengambilan keputusan penentuan penerimaan beasiswa Bidikmisi, guna menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih efisien, akurat dan mudah. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan calon penerima beasiswa Bidikmisi adalah metode profile matching karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan menentukan kriteria, subkriteria beserta menetapkan nilai bobot tiap kriteria, mendapatkan GAP antara profil mahasiswa dengan profil ideal. Dengan menggunakan metode ini ditentukan nilai bobot t ertinggi dan dijumlahkan kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif yang berhak mendapatkan beasiswa Bidikmisi. Terda pat tiga akses dalam aplikasi ini, yaitu admin, pengelola dan operator. Admin bertugas mengelola indikator perhitungan. Pengelola bertugas mengelola data survei kandidat. Operator bertugas mengelola manajemen perhitungan akhir. Hasil dari aplikasi ini adalah perangkingan pendaftar yang mendapatkan prioritas untuk menerima beasiswa Bidikmisi dengan kebergunaan sistem pendukung keputusan oleh pengguna sebesar 100%.

UPA Bahasa Politeknik Negeri Sambas adalah unit pelaksana teknis di bidang layanan bahasa yang melaksanakan english course setiap tahunnya guna meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat multimedia interaktif bisa dipelajari secara efektif dan efesien sehingga tidak hanya terbatas pada kelas luring tetapi juga bisa menjadi media self learning yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan studi literatur. Penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Subyek validasi terdiri dari seorang ahli media, 2 orang ahli materi dan 30 orang responden. Validitas menurut ahli media menunjukkan kategori sangat setuju (84%), menurut ahli materi pembelajaran TOEIC menunjukkan kategori sangat setuju (90%), menurut ahli materi kedua menunjukkan kategori setuju (78%), berdasarkan uji coba ke-30 orang responden menunjukkan kategori sangat setuju (88,4%), sehingga aplikasi Multimedia Interaktif pembelajaran TOEIC dirasa telah layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pendukung sistem konvensional dalam menyampaikan materi.

Instructional media is a component of teaching methods that can be used to enhance the process of teacher-student interaction and student interaction with their learning environment. The use of instructional media is expected to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process which can ultimately affect student learning outcomes to be better. Based on observations conducted in science class of high school, it was found that teachers in the Biology subject found it difficult to provide a clear and detailed description of the human circulatory system due to the used teaching instrument. It could also be seen from the score of student evaluation which are almost all at the minimum standard of completeness score, even more some of them was scoring below the standard. Because of some issues, instructional media in the form of three-dimensional media (3D) is needed to simulate the human circulatory system and help students understand the subject. 3D simulations for this subject are made on an interactive multimedia, so the students can interact with the media and also able to see 3D simulations of the large and small blood circulation in human body. 3D simulation of the human circulatory system was successfully created in the form of interactive media and being used by grade XI students at MAN 1 Sambas as a biology learning media to help the student to understand the material of the human circulatory system. The effect of using 3D simulation of the human circulatory system in learning improve student understanding that was observed from the pretest and posttest data of students before and after using the instructional media. As a result, there was a 52% increase in the number of students whose scores were complete after learning with 3D simulation. ABSTRAK Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu komponen metode pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan proses interaksi guru-siswa dan interaksi siswa dengan lingkungan belajarnya. Penggunaan media pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar yang pada akhirnya dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di kelas IPA SMA, ditemukan bahwa guru mata pelajaran Biologi mengalami kesulitan dalam memberikan uraian yang jelas dan rinci tentang sistem peredaran darah manusia dikarenakan alat peraga yang digunakan. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari nilai penilaian siswa yang hampir seluruhnya berada pada Standar Ketuntasan Minimal (SKM), bahkan ada yang nilainya dibawah standar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan media pembelajaran berupa media tiga dimensi (3D) untuk mensimulasikan sistem peredaran darah manusia dan membantu siswa dalam memahami materi. Simulasi 3D pada mata pelajaran ini dibuat pada media multimedia interaktif, sehingga siswa dapat berinteraksi dengan media dan juga dapat melihat simulasi 3D peredaran darah besar dan kecil pada tubuh manusia. Simulasi 3D sistem peredaran darah manusia berhasil dibuat dalam bentuk media interaktif dan digunakan oleh siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Sambas sebagai media pembelajaran biologi untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami materi sistem peredaran darah manusia. Pengaruh penggunaan simulasi 3D sistem peredaran darah manusia dalam pembelajaran meningkatkan pemahaman siswa yang terlihat dari data pretest dan posttest siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan jumlah siswa yang nilainya tuntas setelah pembelajaran dengan simulasi 3D sebesar 52%.

Sambas Regency has a lot of quite exotic tourism potential, starting from natural and cultural tourist attractions, this is due to the natural geographical conditions of Sambas Regency which support it and local cultural wisdom which is still maintained. Mountains, beaches, lakes and cultural attractions are the main attraction for tourists. One of the exotic tourism potentials that should be developed as a tourism business in Sambas Regency is Temajuk Village in Paloh District. Temajuk Village is a village that has a lot of tourism potential, especially natural tourism. In order to increase tourism potential in Temajuk Tourism Village, it is necessary to increase the capacity of Tourism Human Resources, especially in the use of digital platforms inpromoting and providing information related to tourist attractions in Temajuk Village. Promotion of a tourist attraction cannot be separated from digital promotion through several social media. Photography and videography are fields that need to be mastered in the digital era to create a creative, innovative and productive generation in accordance with the needs of industry in modern times like today. The aim of implementing the 2024 Iinternational Collaborative Community Services (ICCS) includes providing assistance to Tourism Human Resources in Temajuk Village in utilizing digital platforms that can be used to digitize Tourism Villages and promote tourism in Temajuk Village more efficiently by utilizing mobile video editing based on Capcut Mobile. This activity was attended by Temajuk Village Tourism Human Resources and had an impact on increasing digital tourism promotion capabilities using mobile based media as well as increasing the role of institutions in international collaboration to develop the country.
