Abstract

Pada Program iniditerapkan Metode Aquaponik untuk Mewujudkan keluarga mandiri pangan  di Kartiasa, Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk membantu pembudidayalelemewujudkan ketahanan pangan serta meningkatkan pendapatankeluarga atau masyarakat dengan diversifikasi  produk pertanian  berupa lele dan  sayuran dengan metode pertanian terintegrasi.Metode aquaponik ini diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan budidaya perikanan,biaya operasional yang tinggi dan permasalahan lingkungan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalahpelatihan penerapan metode aquaponik dalam budidayalele,pembuatan sistem aquaponik, penanganan air budidaya perikanan, pemeliharaan ikan dantanaman.Selain itu, dilakukan juga pelatihan kewirausahaan, manajemen usaha, teknik-teknik pemasaran, serta pendampingan kegiatan produksidanpemasaran.Denganadanyadiversifikasi produk hasil budidaya, maka waktu tunggu panen tidak hanya mengandalkan hasil lele, tetapi juga berupa komoditas sayur organik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa program ini telah membantu mengatasi permasalahan para pembudidaya ikan lele. Kata Kunci : Aquaponik, kewirausahaan, Peningkatan ekonomi, Sistem terintegrasi.

Abstract

Penelitianinimembahastentangekstraksi akumulasi voting pada accumulatorarray yang dihasilkan algoritma InvariantGeneralised Hough Transform (GHT) untukmenemukan posisi kemunculan motif pada citrabatik yang telah mengalami perubahan skaladan atau rotasi. Proses ekstraksi accumulatorarray dilakukan dengan 4 (empat) metode yaituHillClimbingClustering,KombinasiTresholding dan Density Based SpatialClustering of Application with Noise (DBSCAN),Kombinasi Hill Climbing dan DBSCAN sertaKombinasi Tresholding, Hill Climbing danDBSCAN. Untuk setiap metode yang diusulkan,dihitung nilai Precision dan Recall. Precisiondan Recall tertinggi diperoleh oleh KombinasiTresholding, Hill Climbing dan DBSCAN, yaitusebesar 23% untuk precision dan 35% untukrecall.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memanfaatkan silika dalam bentuk gel dari hasil pemurnian abu sekam sebagai adsorber air pada papan partikel dengan komposisi silika gel di dalam campuran 0%, 5%, 10% dan 15%. Karakterisasi yang dilakukan meliputi meliputi pengujian: kerapatan, kadar air, pengembangan tebal, modulus patah, MOR dan keteguhan rekat internal,IB. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian papan partikel maka disimpulkan bahwa kadar silika optimum yang diperoleh dari penelitian adalah sebesar 5% dan berdasarkan analisis ekstrapolasi nilai hasil pengujian komposisi silika gel yang sebaiknya ditambahkan adalah 4,13%.

Abstract

UKM Kartifarm Jaya Abadi dengan produk kopi bubuk merk Liber.Co dalam proses pengembangan usahanya mengalami beberapa kendala terkait standar mutu, kemasan, perizinan, sertifikasi produk, serta pasokan produk yang akan dijual. Kualitas adalah aspek terpenting dari pemasaran kopi, salah satunya adalah kualitas fisik dan visual kopi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan karakterisasi mutu fisik kopi bubuk Liber.Co untuk mengetahui kesesuaiannya dengan SNI 01-3542-2004 Syarat Mutu Kopi Bubuk. Hasil menunjukkan kopi bubuk liberika Sambas yang diproduksi CV. KartiFarm Jaya Abadi dengan merk Liber.Co memiliki karakteristik mutu fisik kopi bubuk yang sesuai dengan persyaratan SNI 01-3542-2004: Kopi Bubuk. Mutu fisik berupa keadaan bau atau aroma, warna, dan rasa kopi bubuk liberika Sambas menunjukkan keadaan normal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tantangan perubahan iklim dan gangguan hama saat ini membuat banyak petani beralih kepada model pertanian intensif menggunakan green house, terutama untuk pembibitan tanaman. Dalam penerapan teknologi saat ini, telah banyak greenhouse yang mengaplikasikan suatu sistem yang memudahkan untuk memonitoring dan kontrol dengan IOT pada sistem greenhouse. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memantau secara realtime kondisi parameter fisik dan cuaca pada greenhouse dengan menggunakan bantuan sensor melalui platform internet. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan sistem dan pembuatan prototype peralatan sistem monitoring dan kontrol yang diaplikasikan pada greenhouse serta mengintegrasiakan sistem dengan aplikasi web Thinger.io untuk menampilkan semua parameter fisika yang terbaca oleh sensor yang digunakan pada interface web secara realtime. Berdasakan Hasil uji dan obeservasi terhadap sistem monitoring bibit tanaman kopi di mini greenhouse yang dikembangkan mampu memonitoring dan melakukan kontrol terhadap suhu, humidity, soil moisture, cahaya, dan penyiraman otomatis dari pompa, menghidupkan kipas exhaust dan mengontrol pencahayaan. Abstract

Threshing has an important role in rice postharvest activities. Using the wrong threshing technique results in high yield losses. Based on these problems, the people of Sambas Regency developed a power thresher by making a mini power thresher to meet the needs of local farmers. This research was conducted to find information on the specifications and performance of the mini power thresher through verification tests and performance tests. Based on the verification test results, the overall dimensions in the working position are 1,020 mm long, 950 mm wide and 1,170 mm high, the threshing cylinder diameter is 220 mm, and the threshing cylinder length is 690 mm. Based on SNI standards, this mini power thresher is included in the category of small power thresher. The test was carried out on rice of the Inpari variety with a threshing cylinder rotational speed of 650 rpm. Based on the results of the performance test, it was obtained that the feeding capacity was 412.73 kg/hour, the threshing capacity was 164.40 kg/hour, the cleanliness level was 94.54%, the percentage of unhulled grain was 1.75%, the threshing efficiency was 98.25%, the percentage of grain was scattered 0.43%, and the percentage of yield loss is 2.18%. These results indicate that the capacity for feeding and threshing still does not meet the SNI standard criteria for small power thresher.

Abstract

Various types of power threshers have been developed to suit conditions in the field. The development of the power thresher was also carried out by UPJA Sungai Kelambu Village, Sambas Regency by making a mini power thresher that was designed to suit the conditions of the land and the needs of local farmers. The purpose of this research was to obtain a relationship between threshing rotational speed and performance on the mini power thresher. The threshing cylinder rotational speed was varied at 669 and 778 rpm. The measured performance of the mini power thresher was feeding capacity, threshing capacity, cleanliness, percentage of grain not threshed, percentage of scattered grain, threshing efficiency, percentage of yield loss, fuel consumption, and increase in cracked grain. The test sample used was IR 64 rice. Based on the test results, the rotational speed of the thresher cylinder has a very significant effect on the threshing performance of the mini power thresher. Changes in threshing cylinder rotational speed from 669 rpm to 778 rpm can improve the performance of the mini-power thresher in terms of feed capacity, threshing capacity, threshing cleanliness, percentage of grain scattered, and percentage of yield loss. The decrease in performance is found in fuel consumption and the percentage of cracked grain. The variables that relatively unchanged were the percentage of grain not threshed and threshing efficiency. The operation of this mini power thresher is recommended at a thresher cylinder rotational speed of 778 rpm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis media pembelajaran interaktif yang disesuaikan dengan materite tentang Penggudangan, Keamanan Pangan dan Penyimpanan yang diajarkan pada tingkat 2 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pengembangan aplikasi ini melibatkan penggunaan platform construct 2 untuk membuat sarana pembelajaran yang berguna. Construct 2 adalah sebuah perangkat lunak modern dengan fitur HTML5, yang memiliki keunggulan dalam kemudahan pembuatan aplikasi tanpa memerlukan pengetahuan bahasa pemrograman. Cukup merancang antarmuka melalui folder event yang telah disediakan. Dalam proses pengembangannya, digunakan metode Prototype dengan langkah-langkah utama, yaitu Proses Identifikasi Persyaratan, Pengembangan Prototipe, Penilaian Model Awal, Pembuatan Kode, Pengujian Aplikasi, Pemeriksaan Keseluruhan. Setelah melewati serangkaian pengujian, aplikasi ini berhasil meraih hasil 90% ahli materi, 95% ahli media, dan 95% dari pengujian blackbox. Dengan ukuran 3,7 MB dalam format APK, aplikasi ini telah memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan dan siap untuk dipublikasikan.

Abstract

Sambas Regency has a lot of quite exotic tourism potential, starting from natural and cultural tourist attractions, this is due to the natural geographical conditions of Sambas Regency which support it and local cultural wisdom which is still maintained. Mountains, beaches, lakes and cultural attractions are the main attraction for tourists. One of the exotic tourism potentials that should be developed as a tourism business in Sambas Regency is Temajuk Village in Paloh District. Temajuk Village is a village that has a lot of tourism potential, especially natural tourism. In order to increase tourism potential in Temajuk Tourism Village, it is necessary to increase the capacity of Tourism Human Resources, especially in the use of digital platforms inpromoting and providing information related to tourist attractions in Temajuk Village. Promotion of a tourist attraction cannot be separated from digital promotion through several social media. Photography and videography are fields that need to be mastered in the digital era to create a creative, innovative and productive generation in accordance with the needs of industry in modern times like today. The aim of implementing the 2024 Iinternational Collaborative Community Services (ICCS) includes providing assistance to Tourism Human Resources in Temajuk Village in utilizing digital platforms that can be used to digitize Tourism Villages and promote tourism in Temajuk Village more efficiently by utilizing mobile video editing based on Capcut Mobile. This activity was attended by Temajuk Village Tourism Human Resources and had an impact on increasing digital tourism promotion capabilities using mobile based media as well as increasing the role of institutions in international collaboration to develop the country.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) activities have been carried out with the aim of utilizing a power thresher machine that has been designed and made by the Sambas State Polytechnic PKM Team to be implemented by farmer groups in Sempadian Village, Tekarang District, Sambas Regency. The team implementing this activity is a group of lecturers with multi-disciplinary fields, namely Mechanical Engineering for machine manufacturing, Agricultural Machinery Engineering for engineering design and machine performance testing, and Multimedia Engineering for design drawings. Apart from that, this activity was also assisted by mechanical technicians and several active students who were directly involved in service activities both when making tools and applying them in the field. The target audience involved in this activity is the Kartini Women's Farming Group (KWT) in Sempadian Village. The KWT has 13 active farmers. The implementation of this activity uses the main method of community empowerment, in the form of direct practice methods in the field. Among them are the practice of using, caring for and maintaining machines, as well as the theory and practice of Occupational Safety and Health (K3). This activity is able to contribute knowledge and application of technology from the Sambas State Polytechnic, namely a power thresher as a form of technology adoption for the community and increasing public knowledge about post-harvest. The result of this activity is that farmers are able to apply the technology provided properly and correctly independently, namely in the form of operating machines, maintaining and repairing minor damage to rice threshing machines. The impact of this activity is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of agriculture for the community so that it can improve the community's economy, especially farmer groups in Sempadian Village.
