Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the roleplay policyaffects the quality of customer service at the PT. State Savings Bank BogorBranch. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis approach, which isa method that functions to describe or provide an overview of the object understudy through data or samples that have been collected as they are, without analyzing and making generally accepted conclusions. The population in thisstudy was taken from 10 employees and 30 customers, while the researchsample was purposive sampling technique with a total of 40 respondents takenfrom the total sample population. The final result of this study concludes thatfrom the results of data analysis that has been collected through filling outquestionnaires by 40 respondents, the calculation of the data obtained is asfollows: The policy implementation variable shows a tcount value of 0.432which is greater than ttable in accordance with the ttable data in thecalculation data table reliability test in making and determining decisions,with the average value (αlpha = 0.05) as ttable. This value which is counted ina positive value indicates that the policy implementation variable has a directinfluence on service performance. Thus, if the implementation of the policy isimproved it will improve the quality of service at BTN

Abstract

Manajemen pembinaan guru memberikan implikasi rendahnya kualitas dalam meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran. Manajemen pembinaan guru dalam meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 3 dan SMA Negeri 13 Kabupaten Tangerang. Kebijakan, strategi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembinaan guru serta perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi standar proses. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kasus individu (individual cases) dan analisis data lintas kasus (cross-cases analysis). Berdasarkan hasil temuan manajemen pembinaan guru memiliki kesamaan dan berjalan dengan baik. Kebijakan pembinaan guru berasal dari kesadaran kepala sekolah mengenai pentingnya peranan guru dalam menentukan mutu proses pembelajaran. Strategi kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial guru dilakukan secara internal di sekolah dengan cara memotivasi, penghargaan bagi guru berprestasi, pengawasan atau supervisi terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

In 2024 Joko Widodo will end his tenure as President with a series of polemics at the end of his tenure. He was considered not neutral in the presidential election contest because he openly stated that he would not be neutral for the sake of the nation and state. His statement immediately received responses from various groups because he considered that what Jokowi was doing was a step to secure various projects that are still experiencing problems, such as the National Capital project which is still hampered by development investment and the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Railroad project which is experiencing swelling. cost. President Jokowi's policies must certainly receive an evaluation so that in the future what has not been done by Jokowi can be followed up by the next President, especially employment and poverty problems which until now have not been optimally resolved. This research was conducted to assess President Jokowi's performance by analyzing various sources so that it can be found what Jokowi has achieved and what he has not done. Abstract

Seorang pemimpin sangat berperan besar dalam menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya suatu organisasi mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Hal ini ditentukan oleh gaya kepemimpinan yang dijalankan dalam organisasi tersebut. Bagi suatu negara, kepemimpinan seorang pemimpinan akan menentukan dalam mencapai tujuan negara yang juga erat kaitannya dengan pembangunan nasional. Persoalan pembangunan merupakan isu makro yang terus menjadi fokus pemerintah. Berbagai kebijakan pun dikeluarkan pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan pembangunan nasional. Namun, pembangunan dalam arti luas ini yang tidak hanya sebatas pembangunan infrastruktur secara fisik, masih menjadi pekerjaan rumah bagi pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis jenis-jenis model kepemimpinan, mengetahui permasalahan pembangunan di Indonesia dan merumuskan model kepemimpinan dalam mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan di Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur. Kepemimpinan transformasional dapat merupakan model yang dapat dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin nasional. Tercapai atau tidaknya pemerataan pembangunan di Indonesia akan ditentukan oleh seorang pemimpin nasional yang memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan nasional. Pemimpin nasional harus dapat memahami secara mendasar dan memetakan apa yang menjadi permasalahan pembangunan dan model pembangunan yang sedang berkembang, sehingga kebijakan yang dikeluarkan dapat tepat sasaran dan pemerataan pembangunan dapat diwujudkan. Abstract

The implementation of the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) policy is the process of implementing and implementing the rules and guidelines that have been set by the government to establish and manage businesses at the village level. This research aims to find out how the Implementation of the Bogor Regent Regulation Policy Number 79 of 2018 in the Management of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), to find out what obstacles are faced in the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), to find out what efforts are made to achieve the policy in Cigombong district, Bogor Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques using observations that become the main and secondary data, interviews, questionnaires equipped with documentation data and literature studies as secondary data. The analysis technique used Likert scale measurements and used the Weight Mean Score (WMS) formula. The results of the study received an average score of 3.68 which is included in the good category. This is observed according to aspects such as communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure that have been well realized, but improvements are needed in several aspects of communication and resources to maximize policy implementation. As a result, the efforts made include training for managers, the need to strengthen communication between the village government and the community, increase and improve human resources and improve the bureaucratic structure that supports BUMDes operations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan tanah inventaris desa dalam mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Desa Palasari, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor. Meskipun desa memiliki aset tanah strategis, pemanfaatannya belum optimal dalam menghasilkan nilai ekonomi berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan aparatur desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Analisis menggunakan model implementasi kebijakan Edward III yang meliputi komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan belum berjalan efektif akibat keterbatasan komunikasi, rendahnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia, belum adanya standar operasional prosedur, serta lemahnya koordinasi kelembagaan. Pemanfaatan tanah desa masih bersifat konvensional dan belum mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif secara sistematis. Namun demikian, terdapat potensi besar untuk mengembangkan sentra UMKM, ruang kreatif, dan kawasan wisata berbasis aset desa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan, penyusunan regulasi yang jelas, dan perencanaan strategis diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan tanah desa sebagai penggerak pembangunan ekonomi lokal dan peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Desa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan informasi publik di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara regulasi yang telah ditetapkan dengan tingkat pemanfaatan layanan informasi publik oleh masyarakat yang masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi kebijakan, mengidentifikasi kendala, serta merumuskan strategi perbaikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan telah dilakukan melalui penyusunan regulasi internal, pemanfaatan platform digital, serta pelibatan pemangku kepentingan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, lemahnya koordinasi antar unit kerja, serta rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi strategi digital, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, dan penguatan komunikasi publik sebagai solusi implementasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas kebijakan sangat bergantung pada strategi adaptif dan kolaborasi antar pihak. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam kajian implementasi kebijakan publik serta implikasi praktis bagi peningkatan transparansi dan partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

Dalam mereformasi pelayanan publik, kita perlu mengenali permasalahan pelayanan yang ada. Sebab, Kantor Kelurahan Pekansari memiliki keterbatasan memberikan pelayanan pada masyarakat. Untuk mendapatkan pelayanan  dan menyelesaikan segala persoalan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat akan dapat diselesaikan. Kekecewaan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan menyebabkan masyarakat tidak puas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : Mengetahui Strategi Pemerintah Kelurahan Pakansari Terhadap kepuasaan masyarakat, Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Pakansari terhadap kepuasaan masyarakat, dan jenis pelayanan apa saja yang dilakukan kantor Kelurahan Pakansari untuk kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 46 orang,  sedangkan analisa data dilakukan melalui model alir, korelasi dan persepsi masyarakat. Penelitian menunjukan 15,2 persen mengikuti diklat, Penelitian menunjukan 15,2 persen membuat rencana kerja sedangkan. Penelitian menunjukan 61,1 persen pelayanan KTP tepat waktu. Penelitian menunjukan 100,0 persen pelayanan KK tepat waktu, Penelitian menunjukan  97,2 persen pelayanan surat keterangan lahir tepat waktu, Penelitian menunjukan 100,0 persen pelayanan ijin usaha tepat waktu. Penelitian menunjukan 88,9 persen pelayanan BPJS tepat waktu, sedangkan 11,1 persen tidak tepat waktu. Penelitian menunjukan   100 persen pelayanan surat pindah  tepat waktu. Penelitian menunjukan 86,1 persen pelayanan surat keterangan jual beli tepat waktu.

Abstract

Libraries with the concept of social inclusion, apart from being a place for reading, can also channel ideas through activities, training, and coaching. This research aims to determine the quality of library services with the concept of social inclusion in the city of Sukabumi. The use of theory in this study is based on service quality. The method used is qualitative with a unit of analysis descriptive approach. This research has results that show a quality of service with the concept of social inclusion in Sukabumi City, which is said to be good; this is indicated by the accreditation status, which achieves an A value. It can be indicated by the dimensions of service quality, including tangible, which is characterized by a strategic library location and the availability of facilities and infrastructure adequate; reliability is characterized by the existence of a service flow that is not convoluted and is supported by service officers who always serve on time, Responsiveness is characterized by the presence of speed of officers in responding to various needs or complaints from the community, characterized by the presence of service officers who are always ready standby is in every room and assurance can be described by having extensive knowledge of officers, officers having outstanding ethics and being honest in providing services.

Abstract

The existence of bureaucratic reform at the Supreme Court in general and the Research and Development Agency, in particular, requires more performance for the organization to achieve its goals. Bureaucratic Reform is divided into 3 (three) groups, namely: drivers (directors/controllers), system and enablers (systems and drivers), and results (results). Furthermore, the involvement of all organizational components is needed to support bureaucratic reform. The research objectives to be obtained in the research conducted by the author include: To determine the effect of leadership and remuneration on work effectiveness at the Research and Development Agency of the Supreme Court, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is the staff of the Supreme Court's Research and Development Agency, whose address is at Jalan Cikopo Selatan as many as 132 people. The number of samples was taken based on the Slovin formula. After calculating the sample obtained as many as 57 respondents. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of leadership research have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employees' work at the Supreme Court's Education and Training Research and Development Agency, the effect is positive, which means that if the leadership of the Supreme Court's Education and Training Research and Development Agency is improved, the work efficiency of employees will increase. Remuneration has a significant effect on the effectiveness of employees' work at the Research and Development Agency of the Supreme Court, the effect is positive, which means that if the remuneration on the effectiveness of employees' work at the Research and Development Agency of the Supreme Court is increased, the effectiveness of the employee's work will increase. Leadership and remuneration together have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employees' work at the Research and Development and Training Agency of the Supreme Court.
