Abstract

The Ministry of Environment and Forestry is innovative, the consequence is to have new ideas that are not yet known by the general public. Innovation is defined as a new method to improve the quality and quantity of a product and this is the focus of attention and improve its performance in the latest way. In a situation like this, a leader's role is needed in shaping his work culture. The objectives of the research are: To explain that transformational leadership styles can improve employee education; Analyzing transformational leadership styles can involve employees in skills training; Knowing the transformational leadership style implementing new ideas; Describe the transformational leadership style involving employees in various trainings. The research design is cross sectional using quantitative analysis. The population is all employees, while the sample is 30 people. Data was collected through questionnaires, and asked the respondents to answer them. Data were analyzed through dummy regression. The results showed that the correlation coefficient value was 0.731, meaning that it was very strong. The correlation coefficient value was 0.485, indicating that the relationship was not strong. The correlation coefficient value of 0.688 indicates that the relationship is not strong. The correlation coefficient value of 0.499 indicates a not strong relationship.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to explain the governance of online tax payments at the Bogor City Regional Revenue Agency and determine whether there is an influence of online tax payment governance on hotel taxpayer compliance and the achievement of hotel tax revenue targets at the Bogor City Regional Revenue Agency. This research is an ex-post facto research using quantitative approach and functional correlation method. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that: 1) the governance of hotel online tax payments carried out by BAPENDA of Bogor City is included in the good category with an average value of 4.14; 2) the governance of online tax payments that has been implemented by BAPENDA of Bogor City has a positive influence on the compliance of hotel taxpayers in Bogor City; 3) the governance of online tax payments that has been implemented by BAPENDA of Bogor City has a positive influence on the hotel tax revenue target in Bogor City.

Abstract

Geopark is an area with geological elements where the local community is expected to participate in protecting and improving the function of natural heritage, including its archaeological, ecological and cultural values. Biodiversity (Biodiversity), and Cultural Diversity (Cultural Diversity), and managed for conservation, education, and sustainable community economic development with the active involvement of the community and local government, therefore, in this case, the development of the Pongkor geopark is considered very important for improving its exceptional regional economy in the district of Bogor. The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of governance and tourism development on improving the community's economy, this study uses a quantitative research approach with descriptive associative methods. This research was conducted on the managers of the Geopark Pongkor Bogor Regency, and data were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 46 managers of the Geopark Pongkor Bogor Regency. The results of this study indicate the need for improvement in governance and tourism development, especially in the Pongkor geopark, Bogor district.

Abstract

This study aims to depict the potential and analyze tourism development strategies in Sukabumi Regency within the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method employed is descriptive and a qualitative case study approach. The findings of the study indicate that tourism potential in Sukabumi Regency is highly diverse and innovative, bolstered by favorable geographical conditions such as abundant natural resources and a variety of tourism attractions known as GURILAPS, which stands for Mountains, Jungles, Seas, Beaches, and Rivers. The presence of the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark (CPUGG) since 2019 has further enhanced Sukabumi Regency's recognition. However, in terms of tourism development both prior to and during the pandemic, the Tourism Office has yet to optimize the formulation of policies, programs, or development strategies, despite them being outlined in the Sukabumi Regency Tourism Office's 2016-2021 strategic plan. This shortcoming arises from the lack of effectiveness in the planning, implementation, and program execution processes, leading to insufficient enhancement of tourist attractions, branding, and visitor numbers. Consequently, the local community has not experienced notable progress in tourism management, development, and advancement that could bring about well-being and increased income, although they still feel secure and comfortable while engaging in tourism activities amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Isu budaya organisasi semakin menjadi perhatian global. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis budaya organisasi di PT. BPRS Patriot Bekasi (Perseroda). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Sampel sebanyak 33 pegawai Perseroda diambil melalui teknik kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Data dianalisis dengan teknik skala Likert dan Weight Mean Score (WMS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rataan terbesar pada pernyataan "Sedapat mungkin semua pekerjaan diselesaikan dengan hasil yang optimal," dengan nilai 4,48 (Skala: Sangat Baik). Nilai terkecil pada pernyataan "Prestasi perusahaan yang diraih merupakan prestasi semua karyawan sebagai tim," dengan nilai 4,27 (Skala: Sangat Baik). Nilai rataan keseluruhan dari 7 indikator adalah 4,39 (Skala: Sangat Baik), menunjukkan pandangan positif responden terhadap budaya organisasi. Responden menunjukkan pandangan positif terhadap budaya organisasi di PT. BPRS Patriot Bekasi (Perseroda). Budaya organisasi yang baik tercermin dari nilai rataan yang tinggi pada indikator-indikator yang diukur. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya budaya organisasi, iklim organisasi, dan etos kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kemajuan perusahaan. Pengambilan pelajaran dari negara maju dapat membantu membentuk etos kerja yang kuat dan positif di Indonesia, mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan dan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik.
