Abstract

Stock inventory is an important aspect of supply chain management. The success of the company's operations in maintaining stock availability and avoiding losses due to damage or expiration of goods is very dependent on the use of the right method of managing inventory. The purpose of this study is to combine the FEFO (first expired first out) and FIFO (first in first out) methods in the UD. Ilham Pilly Beff Merchant stock inventory system to avoid losses due to expired goods and increase stock rotation because the FEFO and FIFO methods are operational management in determining inventory. The results of this study are that the system that has been designed can facilitate managers in the process of collecting data on incoming and outgoing goods so that the risk of managing product stocks can be minimized and with an inventory system that has been built

Abstract

The development of the world of technology today has almost touched all aspects of human life from the agricultural, health, academic, trade and transportation sectors. Rail transportation is one of the land transportation that plays an important role for the development of all sectors in Indonesia. However, so far there are still many people who do not understand the procedure for ordering train tickets, so the author makes a simulation education of train ticket ordering procedures that can be accessed by the general public. To realize this, it can be done by utilizing multimedia facilities based on 3-dimensional (3D) animation. The selection of multimedia facilities based on 3D Animation is also an innovation in conveying information digitally. This animation provides a detailed and structured explanation of the procedure for booking train tickets at XYZ station. This animation is made in the form of video, has an explanation in the form of text and sound. Transition effects along with background music sync are also added to make the Animations more interesting. The results of the research conducted by the author can be seen based on the results of a video simulation trial of the 3D animation-based train ticket ordering procedure that the author made in the form of a questionnaire taken from twenty respondents. From the results of the questionnaire, 85% of respondents stated that it was "very helpful", 10% "helped", and 5% "enough" that this simulation video of the train ticket ordering procedure helps people who do not understand the procedure for ordering train tickets. In addition, 85% of respondents stated that they were "very able" and 15% said "can" that 3D animation can be used in delivering education, especially education on simulation of train ticket ordering procedures that can be accessed by the general public.

Abstract

Penambahanpermodalan simpan pinjam bagi kelompok usaha perempuan melalui  program  simpan  pinjam  kelompok  perempuan  (SPP) merupakan salah satu program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat (PNPM). Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kelayakan kelompok SPP dengan metode SMART adalah sistem yang dapat membantu bagi Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK)kecamatan Simeulue Timur dalam mengambil keputusan pemberian pinjaman bagi kelompok SPP.Pengembangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode rapid application development (RAD) memiliki siklus pengembangan sistem dengan waktu yang sangat singkat. pengembangan sistem RAD memiliki fase melakukan perencanaan kebutuhan sistem, membuat prototipe, melihat feedback yang diberikan user dan implementasi atau penyelesain produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun memberikan hasil perhitungan secara otomatis sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan manual. Sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat objektif dan pada proses penilaian kelayakan kelompok SPPyang lebih efisien.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), requires teachers to integrate digital tools into the learning process. However, many teachers still face difficulties in creating engaging, systematic, and communicative presentation media due to limited time, insufficient design skills, and high administrative workloads. This problem was also found among teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Medan, who mostly relied on conventional presentation media. As a solution, this community service activity was conducted through training on the utilization of the Gamma Application, an AI-based platform that enables automatic presentation creation using text-based commands. A total of 30 teachers participated in this activity. The methods applied included workshops, hands-on practice, and interactive discussion sessions. Teachers were guided from the introduction of Gamma’s features to content development and the production of ready-to-use presentation slides. This activity aimed to improve teachers’ digital competence and support the development of more innovative, attractive, and effective learning media. Its main contribution lies in enhancing teachers’ skills in using AI-based technology and strengthening digital-based learning practices in schools. The results showed that all participants were able to operate the Gamma Application and produce more visually appealing, well-structured, and communicative learning presentations. Furthermore, teachers’ understanding of the role of technology in supporting the learning process significantly improved. Therefore, this activity had a positive impact on the quality of instructional media and teachers’ insights into the use of digital technology.

Abstract

This study explores the meaning of college education for working students, who experience a different academic journey compared to regular students. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and literature study. The findings show that working students view college as an act of financial independence, a form of self-actualization, a means to gain knowledge, and a way to achieve a better future. These insights reflect the deeper personal and professional significance of higher education in the lives of students who balance work and study. The study reveals how working students manage time, energy, and responsibilities to pursue their academic goals. The results provide valuable input for educational institutions in supporting the unique needs of this student group.

Abstract

Global education today increasingly emphasizes the importance of introducing students to cultural, economic, and political diversity around the world. In this context, the introduction of G20 member countries becomes relevant due to their roles in the global economy and international policies, which are also rarely addressed in school lessons about the G20 countries. To facilitate an engaging and interactive learning process, we designed a 3D-based educational media application using Augmented Reality (AR) methods and the FAST (Features from Accelerated Segment Test) Corner detection algorithm to define how well images can be detected and tracked using the Vuforia SDK. This application design aims to provide a profound and captivating learning experience for users. With AR technology, users can directly interact with 3D models of G20 member countries, such as learning about iconic buildings, cultural objects, as well as relevant economic and political information. The application also includes interactive features, including knowledge quizzes and educational games to enhance user engagement. The application development method involves designing an intuitive user interface, developing accurate 3D models, and integrating responsive AR technology. Additionally, the learning content is comprehensively structured, considering various important aspects of each G20 member country. Thus, this application can be an effective tool to enhance users' understanding of global diversity and motivate them to learn more about the roles and contributions of G20 member countries in the modern world context.

Abstract

The teachers at SD 173529 are teachers with the status of Civil Servants (PNS). Teachers with the status of civil servants must write scientific papers when going up to a position or class. The problem is writing scientific papers and data processing. The solution offered to overcome this problem is SPSS training include processing research data and how to read the SPSS output to be narrated in the research results. The method used consisted of group discussions, deliberations, in-house training and workshops. The results from this activity are the teacher gives a positive response to the training activities include 100% of teachers liked the training material, the modules used, the way of learning, the way the instructor taught. The other results are the teachers stated that the training material is new (71.42%), the modules used are new (85.71%), the learning method implemented is new (85.71%), the method of teaching is a new way of teaching (85,71%), the teacher expressed interest in using SPSS in processing research data and in training activities (100%).
