Abstract

Training for teachers and MSMEs at Asga Mandiri Vocational School with the theme Basic Digital Marketing was carried out to increase teachers' and MSMEs' understanding of basic digital marketing. The methodology used in this service is to present material regarding basic digital marketing. Next, provide a tutorial to the participants and evaluate how they understand the material that has been tutorialized using digital platforms such as Google Business and WhatsApp Business. The evaluation results of this activity show that the training is effective in increasing the understanding of teachers and MSMEs so that it can be used as a medium in the business development process, for promotion and product sales. Basic digital marketing training is very important for teachers and MSMEs because it can improve their ability to carry out marketing activities via digital platforms.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments, AI offers innovative solutions to support the teaching and learning process, allowing students to learn independently and adaptively according to their individual needs. Community service activities utilizing artificial intelligence to improve independent learning have proven their effectiveness in improving the quality of education. Through an interactive approach, participants are invited to understand the basic concepts of AI and its applications in the context of education, such as creating teaching materials, quizzes, and learning evaluations. This activity not only aims to increase knowledge about AI, but also to develop students' skills in using the technology wisely. With this activity, students can be more independent in their learning process and are ready to face challenges in the era of digitalization of education. This activity also provides recommendations for improving infrastructure and ongoing training for students and educators so that the use of AI can be more optimal in the future. The results of this activity show that students at SMKN 9 Medan have known and utilized AI in their learning activities with a high level of satisfaction.

Abstract

Penjualan produk di Toko Casa Mia yang cenderung fluktuatif seringkali menimbulkan permasalahan dalam pengelolaan persediaan, baik berupa kekurangan maupun kelebihan stok. Persediaan berlebih menunjukkan adanya modal yang tertahan dalam bentuk barang, sementara kekurangan stok dapat menghambat pemenuhan permintaan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan pendekatan prediktif guna memperkirakan kebutuhan keramik di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing untuk memprediksi kebutuhan keramik di Toko Casa Mia. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berbasis web yang dirancang mampu memberikan prediksi dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi, yaitu rata-rata 96,44% untuk ukuran 30x30, 95,98% untuk ukuran 40x40, dan 95,43% untuk ukuran 60x60 selama tahun 2024. Dengan akurasi tersebut, sistem prediksi ini dapat dijadikan landasan dalam pengambilan keputusan stok agar toko dapat meminimalisir risiko kerugian dan memaksimalkan efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

Rapid information and communication technology has a positive impact in the form of speed and ease of obtaining information and data by using an Android-based smartphone. But, on the other hand, it also has a negative impact in the form of cybercrime. This study aims to raise evidence of digital data and information in identifying pornographic crime cases using the Tantan app. The forensics analysis process in this study uses the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method and 1 forensic tool, namely Oxygen Forensics Detective. The research scenario is the occurrence of pornography crimes. The research scenario is the occurrence of pornography crimes. This research succeeded in finding evidence in the form of photographs, videos, music, contacts, and chats. Testing using the Oxygen Forensic Detective tool, where the data taken on the Android pad uses the help of the Root Explorer application
