Abstract

Hipertensi atau darah tinggi merupakan kondisi tekanan darah yangmeningkat secara berkelanjutan melebihi batas normal. Hipertensi dapatmengakibatkan terjadinya gagal ginjal yaitu menurunnya fungsi ginjal yang ditandai dengan nilai bersihan kreatinin dan ureum yang tinggi. Pasien gangguan ginjal harus mendapatkan dosis obat berdasarkan perhitungan bersihan kreatinin ginjalnya untuk menghindari terjadinya toksisitas obat akibat kegagalan ekskresi oleh ginjal. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan bahasa pemograman Visual Basic.Net (VB.NET) dalam perhitungan dosis obat individual berdasarkan rumus farmakokinetik untuk pasien hipertensi komplikasi gagal ginjal di Rumah Sakit Dr. Pirngadi Medan. Berdasarkan aplikasi Visual Basic.Net (VB.Net) perhitungan dosis obat pada pasien hipertensi diperoleh 6 dari 9 kasus penggunaan ranitidin, 8 dari 13 kasus penggunaan kaptopril, dan 2 dari 2 kasus penggunaan digoksin. Aplikasi Visual Basic.Net untuk menghitung dosis obat individual mudah digunakan dan sangat membantu dalam menetapkan dosis obat pada pasien yang menderita gangguan ginjal.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the development of the exchange rate, the extent to which Indonesia can repair and recover the economy after the financial crisis of 1998 to the present. The data used in the form of quantitative data, namely exchange rate, inflation rates, interest rates, exports and imports from 1998 to 2012 to process the data used SPSS version 20 and helps by computer. Based on estimates obtained significant value for the inflation of 0,260 or 0,260 > 0.05, this means that the rate of inflation but no significant effect on the exchange rate on the dollar value of the United States in 1998-2012. While the value for the interest rate obtained at 0.963 or 0.963 > 0.05, this means that the interest rate but no significant effect on the exchange rate on the dollar the United States in 1998-2012. As for the value of exports and imports respectively show the figure of 0.174 or 0.174 > 0.05 and 0.123 or 0.123 > 0.05, which means that exports and imports, but no significant effect on the exchange rate on the dollar value of the United States in 1998-2012. Based on calculations, the significant value of 0.112 or 0.112 > 0.05 (5%) which means that independent variables are inflation, interest rates, exports and imports together, but no significant effect on the exchange rate on the dollar value of the United States. R value of 0.705, which means that the correlation between the variables of inflation, interest rates, imports and exports to the exchange rate is equal to 0.705. In this case there is a close relationship since the value of R approaches 1, while the coefficient of determination or R Square (R2) of 0.497, which means the percentage contribution of variables influence inflation, interest rates, imports and exports to the exchange rate on the dollar value of the United States amounted to only 49.7%, while the remaining 51.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.  Keywords : Financial Crisis, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rate.

Abstract

The drug is a substance that when inserted into the human body in the right measure will cure the disease but when the measure exceeded it will happen poisoning. The dose of a drug that is indicated in Pharmacopoeia Indonesia consists of maximum dose is prevalent and just based on age (adult or children) without regard to the patient's kidney condition. The condition of patients with impaired kidneys cannot receive doses of common good, necessary adjustments to the dose pharmacokinetics based on calculations with numbers of serum creatinine. Drugs with a narrow therapeutic range and nephrotoxic can aggravate the condition of kidney patients. Therefore, this research aims to build a visual basic.net application of individual dose calculations based on the pharmacokinetics formula. Visual Basic.net programming language is one that can be implemented into the computer in either a State of its own (standing alone) or network (network).

Abstract

SD No.173529 Tampahan adalah sekolah yang masih berada di daerah pedesaan yaitu desa Gurgur Aek Raja. Di sekolah tersebut, mayoritas guru tidak mampu mengoperasikan komputer. Dengan kondisi tersebut, guru sama sekali tidak pernah menggunakan software apapun dalam proses pembelajaran. Dilain pihak, tuntutan Kurikulum 2013 adalah pembelajaran yang inovatif dengan menggunakan media sebagai alat bantu untuk membangun pengetahuan siswa. Berangkat dari kondisi tersebut, diadakan pelatihan software Geogebra kepada guru untuk membantu guru dalam merancang pembelajaran inovatif berbasis teknologi. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dimulai dari tahap tahap pengkajian masalah mitra, tahap perancangan solusi mitra, tahap konstruksi bahan kegiatan, tahap tes, evaluasi dan revisi bahan yang dibangun dan kemudian tahap implementasi. Hasil angket respon guru terhadap pelatihan Geogebra menunjukkan bahwa guru memberikan respon yang positif. Rincian hasil angket tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 100% guru menyukai pelatihan software Geogebra, 84,4% guru menyatakan pelatihan merupakan hal yang baru, 100% guru menyatakan berminat untuk melibatkan software Geogebra dalam pembelajaran dan 100% guru menyatakan tertarik pada materi pelatihan Geogebra.

Abstract

Stock inventory is an important aspect of supply chain management. The success of the company's operations in maintaining stock availability and avoiding losses due to damage or expiration of goods is very dependent on the use of the right method of managing inventory. The purpose of this study is to combine the FEFO (first expired first out) and FIFO (first in first out) methods in the UD. Ilham Pilly Beff Merchant stock inventory system to avoid losses due to expired goods and increase stock rotation because the FEFO and FIFO methods are operational management in determining inventory. The results of this study are that the system that has been designed can facilitate managers in the process of collecting data on incoming and outgoing goods so that the risk of managing product stocks can be minimized and with an inventory system that has been built

Abstract

Submission of da'wah messages can be done in various ways. One of them uses audio-visual media in the form of video that can display elements of images and sound simultaneously. The use of video in the submission of da'wah messages is considered quite effective, because it can reach a wider audience and regional coverage. To be accepted by the audience, besides mastering the propaganda material delivered is demanded by the creativity of the video maker. The video of the work of creativity is part of the creative industry that has economic added value. If the video is distributed through You Tube to gain economic value, the video must collect at least 4,000 hours of watch time in the last 12 months and have a minimum of 1,000 subscribers.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is a part of computer science that studies how to make computers able to do work like humans do. The horse checker on a chess board has a movement that resembles the letter L. This chess checker is one of the pieces that is very difficult to move and is often the most dangerous checker if you don't pay close attention to each movement. The simulation of this problem provides an n x n chessboard. The goal of this problem is to move a horse from a certain position on the chess board to the desired goal position by simulating all the shortest possible movement solutions to get to that goal position. This problem is also one of the classic problems in artificial intelligence (AI). Solving this problem can use the help of production systems and tracking trees

Abstract

Legacy of Sisingamangaraja XII" is an educational game designed to enhance young people's understanding of the struggle of Sisingamangaraja XII, an Indonesian national hero who fought against Dutch colonialism in the 19th century. This research employed the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) to ensure the game's effectiveness. Developed using RPG Maker MV and the Finite State Machine (FSM) method, the game successfully increased interactivity by regulating the dynamic behavior of Non-Playable Characters (NPCs), enabling dialogues, providing clues, and responding to player actions realistically. The results of the evaluation showed that 81% of respondents felt positive about their gaming experience, 82% experienced an increase in historical understanding, and 84% considered the game to be an effective learning medium. FSM proved to enhance the depth of interaction and realism in gameplay, providing an immersive and enjoyable learning experience. This research concludes that "Legacy of Sisingamangaraja XII" is an effective and innovative interactive learning tool with potential for application to other historical materials.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan pemasaran digital menggunakan Google Sites pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan digital dan pemasaran online. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM agar mereka dapat memanfaatkan Google Sites sebagai platform dari Google untuk membangun website resmi yang dapat meningkatkan branding dan penjualan produk. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta diajarkan cara merancang dan mengelola website menggunakan Google Sites. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari analisis permasalahan, persiapan, praktik pembuatan website, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta telah berhasil membuat website sendiri, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk lebih efektif dalam mengoptimalkan produk dan jasa mereka secara online. Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan teknologi informasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka di era digital. Kegiatan ini juga menciptakan kesadaran akan pentingnya digital marketing dalam pengembangan usaha, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kemajuan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments, AI offers innovative solutions to support the teaching and learning process, allowing students to learn independently and adaptively according to their individual needs. Community service activities utilizing artificial intelligence to improve independent learning have proven their effectiveness in improving the quality of education. Through an interactive approach, participants are invited to understand the basic concepts of AI and its applications in the context of education, such as creating teaching materials, quizzes, and learning evaluations. This activity not only aims to increase knowledge about AI, but also to develop students' skills in using the technology wisely. With this activity, students can be more independent in their learning process and are ready to face challenges in the era of digitalization of education. This activity also provides recommendations for improving infrastructure and ongoing training for students and educators so that the use of AI can be more optimal in the future. The results of this activity show that students at SMKN 9 Medan have known and utilized AI in their learning activities with a high level of satisfaction.
