Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan penerapan Metode Pakem kelas VI MI NW Karang Baru Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang dilakukan dengan lima tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, pengembangan draf produk, uji coba lapangan, revisi produk. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah angket respon siswa dan tes hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengertian dan ruang lingkup Pendidikan Islam dan kebudayaan, Bagaimana pengaruh kebudayaan terhadap pendidikan dan Bagaimana pembudayaan Budaya Islam di Sekolah. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan tambahan pengetahuan terhadap peningkatan Pendidikan Islam secara Global.

Abstract

Education is one of culture process, there for education is can’t be separated from culture and society. Integrating art and cultural values in education, especially Islamic education, will support the education goal in building student’s personality, i.e.students who are independent, self confidence and possess inner brilliance. Through the experience in appreciating art works and cultural celebration, for example, it is expected that the student will sharpen their feelings and strengthen their personalities. Especially for teachers, they need the art values and tricks to manage their class and presentation, cause teaching is art. On the other hand, Islamic education plays the most important role in enlightening and revitalizing Islamic cultural values which will build up Islamic civilization in the future. Through Islamic education the students can be persuaded that on their hands the future of Islamic art and culture. More over, from Islamic education the lack and art/culture crisis will be solved by Islamic and spiritual values involvement in creating art and culture works

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of information theft using malware, analyzed through the lens of Indonesian criminal law under Law No. 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) and Islamic criminal law principles. The research focuses on the legal implications and measures to address cybercrime, particularly data theft, in the digital era. Employing a normative juridical approach, the study analyzes primary and secondary legal materials, including statutory provisions, case laws, and relevant literature. Findings reveal that UU ITE provides detailed mechanisms for criminalizing and penalizing perpetrators of malware-based data theft, emphasizing preventive and repressive actions. From the perspective of Islamic criminal law, such acts are categorized under ta’zīr punishments, as they harm individuals and society by violating the principles of amanah (trust) and maslahah (public interest). The study concludes that while UU ITE effectively addresses cybercrime, integrating Islamic legal principles could enhance the ethical foundation of law enforcement, fostering a balanced approach between punitive measures and moral guidance. This research contributes to the discourse on harmonizing modern legal frameworks with religious values to strengthen cybersecurity law enforcement.

Abstract

Nowadays, Ethno pedagogy has a vital urgency in influencing the choices such as forms, ways and goals of an ongoing action. Ethno pedagogy can contribute in education based on cultural values for learning in the context of teaching as a cultural activity and culture of teaching. This study is aimed at describing the practice of Saman Zikr and share information about the role of Saman Zikr in implementing the values of cultural local wisdom in East Lombok. By using the method of synthesis analysis through structured and unstructured interviews, observation and documentation, this study reveals that Samman Zikr contains values, concepts and education contents based on ethno pedagogy deserving to be explored, interpreted, revitalized and developed as concepts and models of ethno pedagogic model in education and learning. The values of local wisdom as a source of innovation in the field of education on the basis of local community education are needed to empower through adaptation of local knowledge, reinterpretation of local wisdom values, revitalization in accordance with contemporary conditions, developing academic concepts and experimenting models in learning with ethno pedagogy.

Abstract

This study highlights the issue of Islamic education in the modern era, which is often perceived as an exclusive, rigid, and inflexible religion. This phenomenon stems from the history of Islamic education, which has often been hegemonic, creating an image of Muslims that deviates from the core values of Islam, such as love, peace, openness to knowledge, and progress. Islamic teachings, which should be a source of integrated life knowledge, are now more textual and rigid. The decline experienced by Muslims, particularly in the fields of social, political, educational, economic, and intellectual spheres, is often influenced by exclusive and dogmatic attitudes. The aim of this study is to explore the challenges faced by Islamic education in responding to modernity and to examine how Islamic education can be more responsive to he changes of the times. The method used in this study is qualitative research, with data collection techniques through literature review and interviews. Data analysis is conducted using a thematic approach. The findings of the study show that Islamic education needs to adopt a more contextual and flexible approach to religious texts in order to respond to social dynamics and technological progress. The implication of this research is that curriculum and teaching methodology reforms are needed so that Islamic education can produce a more inclusive, progressive, and adaptive generation in facing the challenges of modernity.

Abstract

Ethnopedagogi telah menjadi trendseter baru di kajian budaya, bahakan di Kampus kami Institut Elkatarie telah menjadi mata kuliah tersendiri dengan ke khasan Budaya Lokalnya.

Abstract

This study reveals the journey of Islamic Law from doctrine to social action that brings change. Using a library research method through a comprehensive literature analysis, this study presents the complex challenges of translating Islamic law principles into concrete actions that expand social justice. The findings of this study identify that the gap between idealism and practice is often a major hurdle in implementing Islamic law. Islamic legal theory offers profound guidance on justice, ethics, and morality, emphasizing values such as social justice, general welfare, and protection of individual rights. However, its implementation often faces obstacles that obscure these noble goals. To achieve true social justice, implementing Islamic law must reflect these core values and not just be empty symbolism. It must be applied, embodying justice, benevolence, and the protection of human rights in everyday life.

Abstract

Faith-based schools utilize social media as a new public space to promote their Islamic identity. This research focuses on the competition between three faith-based schools in Indonesia, as depicted through their digital content on social media platforms. This research observes the social media accounts of educational institutions that are the object of research. This study uses a qualitative method. The research design follows the qualitative content analysis framework developed by Bengtsson. Data collection was obtained from in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is content analysis. The validity of the data was triangulated. This research has significant findings that the three Islamic educational institutions investigated proactively compete to articulate the meaning of Islam according to their ideological affiliation, including concepts, content, activities and identity of educational approaches. The implications of this competition are significant because it encourages healthy competition in promoting educational ideology and categorizing Islam based on ideological affiliation. In addition, this research opens the way to a deeper understanding of the diversity of Islamic interpretations and practices in society.
