Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the regional autonomy policy to improve the quality of public service in the Islamic perspective. Regional autonomy as a policy of decentralization gives authority to local governments to self-regulate regional affairs, with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of service to local communities. In Islamic terms, the concept of leadership and public service is strongly based on the principles of justice, trust, and the well-being of the people (maslaha). This study uses a method of literature study used to examine articles published in scientific journals at a particular time to find out how Islamic principles can be applied in the context of regional autonomy policy in Indonesia. Research results show that the implementation of Islamic values in regional autonomy policies can improve the quality of public service by strengthening accountability, transparency, and public participation. Furthermore, the implementation of a policy based on Islamic doctrine can encourage the formation of a government that is more responsive and accountable to the needs and wishes of local communities. The study concludes that there is great potential for achieving better public service through the synergy of regional autonomy policies and Islamic principles.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in the world of education, including in religious institutions such as Tahfidz Houses, which play a role in educating the Quranic generation through reading, memorizing, understanding, and practicing the values ​​of the Quran. However, learning activities in Tahfidz Houses still focus on reading and memorization skills, while aspects of understanding meaning, strengthening character, and utilizing technology are not yet optimal. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to develop a model of "Technology-Based Quranic Literacy: Integrating Language, Character, and Digitalization in Tahfidz Houses." This program emphasizes improving technology-based Quranic literacy skills, language skills in interpreting Quranic values, and developing Quranic character that aligns with digital ethics. The program's implementation method includes five stages: outreach, digital literacy training, implementation of simple technology-based learning media, mentoring integrative learning practices, and evaluating the program's sustainability. This program is expected to increase the effectiveness of learning at Tahfidz houses, strengthen students' reflective abilities regarding the content of the Quran, and foster a culture of Quranic literacy that is adaptive to technological developments.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi otomasi dan Internet of Things (IoT) telah memberikan peluang besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi sistem produksi pada berbagai bidang industri, termasuk industri tekstil. Proses menjahit yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan kendala seperti ketidak konsistenan hasil jahitan, keterbatasan efisiensi waktu, serta ketergantungan pada keterampilan operator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan mesin jahit otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dapat dikendalikan melalui jaringan Wi-Fi sehingga mampu meningkatkan efektivitas proses produksi. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali utama, NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai modul komunikasi jaringan, serta motor stepper dan CNC Shield sebagai penggerak mekanik sistem. Selain itu, aplikasi Blynk digunakan sebagai antarmuka untuk monitoring dan kontrol sistem secara jarak jauh. Pengujian sistem dilakukan untuk memastikan setiap komponen dapat bekerja sesuai dengan rancangan serta mampu menjalankan perintah otomatis dengan stabil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mesin jahit otomatis yang dirancang dapat beroperasi dengan baik, merespons perintah secara real-time, serta menjalankan proses jahit sesuai instruksi program. Implementasi sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi IoT pada mesin jahit mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, kemudahan pengoperasian, serta mendukung pengembangan sistem otomatisasi di bidang industri tekstil.

Abstract

Choosing a supplier or supplier is an important factor for running a business because suppliers can affect the availability of goods, quality, and profits from the business. However, the selection of suppliers is a complicated problem in business because of the many alternatives and criteria that are the determining factors in supplier selection and the difficulty of choosing the right supplier with objective criteria in a short time. To assist in the selection of suppliers in Toko Anda, an SPK is built that can help provide the best supplier recommendations from several alternatives based on the selection criteria provided by the shop owner so that the selection of suppliers in Toko Anda can be done quickly using the system and produces an objective supplier choice. In carrying out the decision-making process in this SPK, the method that will be used is SAW. In the calculation process, the SAW method performs a weighted summation of the alternatives against all the criteria that are the reference in determining suppliers. The criteria that determine this decision support system are quality, price, completeness, packaging, warranty, delivery time, service. based on the calculation process using the saw method, the supplier ranking results from several existing alternatives are obtained. The supplier ranking results from this decision support system can be used by Toko Anda owner as a reference in determining the supplier. From the results of the calculation process with SAW, the ranking of Supplier F with the highest value is 22, then Supplier E and Supplier B with a value of 21.4, then Supplier D with a value of 21, then Supplier A with a value of 20.6 and finally Supplier C with a value of 20.4. From this research on making SPK, the SAW method can provide a ranking of suppliers in Toko Anda with an objective and short time.
