Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Optimization of Regional Tax Revenues in West Nusa Tenggara Province for 2018-2022. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data processed is the West Nusa Tenggara Province Budget Realization Report for 2018 to 2022. The data analysis technique used in the research is to calculate the optimization, effectiveness and efficiency of NTB Province regional tax revenues for 2018-2022. The results of this research show that regional tax revenues from 2018-2022 are not yet optimal because the effectiveness of regional taxes is below 100% and above 100%, the realization of tax revenues from 2018-2022 has not exceeded the tax revenue target. Meanwhile, regional tax efficiency is <10%, namely 5% from 2018-2022. Regional tax revenues in West Nusa Tenggara Province from 2018-2022 are not yet optimal where the level of optimization. The implications of this research provide information that the optimization of regional tax revenues in NTB should be optimal, one of which is by looking at the effectiveness and efficiency of regional tax revenues as seen from the targets and realization of regional tax revenues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I SDN 23 Rambatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dan dokimentasi. Deskripsi hasil penelitian yaitu aspek siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar membaca permulaan yaitu tidak lancar dalam membaca, banyak kesalahan ketika membaca, sulit membedakan huruf yang mirip, memiliki kekurangan dalam memori visual, dan tidak mampu memahami simbol bunyi. Karakteristik kesulitan membaca permulaan siswa yaitu: kesulitan mengidentifikasi huruf dan merangkai susunan huruf, membalik huruf, mengubah kata, menghilangkan huruf dalam susunan kata, mengeja terbata-bata, mengucapkan kata salah, kurang memperhatikan tanda baca tidak memahami isi bacaan, dan sulit konsentrasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aspek kesulitan belajar membaca permulaan yaitu siswa belum mampu menganalisis huruf, siswa belum mampu mengenali huruf atau kata secara global, siswa mengganggap bahwa huruf atau kata yang dihilangkan tidak diperlukan, siswa belum memahami kaitan antara huruf dan bunyi pada kata meliputi pengetahuan tentang semua huruf (konsonan, vocal, konsonan ganda, bunyi mati, bunyi sempurna, dan sebagainya), dan kekurangan dalam mengenal huruf, bunyi bahasa(fonik) dan bentuk kata.

Abstract

Oil spill pollution always occurs in the waters of the Riau Islands, one of which is in the waters of Bintan Island. As a result of the oil spill pollution, several tourist areas were temporarily closed, which had an impact on the regional economy. This condition certainly threatens the ecology and also has an impact on the socio-economic impact of society. From several laws and regulations related to oil waste pollution in the sea, there are 3 important steps that are regulated, namely prevention/mitigation efforts, mitigation efforts, and recovery efforts. Furthermore, these preventive measures require improving facilities in the form of oil pollution detection equipment and ship equipment to prevent oil pollution. Institutional strengthening has also been regulated in law starting from strengthening local, regional, national and even international institutions to jointly take steps to prevent and control oil waste pollution in the sea.

Abstract

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) merupakan gangguan akibat penekanan saraf medianus yang sering terjadi pada pekerjaan dengan gerakan tangan berulang dan postur kerja tidak ergonomis, termasuk pada penjahit. Selain faktor fisik, stres kerja juga berperan meningkatkan risiko CTS. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap pekerja penjahit mengenai pencegahan CTS melalui edukasi ergonomi dan manajemen stres. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif melalui penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, demonstrasi postur ergonomis, dan latihan peregangan dengan media leaflet dan audiovisual. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Januari 2026 di Pasar Sentral Kabupaten Soppeng dengan 73 peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan kategori baik dari 23,3% menjadi 89,0% serta peningkatan sikap kerja baik dari 15,1% menjadi 79,5%, dengan perbedaan signifikan (p<0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi ergonomi dan manajemen stres efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan sikap pekerja dalam pencegahan CTS. Program edukasi kesehatan kerja disarankan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung penerapan perilaku kerja sehat dan menjaga produktivitas pekerja.

Abstract

Introduction: Childhood obesity is a global health emergency that threatens the quality of Indonesia's human resources. Indonesian Health Survey (IHS) recorded an increase in adult obesity prevalence from 23.4% to 21.8% in 2018. National indicators estimate that approximately 18.8% of children aged 5-12 years are overweight and 10.8% are obese. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the impact of Ultra-Processed Foods (UPF) on the Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) program through an integration of public health, nursing, Islamic psychology, and accounting perspectives. Method: The method used was a narrative literature review with an electronic literature search in Google Scholar, PubMed, SINTA, and ScienceDirect databases for the 2019–2026 period. Result: The results show that UPF triggers biological sabotage through insulin resistance and disruption of the leptin-ghrelin hormone. Psychoneurobiologically, the hyperpalatable nature of UPF hijacks the brain's reward system, triggering food addiction. Implementation analysis revealed a fatal food safety gap that resulted in 5,620 student food poisoning and a crisis of public trust due to low dietetic standards in the field. From an accounting perspective, the use of UPF constitutes a "pseudo-efficiency" that creates contingent liabilities in the form of inflated future health costs. Conclusion: The study's conclusion emphasizes that the success of MBG should be measured by the integration of nutritional audits and the use of fresh local ingredients to break dependence on industrial food and ensure sustainable investment in human resources.
