Abstract

Koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang didirikan dengan tujuan mensejahterakan anggota. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan KPE (Kartu PNS Elektronik) dalam pemberian pinjaman terhadap SHU di KPRI “Serba Usaha” Kecamatan Prambon. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain completely randomized design dengan dua perlakuan (treatment). Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah independent sampel t test (uji t untuk dua sampel independent/bebas). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan sistem pinjaman non KPE dengan sistem pinjaman menggunakan KPE pada KPRI “Serba Usaha” Kecamatan Prambon berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SHU dengan taraf signifikasi 0,012<0,05. Sistem pinjaman dengan non KPE berdampak pada meningkatnya jumlah SHU dengan nilai mean 1591,25, sedangkan sistem pinjaman dengan KPE berdampak menurunnya jumlah SHU dengan mean 1255. Sehingga sistem pinjaman dengan KPE efektif untuk menekan jumlah SHU, karena salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya SHU adalah pinjaman. Abstract

Learning can be said to be effective if there is continuity between all its components, including the selection of methods, media, and appropriate learning strategies. In addition, the preparation of learning tools must also be considered in order to facilitate the learning process in the classroom, especially if the learning devices that have been prepared have gone through the process of identifying problems in the classroom and paying attention to student characteristics. The purpose of this research is to increase motivation, activeness, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and student learning outcomes through the application of expository learning models with a scientific approach based on lesson study. The method used in this research is based on a lesson study which consists of three-stage, namely: plan, do and see. From the result of research that has been done, it can be seen that the application of expository learning models with a scientific approach based on lesson study can have a positive impact on increasing motivation, activeness, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and being able to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this quasi experimental study is to find out how the implementation of REPICPRO modelon social sciences subject of seventh grade students at Junior High School to scarcity and humanneeds materials. One group pre-test pos-ttest design was used in this research. The data analyzestechnique used Paired t-test. The result showed that there was a difference score between pre-testand post-test with t- score of 5,461 and significance of 0,0001. The average of pre- test score was66 and post- test score was 77,33. Thus, the result of the study showed that student learningoutcomes was increased, so that the implemetation of the REPICPRO method had a positive andsignificant effect on the learning outcomes of seventh grade students to scarcity and human needsmaterials.
