Abstract

This study examines the management pattern and Human Resource utilization in Baznaz Ponorogo. The goal is to find out how far the principles of HR management are implemented in the agency. The result of the study shows that the pattern of management and human resources utilization in Baznas Ponorogo covers all aspects, from the recruitment process, placement, until the evaluation of employee performance. In every stage of the process, Baznas Ponorogo not only relies on the principle of professionalism but also considers personal integrity and spiritual maturity aspects. Such is done based on the consideration that a job, if done professionally and sincerely, will yield ina higher value and quality.

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia has been regulated in the law, namely Law number 10 of 1998 concerning amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning banking. As time goes by, the existing Islamic banking practices are starting to be questioned, questioned, and criticized, because there are those considered deviant even out of the sharia corridor itself. Against various problems that exist in Islamic banking, it needs to be addressed appropriately. By understanding the nature of the principle of tadrij fii tasyri, we are required to better understand and focus on the processes and stages in the implementation of syariah banking. So that with all the problems of Islamic banking faced now, it must be understood that this is still the stages, not the end and purpose of the application of Islamic banking it self. However, the main problem in the implementation of Islamic banking is the commitment. Islamic banking is in a comfortable zone with its current format. Efforts to implement Islamic banking are still half-hearted, even less serious. Even though there is a lot of criticism embedded in Islamic banking, starting from the practice of improper contracting, Human Resources (HR) who are not competent with the sharia itself, and banking products that are less adaptive and responsive. Keywords: Implementation, Commitment, HR, Product and Agreement, Tadrij fii Tasyri

Abstract

Mental retardation in the village of Karangpatihan Balong Ponorgo appears due to conditions of poverty, the cause of it all is that the community cannot access sufficient nutritious food, causing defects in the fetus and newborn. Inadequate nutritional intake in pregnant women has a close relationship with the birth of babies with mental retardation conditions. The poverty that hit Karangpatihan village is a special concern that must be resolved by the village government, an attitude of independence must be instilled in the mentally retarded community in order to overcome the poverty that occurs. The planting of independence carried out by the village government must be social and in the form of community empowerment programs in the form of making splashed batik, catfish cattle, goats and doormats. The form of religious independence of the mentally retarded community is as follows: how to make mentally retarded people have the ability to worship or religious activities, especially in ablution and congregational prayers, starting from mentoring, training, understanding until independence appears according to the abilities of each mentally retarded citizen.

Abstract

Karangpatihan village, Balong sub-district, Ponorogo district is a village that is already known as the ideot village, some of its people have mental retardation (drown syndrome) in the mentally retarded type. Instilling Independence and Religious Values in Idiot's village families in Ponorogo Regency is an effort to relieve idiot families from adversity. In the aspect of independence, the idiot village family tries to produce works or work to fulfill all their needs without having to depend on the welfare of others. In the aspect of inculcating religious values, it is very necessary to help alleviate the problems of idiot families through a spiritual approach that is felt to be very important, with spiritual guidance it is hoped that it can foster faith and piety and provide direction in behavior. The values of worship also play a large role in motivating and guiding a person to do good in the context of social relations with the community.

Abstract

BMT Surya Abadi Jenangan is a sharia financial institution or cooperative-based Islamic economic institution located in Jenangan, Ponorogo, which prioritizes the principles of people's economy and Muhammadiyah ideology, this BMT aims to improve people's welfare through the development of sharia economy in the community. The results of the study show that BMT Surya Abadi Jenangan has succeeded in carrying out its objectives in growing the sharia economy as follows: 1). Sales of sharia BMT products, 2). Facilitating the provision of financing to entrepreneurs, 3). Types of financing using sharia contracts.

Abstract

This study discusses the empowerment of the Community's economy carried out by BankZiska Lazismu Ngrayun with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises partners in Selur Village using the Qardhul Hasan program. The background of this study is that many small and medium enterprises in Selur Village are trapped in bank loans, making it difficult for them to develop their businesses. The income they earn is used to pay off the debts of loan sharks who ensnare them every day. Therefore, company management is only static and difficult to develop. The presence of BankZiska Lazismu helps small and medium enterprises escape the trap of usury and usury loans. Those who may be trapped and affected by usury can be helped by the Qardhul Hasan loan. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from the director of BankZiska Lazismu Ngrayun and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises partners of BankZiska. The results of the study show that BankZiska Lazismu Ngrayun is very helpful for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises to develop their businesses and provide financial assistance with the Qardhul Hasan system. Partners funded by BankZiska There are approximately 50 BankZiska partners in Ngrayun, the products produced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises partners of BankZiska there include: instant tiwul, instant Gatot, instant turmeric, instant ginger, palm sugar, gadung chips, taro chips, tempeh chips, these products are typical food souvenirs from Ngrayun sub-district.

Abstract

Organisasi Muhammadiyah dalam perkembangan zaman telah banyak memberikan kontribusi terhadap negara dari berbagai bidang diantaranya; Agama, Pendidikan, Ekonomi, dan Sosial. Supermarket Tenaga Surya Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang telah berdiri sejak lama telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi Masyarakat dan Organisasi Muhammadiyah, terbukti dengan banyaknya cabang Supermarket Tenaga Surya yang didirikan di setiap kecamatan se-Ponorogo. Ikut dan berperan dalam membantu upaya organisasi Muhammadiyah dalam meningkatkan semangat ibadah, zakat, infaq, wakaf, sedekah, dan hibah tidak langsung. Supermarket Daya Surya Sejahtera merupakan fundriser yang bertanggung jawab kepada konsumen setia dengan menyalurkan donasi tersebut untuk pelaksanaan dakwah ekonomi Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah aktivitas bisnis yang dijalankan oleh entitas usaha atau individu yang memenuhi kriteria sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2008. Salah satu tujuan utama UMKM adalah meningkatkan pendapatan dan efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sumber daya insani dalam pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) di Lembaga Manajemen Infaq (LMI) Ponorogo. Pemberdayaan UMKM melalui KUB merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam mengembangkan potensi ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sumber daya insani, yang mencakup pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap, memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan pemberdayaan UMKM di KUB. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya insani yang kompeten, terampil, dan berdedikasi berkontribusi signifikan dalam membantu UMKM anggota KUB untuk mengembangkan kapasitas produksi, meningkatkan kualitas produk, memperluas pemasaran, dan memperoleh akses ke sumber daya yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Indonesian Employment Services Companies can play an important role in improving the community's economy, especially from a sharia economic perspective. From a sharia economic perspective, this is very important because investment in human resources is considered a better investment than investment in goods and capital. By improving the quality of the workforce, the Indonesian Employment Services Company can make a greater contribution in developing more productive economic sectors, such as the service and industrial sectors. By paying attention to these aspects, the Indonesian Employment Services Company can help build a more inclusive, fair and sustainable economy, which is in line with sharia economic goals. This research was conducted with the aim of, first. To find out the role of Private Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Implementers in sending Indonesian Migrant Workers abroad which includes the recruitment process, provision, departure and working relationships with agents abroad. Second. To find out the role of the Indonesian Employment Services Company in improving the economy of the study community at the Mulia Laksana Sejahtera Limited Liability Company, Ponorogo Branch. The results of this research, first, are that Private Indonesian Worker Placement Implementers have an important role in providing employment opportunities through sending Indonesian Workers abroad. The Implementer of Private Indonesian Worker Placement is responsible for carrying out good recruitment, providing provision and training, ensuring safe and legal departure, as well as protecting and paying attention to the welfare of Indonesian Workers. Second, the mechanism for improving the community's economy through Indonesian workers can be carried out by prioritizing income and remittances for Indonesian workers obtained through work that is halal and in accordance with sharia principles. Returning Indonesian workers can strengthen the sharia economy with sharia businesses that will strengthen the halal sector and create jobs in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

This study discusses Human Resources in LAZISMU Ponorogo with professional system management. The background of this study is that Human Resources are the most important part of an institution and organization, Human Resources are a crucial aspect in the success of managing zakat, infak, shodaqoh and waqf (ZISWAF) by the LAZISMU Ponorogo zakat institution. The research method in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis. By explaining the phenomena that occur in the zakat institution (LAZ). Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from directors and employees at LAZISMU Ponorogo. The results of the study indicate that Human Resources in LAZISMU Ponorogo can have good abilities, professional in work that has Knowledge and Skills, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Character Excellence, Human Resource Development, Management and Leadership. The programs implemented in LAZISMU Ponorogo to improve SDI are as follows: 1. Providing Education on SDI, 2. Economic Empowerment in LAZISMU Ponorogo, 3. Social Empowerment in LAZISMU Ponorogo, 4. Community Empowerment in LAZISMU Ponorogo, 5. Improving Digital Skills in LAZISMU Ponorogo.
