Abstract

Nowdays, about 60 villages in Kebumen Regency have website, this practiacally as village information system. The application was made local government, the agency of Kebumen Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo). Villages are provided with facilities by Kominfo, they are domain andserver. Meanwhile, the Village is obliged to manage as the Content Management System (CMS) admin. However, many villages has problems in managing the CMS , such as capability of village’s staff to operate CMS. Thus, many online village websites do not update data continuously and are even not used optimally. Therefore, this community service aims to increase the capacity of village staff in Kebumen Regency to managing online village CMS. This service uses training and mentoring methods. Target of this services are 60 villages but only 41 villages participate in this activities. The results of survey showed this community service increase knowledge and skills participant for managing their website. The impact on knowledge and skills reaches more than 3 and the value of a good response is 3.38 on a scale of 1-4. The continuity of content updates is also an indication that this training has an impact on improving the management of online village websites.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Kampung Tudung berada di Desa Grujugan Kecamatan Petanahan Kabupaten Kebumen Porvinsi Jawa Tengah. Wisata Kampung Tudung disingkat “Wiskadung”. Saat ini, pemasaran Wiskadung menggunakan media manual seperti brosur dan media instragram.Namun pengelolaan instragram masih belum optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola Wiskadung dalam hal penggunaan media online pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan antara lain observasi lapangan, forum group discussion, pelatihan media sosial, pembuatan website kampung tudung, sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengelolaan website. Hasil seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian adalah Instagram wiskadung lebih terkelola menjadi lebih baik dengan adanya penambahan highlight. Sedangkan semula hanya website desa yang digunakan untuk informasi Wiskadung, saat ini sudah ada website kampungtudung dot com yang dapat digunakan untuk salah satu media promosi Wiskadung.

Abstract

Grujugan Village in Kebumen Regency is bamboo craftsmen village. Eighty percent of the population are bamboo craftsmen. The problems faced are the quality of Irat and product diversification. Irat is a thin sheet of bamboo, it is the raw material to make a craft. The thickness of the Irat is not at the same standard because the craftsman thinning material using traditional knife. In other hand, capacity and quickness of production is low because craftsmen do it manually. Meanwhile, product variations are still in a few kinds, such as bamboo’s hat (tudung), several type of food container, and hand-held-fan. Therefore, this community service aims to provide workshops and mentoring on the diversification of existing crafts and manufacture of better bamboo materials using machines. To do this, the community service team will be training how to making cups from bamboo and also how to thinning using the bamboo’s slicing machines. These activities took place form Juli until October in Grujugan Village. Based on the effort, The quality and thickness of the fibers is getting better and uniform. The use of machines can increase the capacity and rate production of Irat, from 1280 to15360 pieces per 8 hours. And also, craftsmen already have the capability to make new products, namely bamboo cup, although the quality is not yet fit for standard market.

Abstract

An essential aspect of planning and management of software design projects is to estimate work time, costs, and human resources. The calculation solution made in this study aims to assist in calculating the estimated time of developing a reptile capture application using the Use Case Point (UCP) method. The UCP method is a software effort estimation method that shows better performance compared to other methods. The result of this research is the risk of software development on the mobile application of 'Tangkap Reptil' has a small chance, can be done in a relatively short time, and does not require a lot of resources.

Abstract

Data yang telah dipublikasi oleh Kementrian kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2021, terkait perkembangan virus COVID-19, hingga saat menjadi masalah utama bagi kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya bagi perekonomian di Indonesia. Desa Wisata Adiluhur memiliki beragam desa wisata sehingga dapat menggerakkan perekonomian warga desa. Masyarakat sudah mulai sadar dan ikut terlibat langsung dengan aktivitas pariwisata, dimana mereka memberdayakan diri mereka di berbagai kegiatan ekonomi pariwisata seperti menyewakan homestay, berjualan makanan tradisional, dan membuat kerajinan tangan. Produk-produk hasil penduduk di Desa Adilihur masih dijual secara offline sehingga untuk mendapatkan produk dari desa wisata, masyarakat harus datang langsung. Begitu pula dengan paket wisata museum dan agrowisata belum bisa dibeli secara online. Pengunjung desa wisata Adilihur paling banyak dari daerah Kebumen saja. Tingkat kunjungan jauh menurun ditambah pengelola belum mampu menerapkan standar CHSE atau Cleanliness (Kebersihan), Health (Kesehatan), Safety (Keamanan), dan Environment Sustainability (Kelestarian Lingkungan). Metode pengabdaian masyarakat ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdilan masyarakat ini adalah Community Action Model (CAM), pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara blended learning antara luring dan daring menggunakan zoom meeting. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dibuka oleh kepala desa adiluhur dan disambut baik oleh kelompok Desa wisata di adiluhur. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terkait penerapan teknologi informasi dalam pemasaran produk yang less contact ini mampu meningkatkan pemasaran dan penghasilan kelompok desa wisata, dimana sebelumnya awam/tidak tahu terhadap teknologi informasi. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini kelompok desa wisata dapat turut aktif dalam pemasaran melalui internet dalam pemasaran produk dengan less contact di desa adiluhur.

Abstract

The study aims to explore, analyze, and determine the possibility of Moodle platform accommodating English learning personalization. The study applied a convergent parallel design mixed-method and was concerned with a quantitative survey and qualitative case study (deductive approach). The findings indicated and determined the personalization of English learning Moodle-based, and those elements included adjustable material and mechanism, concentrated instruction, component-based decisions, and English language learner observation. The adaptability Moodle system accommodated the personalization approach in learning English Moodle-based. The feature involved is isk, file, folder, IMS Content Package, Label, Page, URL (Resources) and Choice, Database, Feedback, Forum, Glossary, Lesson, (LTI) External tool, Quiz, SCORM, Wiki, Workshop (Activities). According to the findings, the Moodle environment became a relevant system to accommodate English pedagogy with a personalization approach. Online learning personalization choices range from simple settings to applications and Moodle capabilities to offer intelligent assistance. Abstract

Si Cantik Bangsa is a platform that aims to record participation and equality in village development. Through this community service, the focus is emphasized on understanding the problems of women's empowerment in development in three villages, namely Logede Village, Ampelsari Village, and Kaliputih Village in Kebumen Regency. In this context, the main concern is overcoming the significant decline in the Gender Empowerment Index which is a serious challenge faced by the Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD). In an effort to overcome this problem, the PMD Department introduced an innovative program known as Planning Literacy Women (WANI LEmPER) which is in line with the Sustainable Development goals (SDGs) related to gender equality and women's empowerment. However, even though the WANI LEmPER program has been implemented, there are still obstacles that arise due to cultural resistance and rejection from various parties. Therefore, this service offers a solution through the implementation of Si Cantik Bangsa, an information technology-based platform that aims to document the activities of LEmPER WANI cadres and monitor women's participation. The service results show that indicators of success have been achieved, where 65% of respondents understand the benefits and features of Si Cantik Bangsa, while 25% still do not understand them. Thus, the use of this platform is considered a strategic step in increasing women's empowerment in village development planning to achieve SDGs and Gender Empowerment goals.

Abstract

Abstract The main product of the bamboo-craftsmen group in Grujugan Village, Kebumen Regency, Central Java, is a bamboo cap (tudung). Because the tudung product has taken root in the community, Grujugan Village has branded itself as a Tudung Village. The problem of bamboo craftsmen in Grujugan Village is the lack of ability to innovate and diversify product. Therefore, this community service aims to train and mentoring craftsmen in product diversification. The method used is training and mentoring. During the training, the instructor teaches how to create new crafts, that are plates made from coconut sticks. Mentoring was held on July-August. Based on observations before the service was carried out, as many as 95% of the participants had not mastered making woven stick plates. After training and mentoring, 75% of participants were able to make stick plates, of which 50% were able to make stick plates neatly, while the other 25% of the participants were only at the stage of being able to understand the technique of weaving sticks into plates. In conclusion, this community service can enhance the abilities and skills of craftsmen, boost their innovation capabilities, and enable them to create new products in Tudung Village. Abstrak Produk utama kelompok perajin bambu di Desa Grujugan Kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah adalah tudung (caping bambu). Karena produk tudung yang sudah mengakar di masyarakat, Desa Grujugan membranding diri sebagai Kampung Tudung dengan ciri khas kerajinan tudung. Meskipun lama menggeluti kriya bambu, namun variasi produk belum banyak. Selain tudung, perajin membuat peralatan rumah tangga seperti besek, kukusan, dan tenggok. Permasalahan perajin bambu di Desa Grujugan adalah kurangnya kemampuan inovasi dan diversifikasi jenis produk. Oleh karenanya, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan melatih dan mendampingi perajin untuk diversifikasi produk Kampung Tudung berupa piring anyaman kepada kelompok perajin Desa Grujugan. Metode yang digunakan adalah praktik langsung dan pendampingan. Pelatihan secara spesifik mengajarkan bagaimana membuat piring anyaman dari bahan yang lebih sesuai yaitu lidi. Pendampingan diberikan selama bulan Juli- Agustus. Berdasarkan observasi sebelum dilakukan pengabdian, sebanyak 95% peserta belum menguasai teknik pembuatan piring anyaman lidi. Setelah pelatihan dan pendampingan, 75% peserta mampu membuat piring lidi, dimana 50% mampu membuat piring lidi dengan rapi, sedangkan 25% peserta lainnya baru pada tahap mampu memahami teknik menganyam lidi menjadi piring. Kesimpulannya, pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dapat meningkatan kemampuan dan ketrampilan perajin, meningkatkan kemampuan inovasi perajin, dan mampu menghasilkan produk baru di Kampung Tudung.

Abstract

Abstract Villages are the most accurate data source for searching population data. For this reason, the method of collecting population data, filling in data in formats, processing data and presenting population data information to the public must be carried out effectively and efficiently so that the information can be conveyed quickly and accurately. This activity was carried out in 3 stages, namely survey; implementation of activities; and evaluation of activities. The survey was conducted in several villages in Kebumen Regency. The team assisted in re-arranging the Village website username and password at the Kebumen Regency Communication and Information Hall. In this activity, activities were also carried out to update plugins and main information for administration services on the village website. With the theme Village Digitalization to Improve the Quality of Information Services and realize Kebumen Smart, this activity aims to change the management process and administrative services in the Village to be of better quality and make information about Villages in Kebumen Regency easier to find by the wider community by updating contacts and website pages. , apart from that this activity will run on a scheduled basis for ongoing monitoring and evaluation. This also functions to publish information related to Village Programs, BUMDES, UMKM and the potential that exists in the Village. Abstrak Desa merupakan sumber data paling akurat untuk pencarian data kependudukan. Untuk itu, cara pengumpulan data penduduk, pengisian data dalam format, pengolahan data hingga penyajian informasi data kependudukan kepada masyarakat harus dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien agar informasi yang tersampaikan dapat dengan cepat dan akurat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan yakni survei; implementasi kegiatan; dan evaluasi kegiatan. survei di lakukan di beberapa desa yang berada di Kabupaten Kebumen. Tim melakukan pendampingan pengurusan kembali username dan password website Desa di Balai Kominfo Kabupaten Kebumen. Dalam kegiatan ini juga dilakukan kegiatan memperbaharui Plugin dan Informasi utama untuk layanan administrasi pada website desa. Dengan tema Digitalisasi Desa untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Layanan Informasi dan mewujudkan Kebumen Smart kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan mengubah proses pengurusan dan layanan administrasi di Desa menjadi lebih baik kualitasnya dan informasi tentang Desa yang berada di Kabupaten Kebumen lebih mudah dicari oleh masyarakat luas dengan memperbaharui kontak dan laman website, terlepas dari itu kegiatan ini akan berjalan secara terjadwal untuk monitoring dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Hal ini juga berfungsi untuk mempublikasikan Informasi yang berkaitan dengan Program Desa, BUMDES, UMKM dan potensi-potensi yang ada di Desa.

Abstract

Desa wisata Adiluhur telah dikenal sebagai salah satu desa wisata bahasa Inggris di Kabupaten Kebumen. Meskipun pengelola desa wisata adiluhur telah memanfaatkan media online di dalam mempromosikan wisata bahasa Inggris kepada khalayak ramai, akan tetapi masih belum optimal dan kurang inovatif. Maka, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di desa Adiluhur ini adalah untuk menguatkan digitalisasi wisata melalui konten kreator sehingga konten-konten pada media online lebih inovatif dan kreatif. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa adanya kegiatan penagbdian masyarakat ini membawa dampak yang positif kepada masyarakat dan pelaku wisata, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan kearah yang lebih baik terkait dengan penggunaan konten kreator untuk promosi wisata.
