Abstract

Penerapan dan pemahaman siswa akan literasi, numerasi dan teknologi pada tingkat pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (SD) sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kelancaran proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas. Hal ini berdampak selama pandemi COVID-19 berlangsung yang mengakibatkan suatu transformasi di bidang Pendidikan khususnya bagi Pendidikan anak sekolah dasar. Pada tahun 2019, untuk mencegah menyebarnya virus COVID-19 maka seluruh institusi Pendidikan dihimbau untuk melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar secara daring (online) selama pandemi berlangsung. Kegiatan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) ini berlangsung selama lebih dari dua tahun sehingga memberikan dampak yang besar bagi perkembangan siswa seperti berkurangnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan secara akademis yang biasa disebut sebagai Learning Loss. Siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi pembelajaran yang disebabkan oleh hilangnya kesempatan dalam melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran secara luring. Hal tersebut menyebabkan semakin rendahnya pengetahuan siswa akan literasi dan numerasi. Keadaan pembelajaran semakin terpuruk sebab ketidakmampuan siswa dan orang tua dalam mengoperasikan alat teknologi yang mutlak dibutuhkan dalam sistem PJJ. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengarahkan dan meningkatkan peranan literasi, numerasi, dan teknologi bagi siswa di SD Islam Darul Fahri, Tirtoyudho, Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan kegiatan yang digagas oleh Kemristekdikbud bertajuk Kampus Mengajar 3. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui teknik tanya jawab (interview), observasi kelas (class observation), mencatat (note taking), dan melakukan strategi konstektual yang melibatkan keaktifkan siswa serta guru selama delapan belas minggu. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan tersebut program ini memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan siswa di bidang literasi, numerasi dan teknologi namun tetap perlu dilakukan secara berkesinambungan demi terwujudnya visi misi sekolah.

Abstract

Website is a means to realize E-Government. Village E-Government is the implementation of village government through the use of websites, which is very important as a means of democracy and village government accountability for governance. The method used is to conduct training for Sukopuro village officials who are responsible for managing the website. The training included an introduction to creating the email, creating a Google form, and an introduction to how to accommodate community input from the Google form to the Sukopuro Village Government website. The results of this activity were very positive and received a good response from the village because it added knowledge and skills in organizing the web and creating Google forms as a means of community democracy and village development, in the framework of implementing the Sukopuro Village Government website. The understanding of village officials in Sukopuro Village about the website increased from 20% to 80%. Communities have the opportunity to increase their democracy in village development and stipulate of village government public policies through the Google form and website in the village.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence, especially technique utilizing machine learning using transformer architecture has experienced rapid progress. The transformer architecture was first introduced in 2017 and laid the foundation for the development of larger and more accurate models in NLP, some of which use BERT and GPT. This review examines five studies that have made significant contributions to the development of the transformer architecture, including research by Vaswani, Devlin, Brown, and Dai. The results of this study shows that the transformer architecture is capable of improving training efficiency, accuracy, and long-context understanding in various NLP tasks. However, there are still some issues with this technology that need to be addressed further.

Abstract

Sebuah sistem otomasi tidak lepas dari programmable machine didalamnya agar dapat mengendalikan mesin – mesin yang mendukung proses produksi. Salah satu mesin yang dapat diprogram dalam proses otomasi adalah PLC (Programmable Logic Control). Dalam perkembangannya PLC saat ini dapat di bangun dengan sebuah komponen mikrokontroller Arduino yang bertindak sebagai central processing unit (CPU). PLC tersebut dinamakan sebagai PLC Outseal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengendali digital output menggunakan komponen transistor TIP127 dengan suhu maksimal 150 0C dan arus maksimal 5 A dengan pengendali sinyal basis menggunakan  optocoupler PC817 dalam perancangan PLC outsealnya. Hasil pengujian modul input memiliki tingkat presisi yang tinggi. Dimana nilai standar deviasi yang dihasilkan rata – rata  sebesar 0,046. Sedangkan untuk modul output memiliki nilai standar deviasi rata-rata 0,304 untuk pengukuran arus output dan 0,098 untuk pengukuran tegangan output.

Abstract

Analisa Postur Pekerja Dengan Metode Rula-Reba dan NASA-TLX Sebagai Dasar Re-Design Mesin dan Fasilitas Kerja Di PT. X, didirikan tahun 2011. Perusahaan ini memproduksi jenis bahan, perekat bata ringan, plester dinding, acian, nat keramik dan water proofing, penelitian ini untuk mengetahui beban mental, metode kerja serta analisa postur tubuh kerja operator packing pada mesin M-TEC dilanjutkan dengan dengan menggunakan konsep anthropometri untuk memperhatikan ukuran pasilitas dan pekerja, dari hasil survey awal kegiatan yang dilakukan pada mesin ini masih manual, dengan uraian kegiatan sebagai berikut, proses stampling lot palet, memasang kemasan ke spot mesin, menekan tombol mesin menghidupkan, mengangkat produk ke palet, merapikan produk diatas palet. Aktivitas tersebut dilakukan berulang dengan intensitas tinggi, hal ini mengakibatkan pekerja mengeluh sakit pada bagian tubuh serta beban kerja mental yang teradi, dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), dan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), hasilnya menunjukan masing-masing dua aktivitas resiko sangat tinggi, dua aktivitas resiko tinggi dan dua aktivitas resiko menengah, kemudian dengan menggunakan National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX), pekerja packing memiliki beban kerja kategori sedang hingga berat, hal ini lah yang mendasari usulan perlu dilakukan perbaikan metode dan desain pasilitas dengan segera.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology necessitates practical solutions for accurate color identification and conversion, particularly in the fields of design, education, and the digital industry. This study aims to develop and analyze an automatic color detection application based on a MATLAB GUI, capable of detecting colors from RGB input values and converting them to Hex, CMYK, and HSV formats. The urgency of this research lies in the need for an efficient, user-friendly application that minimizes errors in the color identification process, as manual methods are often ineffective and prone to mistakes. The methodology employed is Research and Development (R&D), which includes litera-ture review, needs analysis, system design, application implementa-tion, and thorough testing and evaluation of accuracy and usability. Testing results demonstrate that the application can accurately detect and convert colors, with performance consistent with standard applica-tions such as Microsoft Paint, and has received positive feedback from users regarding its intuitive interface. The implications of this research are the availability of a digital tool that supports more efficient design processes, interactive learning, and creative industry workflows, while also opening opportunities for the development of similar applications in the future

Abstract

Kebakaran berdasarkan Fire Triangle terjadi karena interaksi sumber berupa panas, oksigen dan bahan bakar . Dari interaksi ketiga unsur tersebut akan timbul nyala api Setiap tempat kerja memiliki risiko terhadap kebakaran. Risiko tersebut berbeda antar satu tempat kerja dengan tempat kerja lainnya. Semakin tinggi risiko terjadinya kebakaran, maka semakin besar kerugian yang akan di tanggung oleh tempat kerja tersebut. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini  adalah merancang dan membangun Smart Detector untuk deteksi dini kebakaran dengan akurasi yang tinggi menggunakan tiga sensor yang terintegerasi berbasis Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan. Hasil pengujian sensor didaptkan nilai MSE 0,61 untuk sensor BH1750; 0,26 untuk sensor DHT11; dan 0,52 untuk sensor MQ-7. Berdasarkan analisa confution matrix dari pelatihan dan pengujian jaringan syaraf tiruan memperoleh  akurasi sebesar 100%, recall sebesar 100% dan precission sebesar 100%

Abstract

Industrial applications widely employ powder coating to shield products from corrosion. Effective anti-corrosion coatings enhance customer satisfaction, open new markets, and withstand temperature, abrasion, and chemicals. However, powder coating and liquid paint remain options to mitigate metal damage. Corrosion behavior of coated materials exposed to strong acids was investigated to understand the influence of liquid/powder coatings and HCl/H2SO4. This study evaluated the corrosion resistance of A0-BS3 metal specimens coated with powder (AC1-AS3) and liquid (BC1-BS3) coatings against HCl and H2SO4 solutions for 7 days. Corrosion rates were calculated and compared, and surface damage was analyzed. Corrosion occurred in all materials in HCl and H2SO4. H2SO4 exhibited 25 times faster corrosion, and coatings were ineffective. Powder coating outperformed liquid paint. Acid rain can damage liquid paint. Powder coating is the preferred choice. Ongoing research aims to enhance steel corrosion resistance, compare coatings, and assess long-term effects. This study contributes significantly to combating corrosion and developing more effective and environmentally friendly anti-corrosion solutions.

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of faith-building principles within the utilisation of whistleblowing systems to combat corrupt behaviour. Employing a descriptive research design, this study concludes that the whistleblowing system at MAN 2 Malang serves not only to maintain organisational integrity and ethics but also to cultivate an environment fostering openness and accountability. The Bina Iman (Faith Building) principle, emphasising honesty, responsibility, and social concern, provides a crucial foundation for encouraging the active participation of teachers and students in reporting deviant or detrimental actions. A well-implemented whistleblowing system establishes a secure and anonymous communication channel, mitigating the fear of retaliation. By integrating Bina Iman values, MAN 2 Malang reinforces the reporting mechanism and builds a culture that champions transparency. This study reveals that direct involvement of all stakeholders in the reporting process can enhance awareness of corrupt behaviour and promote stronger preventive measures. Evaluation of existing mechanisms and practices underscores the importance of ethics and integrity education and training, which the Bina Iman doctrine aims to achieve and internalise. The research concludes that applying Bina Iman principles not only strengthens the whistleblowing system but can also act as a catalyst for change, bringing corruption to light and reducing its prevalence at MAN 2 Malang. Through the synergy of spiritual principles and administrative practices, this educational institution can serve as a model for other institutions in effectively combating corruption based on high moral values.

Abstract

Community participation is one of the principles of implementing good village governance. This study aims to analyze the implementation of participatory principles in village government. This research uses empirical legal research methods, primary data collection through interviews and observations as well as literature studies, and uses sociological juridical analysis through data distribution, data reduction and conclusion making. The results showed that the village government has applied the participatory principle. This can be seen from the pattern of drafting Village Regulations and determining the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APB Desa), where the community is included in village development planning, through hamlet-level deliberations and the results of hamlet-level deliberations are brought to village-level deliberations called Village Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbangdes). Community involvement in Musrenbang is one form of implementing village democracy
