Abstract

Teknologi dapat diaplikasikan pada tempat penitipan anak atau (Play Group). Karena adanya tuntutan dari pekerjaan sehingga para orang tua tidak selalu bisa untuk menjaga dan memperhatikan keperluan anak–anak dirumah. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan tempat penitipan anak guna untuk meringankan beban orang tua selama bekerja. Tempat penitipan anak pada umumnya hanya diawasi oleh pengasuh secara manual. Beberapa anak diasuh dan diawasi oleh 1 orang pengasuh sehingga membutuhkan ketelitian dan konsentrasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah pengawasan di atas, dapat menerapkan solusi dengan menggunakan sistem pengawasan tempat penitipan anak yang dilengkapi dengan sistem pengawasan otomatis. Pada tempat penitipan anak dilengkapi dengan sensor jarak untuk mendeteksi objek yang melewati sensor. Sensor dilengkapi dengan keypad untuk mematikan sistem sementara apabila ada yang melewati sensor untuk menuju pintu keluar. Kemudian sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan kamera CCTV untuk pengawasan visual anak dan dapat direkam. Untuk pengamanan tambahan, sistem juga dilengkapi dengan kendali pagar pengaman otomatis yang dikontrol komputer supaya untuk menahan anak agar tidak keluar dari area tempat penitipan anak.

Abstract

Taro chips are one of the typical snack products that are widely developed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Sumatra Province. However, limitations in production and packaging technology are the main obstacles in improving the quality and competitiveness of products in the market. This community service activity was carried out to increase the production capacity and quality of taro chips through the application of technological innovations in the form of automatic slicing machines and the development of marketing strategies based on brand strengthening and attractive packaging designs. The implementation method includes technical training on the use of slicing machines, assistance in flavor diversification (balado and seaweed), and education on digital packaging and marketing. The results of the activity showed an increase in production efficiency, consistency of the shape and thickness of the sliced chips, and a positive market response to new flavor variants and more attractive packaging. In conclusion, the touch of technology and marketing innovation has proven to be able to increase the competitiveness of MSME products, while contributing to increasing the income of target partners.

Abstract

The Nagari Taram Oyster Mushroom Forest Farmers Group, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra, faces serious challenges in the form of production instability and weak community-based agribusiness management. The main problems identified include uncontrolled mushroom house environmental management, high levels of contamination of growing media, and dependence on middlemen without diversification of processed products. This community service program offers innovative solutions through the implementation of Smart GrowTech, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring system to control temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels in real-time, as well as the integration of the JamurLink application as a digital platform for monitoring and harvest prediction. In addition, the Auto-Steril innovation is used to increase the effectiveness of planting media sterilization to reduce contamination to below 5%. In the agribusiness aspect, the program is designed to strengthen the farmer group's institutions through business management training, digital marketing, product diversification (chips, shredded meat, mushroom nuggets), and strengthening e-commerce-based marketing networks. Targets include a 40–60% increase in productivity, an increase in farmer income from IDR 2–3 million to IDR 5–7 million per month, the establishment of a farmer cooperative, and the replication of the technology to other farmer groups. With a precision technology approach and community empowerment, this program is expected to improve the sustainability of local agribusiness, support food security, and contribute to the achievement of SDGs 1, 2, 8, and 9.

Abstract

The Cocoa Fermentech program is a community service activity focused on innovative cocoa fermentation technologies based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology to improve crop quality and the income of cocoa farmer groups in Nagari Taram, West Sumatra. The main problem faced by partners is the fermentation process, which is still carried out traditionally, without standardized temperature, humidity, and pH controls, resulting in suboptimal cocoa bean quality and low product competitiveness. Through this program, the community service team introduced a fermentation SMART-BOX integrated with IoT sensors and a real-time monitoring application. This technology enables farmers to digitally record and monitor fermentation parameters, enabling more data-driven decision-making. In addition, a series of supporting activities were carried out, including technology and management training, outreach, publications, and visual documentation for dissemination. The program results showed significant improvements in the technical and managerial aspects of the farmer groups. Technically, the quality of cocoa fermentation has become more consistent with improved aroma and flavor. From a management perspective, partners have become accustomed to using digital record-keeping, organizing logistics, and documenting activities in a structured manner. This capacity building not only strengthens the competitiveness of local cocoa products, but also encourages the sustainability of technology-based innovation in agricultural product management at the farmer level.

Abstract

Narkoba menjadi ancaman serius bagi generasi muda, khususnya remaja. Kabupaten Pelalawan memiliki angka prevalensi penyalahgunaan narkoba yang tinggi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja tentang regulasi diri dalam upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan regulasi diri remaja anti narkoba kepada 100 remaja di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Pelatihan menggunakan modul digital yang berisi materi tentang bahaya narkoba, regulasi diri, dan strategi pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja tentang regulasi diri dalam upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Remaja juga menjadi lebih sadar akan bahaya narkoba dan mampu menerapkan strategi pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pembahasan modul digital terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja tentang regulasi diri. Modul digital mudah diakses dan dipahami, serta memungkinkan remaja untuk belajar secara mandiri dan berinteraksi dengan materi pelatihan secara lebih optimal. Kesimpulan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa modul digital dapat menjadi metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja tentang regulasi diri dalam upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Perlu dilakukan replikasi pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan sampel yang lebih besar dan sasaran yang lebih luas. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan pengembangan modul digital yang lebih komprehensif dan menarik bagi remaja.

Abstract

Job analysis is an important step in human resource management to describe the responsibilities, authorities, and competencies in each job position. The rapidly growing Education Foundation, with the addition of new core businesses to diversify revenue, faces challenges in adjusting its organizational structure. New positions, such as the Business and Innovation Unit, require effective coordination with other work units to maintain the foundation's vision. The main problem is the mapping of positions and career levels from contract employees to permanent employees, as well as adjusting the functions of teachers serving in the foundation. Evaluation of the HR management system is also needed to ensure sustainable performance and employee satisfaction. This program uses a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach to involve stakeholders in identifying needs and developing relevant implementation steps with 65 participants. The use of information technology is applied to support job analysis, improve efficiency, accuracy, and data-based decision making. The results of this program include increased participant understanding of the importance of information technology-based job analysis, as well as the preparation of an organizational structure that is in accordance with new needs. This program is expected to contribute to the professionalization of HR management at the Education Foundation, support business innovation, and ensure employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Mikrokontroler perangkat elektronik digital yang memiliki input dan output serta kontrol dengan program yang bisa ditulis dan terhapus dengan cara yang khusus, bagaimana mikrokontroler sebenarnya membaca dan menulis data. Mikrokonktroler digunakan dalam produk dan peralatan dikendalikan secara otomatis, seperti sistem kontrol mesin, remote kontrol, mesin kantor, peralatan rumah tangga, alat berat, dan mainan. Mikrokontroler dapat sebagai sistem kontrol di peternakan ikan dalam pengendalian pasokan air dan mengontrol makan tersebut. alat penghubung dengan aplikasi Android dengan bluetooth. Kemudahan dalam mengendalikan peternakan ikan android didukung, which android akan diberikan aplikasi ditempatkan di dalam android. Dalam antarmuka aplikasi android Menyediakan fasilitas untuk mengontrol Pisciculture.

Abstract

Intimidasi atau yang dikenal dengan istilah bullying, dalam penelitian di tempat kerja menghasilkan dampak kesehatan mental yang merugikan. Namun, sedikit yang mengungkap perbedaan jenis kelamin yang menghubungkan perilaku bullying di tempat kerja dan kesehatan mental yang buruk. Salah satunya, temuan tentang perempuan suku Afrika-Amerika yang kurang mendapat perlindungan bullying di tempat kerja melalui dukungan sosial rekan kerja. Individu muda, bercerai, anggota fakultas, dan memiliki penyakit kronis ditemukan memiliki skor persepsi bullying di tempat kerja yang tinggi dan berdampak pada meningkatnya kecemasan, depresi, citra diri negatif, serta rasa permusuhan. Penindasan di dunia maya atau cyberbullying di tempat kerja pun ditemukan sebagai fenomena yang berkembang dengan akibat fatal, mulai dari menimbulkan ketegangan mental karyawan dan kepuasan kerja yang rendah, hingga iklim organisasi yang bermusuhan. Pelaku cyberbullying di tempat kerja ini membenarkan perilaku bullying mereka dan hasil fitur komunikasi cyber ternyata mempengaruhi perilaku cyberbullying di tempat kerja.

Abstract

The rapid proliferation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) in K–12 education has generated a substantial body of research, yet how its core themes emerge, converge, and transform over time remains insufficiently understood. Existing bibliometric and topic modeling approaches produce static snapshots of the literature, structurally incapable of capturing the dynamic epistemic processes through which research communities form and evolve. This study introduces Dynamic Semantic Network Analysis with Evolutionary Community Detection (DSNA-ECD), a novel computational framework that conceptualizes the K–12 LMS research field as a living epistemic system — a conceptual reframing that constitutes a distinct contribution to the K–12 LMS literature beyond prior static approaches. DSNA-ECD integrates three methodologically principled components: transformer-based semantic embeddings via Sentence-BERT (`all-MiniLM-L6-v2`), selected for its capacity to capture latent semantic proximity beyond lexical co-occurrence; a hybrid weighting scheme empirically calibrated to balance structural and semantic network signals; and the Leiden algorithm for community detection, preferred over Louvain for its theoretical guarantee of well-connected partitions and superior modularity optimization. Applied to a two-decade corpus of K–12 LMS publications, findings reveal a maturing field progressing from exploratory fragmentation through consolidation toward sophisticated integration of AI-enhanced adaptive systems and learning analytics. Compared to co-citation analysis, LDA topic modeling, and static semantic networks, DSNA-ECD uniquely offers semantic depth, guaranteed community coherence, calibrated hybrid weighting, and full cross-temporal trajectory tracking. Critically, findings reveal urgent underrepresentation of equity, algorithmic transparency, and ethical deployment research as AI-enhanced LMS systems proliferate, with direct implications for researchers, educational technologists, and policymakers.
