Abstract

This research intends to know is the price influence to the buyer decision Delfi Hot Cocoa of Maju Bersama Departement Store Medan, (2) Is the product quality influence on the buyer decision Delfi Hot Cocoa of maju Bersama Department store Medan. Simultanly this research head for knowing the influence of price and  product quality to the buyer decision of Maju Bersama Department store Medan. The population of the these research are 120 consumer who eat the delfi hot cocoa of Maju Bersama Departement Stor Medan and the sample are 92 consumer who eat the Delfi Hot Cocoa od Maju Bersama Departement Store. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to understand how brand image and sexual orientation affect the amount of product purchased during counter makeover transactions at Sun Plaza Medan. This type of analysis is an associative analysis, one that connects two or more variables. 120 people make up the sample size or respondents in this study; hence, the sampling technique that will be used is random sampling. With a population of around 120 people and an error level of less than 0.01, the sample in this study consisted of about 55 people. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection was carried out using observations and questionnaires during the data collection process, which combined data from the first and second stages.According to the study's findings, Brand Image data on partial tests was positively and significantly correlated with Purchase Intention. Because Brand Image has a variable tcount number of 3,753 and a fixed tcount number of 2,004, the tcount exceeds the ttable. (3.753 > 2.004) and a lower threshold for significance (0.009 0.05). With a positive and significant effect on Lifestyle's relationship to Purchase Interest, the variable Lifestyle's tcount value is 8.540, and the ttable's value is 2.004, meaning that tcount > ttable (8.540 > 2.004), and the significance level is less than 0, 05 (0.004 0.05). In parallel, Brand Image and Goodwill increased positively and significantly with respect to the amount of MakeOver products purchased at the Sun Plaza Medan counter, with an Fcount value of 62,218 and a Sig. value of 0.000b. F count > F table (62.218 > 3.16) or significance (Sig.) 5% (0.000 0.05), as appropriate.Keywords: Brand image, good health, and solid behavior are the key words.

Abstract

Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah teruntuk memahami pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi serta stres kerja pada kepuasan kerja pekerja PT. Athena Tagaya. Sumber informasi untuk menyelidiki informasi penting pekerjaan dan informasi tambahan. Prosedur pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan penulis adalah survei dan dokumentasi penyelidikan. Uji ekspositori yang dapat digunakan antara lain uji keteraturan, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Strategi pemeriksaan informasi adalah pemeriksaan kekambuhan yang berbeda. Dalam pembahasan ini, analis menemukan bahwa penguji hanya terdiri dari perwakilan dari kantor kebersihan PT. Departemen Athena Tagaya Medan, 30 pekerja. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, motivasi kerja (X1), komunikasi (X2) serta stres kerja (X3) sekaligus mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan patut diperhatikan pada kepuasan kerja PT (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction and competence on employee work performance at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. The population in this study were employees of PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti with a sample size of 53 people. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach supported by surveys, and is explanatory. The results of research using partial testing (t test) show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti in Medan. Competency has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees. PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti . Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous test (F test) show that job satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of job satisfaction and competence is able to explain the work performance variable by 70.8% and the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research such as discipline, motivation, work environment and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh kebijakan dividen, dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor perbankan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Tahun 2018-2022. Ini adalah hasil penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 pengambilan data dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan tahunan Perusahaan. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan dengan tingkat signifikasi yang digunakan 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Kebijakan Dividen Berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Non Performing Loan secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Non Performing Loan berpengaruh secara stimultan dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor perbankan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Tahun 2018-2022.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan, untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan dan untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan keluarga dan pendidikan kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan pada UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan sebanyak 233 UMKM. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 70 UMKM yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan pada UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to partially and simultaneously determine the influence of financial literacy and the influence of self-control on financial behavior among MSMEs in Harjosari I Village, Medan. This type of research uses associative research. In this research, quantitative methods were used with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study was all 33 MSMEs in Harajosari I Medan Village. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique used which means all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression method using SPSS version 29 software. The results of this research partially show that financial literacy (X1) has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). Partially, self-control (X2) has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). And simultaneously financial literacy (X1) and self-control (X2) have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). Harjosari I Village, Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perception Of Ease and Perception Of Easefulness on Decision Usage FINA APP at PT BCA Finance Medan. This research was prepared using quantitative methods using quantitative methods. The sample of this study were 96 respondents who were users of the FINA App application and one of the customers at PT BCA Finance Medan using a sample collection technique, namely purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly so that the data collected will be processed using SPSS to obtain research results. Based on the results of the study, it was found that partially Perception Of Ease has a positive and significant effect on Decision Usage, partially Perception Of Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Decision Usage and simultaneously Perception Of Ease and Perception Of Usefulness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Decision Usage FINA APP at PT BCA Finance Medan. In addition, the coefficient of determination in the Adjusted R Square column is 0.682 (68.2%), which describes that the value of variance owned by Decision Usage from the Perception Of Ease and Perception Of Usefulness variables is 68.2% and the remaining 31.8% is influenced by other variables or factors not examined and not explained in this study.
