Abstract

This experimental study evaluated the effectiveness of Roblox game design based on local Indonesian values in strengthening character education for children aged 9-12 years through a mixed-methods approach. Involving 320 participants from 15 schools in Aceh Province, this study measured behavioral changes using the Moral Competence Game Scale (MCGS-α=0.87) and analyzed 1,250 transcripts of game interactions over a 12-week period. Quantitative results showed a significant increase in prosocial behavior (42%, p<0.01) and conflict resolution competence (d=0.63), while qualitative analysis revealed the dominance of collaborative communication patterns (78%) in the avatar rescue scenario. The integration of local wisdom such as mutual cooperation simulations in shared resource management mechanics, adaptation of local Acehnese games, and deliberation-based narratives were shown to increase the retention of justice values by 28% compared to generic content. The main challenges included exposure to 23% of morally ambiguous content and technostress in 65% of parents, which were addressed through the Onion-Layer Protection model combined with AI moderation and community reporting. The research implications resulted in Ethical Design Guidelines for local game developers that include technical parameters such as 30% memory usage optimization with 1:1 trim sheet technique and 15% FPS increase through adaptive LOD system.

Abstract

This study aims to implement and evaluate a barcode-based mail management system at the Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Setda Aceh. The findings indicate that the application of barcode technology in mail management significantly enhances the efficiency and security of administrative processes. After implementation, the number of mails processed daily increased by 30%, while the error rate in archiving decreased from 5% to less than 1%. Additionally, the time required for document approval reduced from 48 hours to less than 24 hours, boosting overall productivity. User satisfaction surveys revealed that 85% of users felt the system helped them complete tasks faster, and 90% felt more secure due to improved authentication and tracking features. Some user suggestions included the need for additional training and enhancements to the user interface. These results provide guidance for other organizations looking to adopt similar technologies to improve their document management.

Abstract

Abstracting, Documenting, and Archiving Network (ADAN) system was developed to address the challenges of scientific information management in the digital era by integrating abstraction, documentation, and archiving functions in one integrated platform. This study aims to design an efficient and responsive system to academic needs by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) technologies. In-depth literature study and needs analysis through interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and surveys of 250 academic respondents identified priorities such as fast access, data preservation, and content recommendations. ADAN is designed with a modular 5-tier architecture, supporting interoperability with standards such as Dublin Core and OAI-PMH. Test results show that automatic metadata extraction achieves 93% accuracy, 89% content classification, and 0.8 seconds search response time for 10,000 documents. The system also offers an intuitive user interface with a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 82.5, confirming its potential as an innovative solution in scientific information management.

Abstract

Digital libraries promise new social benefits, especially for e-learning in the age of digital technology. Integrated Online Digital Libraries are required to have professional knowledge and information on one service. Digital library innovation still needs to be researched regarding initiation; development; application; exploitation; the role of the external competitive environment; the role of the organization's internal environment; and products, services, and process outcomes. In the research, the Integrated Digital Online Library – IDOL application developed will fulfill every feature of the digital library system where four core concepts (Content, User, Functionality, Quality, Policy, and Architecture) as the core model of IDOL need to be considered in relation to four main and interrelated factors. interact with the developed digital library system, and special studies are still needed on this development research. This research focuses on the development of the Integrated Digital Online Library – IDOL by implementing Retrofit-Kotlin as a highly secure REST-client library for Java and Android. The RAD (Rapid Application Development) method is used in the development process of this platform. The results of this study still need further development, both regarding functionality, interactive and collaborative web various functions are still needed. Regarding user feedback, both the interface is a factor that must be considered in future development. Regarding data speed, we adopted the HTTP/2 protocol as a data loading strategy and the IDOL platform has successfully implemented the use of Retrofit-Kotlin. Based on the test results, the level of failure in the UT-7, UT-8, and UT-10 tests with achievements of less than 80% of respondents failed to answer. For a success rate above 80% on UT-1, UT-2, UT-3, UT-4, UT-5, UT-6, and UT-9 tests

Abstract

This study aims to enhance community participation in Musrenbang at Meunasah Teungoh Village through a web-based platform. Needs analysis via interviews with 15 village officials and 25 residents in 2024 identified barriers such as one-way communication and limited information access. Developed using React.js and Node.js frameworks, the platform features agenda announcements, digital forms, online discussion forums, and automated email and SMS notifications. Blackbox testing revealed that 95% of features functioned as designed, with an average response time under 2 seconds, ensuring usability for residents with moderate digital literacy. A three-month trial before Musrenbang 2025 resulted in a 45% participation increase (from 120 to 174 participants), 150 community proposals (70% infrastructure, 20% economic empowerment), and 90% user satisfaction. However, 15% of elderly residents faced navigation challenges, indicating a need for additional training. The platform supports e-governance by offering greater transparency and inclusivity compared to conventional methods. Recommendations include enhanced digital literacy training, integration with WhatsApp, and replication in other villages.
