Abstract

Abstrak Kebutuhan komunikasi yang instan menjadi hal yang sangat diperlukan dalam urusan pemerintahan guna menunjang banyaknya permintaan pelayanan. Selain itu, peningkatan keamanan informasi juga perlu dilakukan agar informasi dan data yang ada terjamin kerahasiaannya, keutuhannya, dan ketersediaannya. DISKOMINFO Tangerang Selatan merupakan unsur pelaksana otonom daerah yang salah satu tugasnya adalah menjaga keamanan asset informasi, dalam menjalankan tugasnya akan muncul risiko-risiko keamanan informasi yang mengancam keamanan asset informasi. Untuk menemukan risiko tersebut maka dilakukan evaluasi keamanan informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat rancangan evaluasi keamanan informasi di DISKOMINFO Tangerang Selatan dengan mengacu pada kerangka kerja COBIT 5 for Risk dan menggunakan proses COBIT 5 Domain EDM dan APO. Sistematika penelitian ini terdiri dari tahap analisis konteks, tahap analisis eksisting, tahap perancangan, dan tahap akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan DISKOMINFO Tangerang Selatan sudah menerapkan prinsip COBIT 5 for Risk proses untuk menanggulangi beberapa risiko, penerapan domain APO dan EDM juga cukup baik namun harus ada yang diperbaiki. Penilaian proses pada kedua domain masih berada di tingkat 1 (performed process) dengan persentase EDM03 57% dan APO12 62% dan terasuk dalam kategori level Largely achieved. Ditemukan 10 kasus risiko di berbagai level kategori, kemudian dihasilkan tujuh usulan rekomendasi kebijakan yang dapat membantu DISKOMINFO Tangerang Selatan dalam menangani risiko yang ada. In addition, it is also necessary to increase information security so that the information and data that is available are guaranteed its confidentiality, integrity and availability. DISKOMINFO Tangerang Selatan is a regional autonomous implementing element whose duties are to maintain the security of information assets. In carrying out its duties, information security risks will arise that threaten the security of information assets. To find these risks, an information security evaluation is conducted. The purpose of this study is to design an information security evaluation at DISKOMINFO Tangerang Selatan by referring to the COBIT 5 for Risk framework and using the COBIT 5 Domain EDM and APO processes. The systematics of this research consists of the context analysis stage, the existing analysis stage, the design stage, and the final stage. The results showed that DISKOMINFO Tangerang Selatan has applied the COBIT 5 for Risk principle to overcome several risks, the application of the APO and EDM domains is also quite good, but there must be improvements. The assessment process in both domains was still at level 1 (performed process) with the percentage of EDM03 57% and APO12 62% and included in the Largely achieved level category. Found 10 risk cases at various level categories, then produced seven policy recommendations that can help DISKOMINFO Tangerang Selatan in dealing with existing risks. Abstract

Rumah sakit Hermina menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan mencapai akreditasi yang diperlukan untuk menjaga standar kualitas yang tinggi. Namun, pengelolaan sumber daya, informasi, dan proses yang kompleks memerlukan pendekatan yang terstruktur dan holistik untuk memecahkan masalah ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Enterprise Architecture (EA) dengan mengadopsi Framework TOGAF ADM 9.2. Tahap-tahap ADM digunakan untuk menganalisis, merancang, dan mengimplementasikan perubahan dalam infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan proses bisnis di rumah sakit Hermina. Selain itu, data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, survei, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendukung perancangan EA yang efektif. Hasil penelitian ini mencakup perancangan enterprise architecture yang komprehensif untuk rumah sakit Hermina, termasuk pemetaan proses bisnis, identifikasi kebutuhan teknologi informasi, dan rekomendasi perbaikan. Implementasi rencana EA ini telah memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam efisiensi operasional, transparansi, dan akurasi informasi, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pelayanan dan pencapaian akreditasi yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan perancangan Enterprise Architecture menggunakan Framework TOGAF ADM 9.2 adalah solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah kompleks dalam bidang mutu dan akreditasi rumah sakit. Perancangan Enterprise Architecture menggunakan Framework TOGAF ADM 9.2 menghasilkan proyek pengembangan aplikasi AKKURA sebagai solusi dari keterlibatan arsitektur yang dibuat pada Bidang Mutu Akreditasi. Proyek ini mengutamakan modul indikator mutu dan modul SKM BSC sebagai targeting.

Abstract

A microfinance institute (LKM/ Lembaga Keuangan Mikro) is a company that focuses in providing funds to small, early-stage, and emerging firms or small medium enterprises. A company that is engaged in financial sector and works under the surveillance of OJK/ FSA (Financial Service Authority) always has some questions whether this company really needs to implement IT Governance best practices or to what extent it does. The research in PT Sarana Jabar Ventura as one of the microfinance institutes using COBIT 5 framework for the domain of EDM (Evaluate-Direct-Monitor) & APO (Align-Plan-Organize) has shown that the existing practice is not adequate enough to align the business to IT and to manage its risk optimally so the IT solution will be beneficial for the business. Therefore, it is necessary to design the IT governance practice here, based on the seven enablers of COBIT 5 which are categorized into 3 aspects: process, people, and technology. The results of this research are design recommendations as follows: IT policy, procedures, organization structure, job description and the supporting tools and technology. Abstract

In manufacturing operations, production system is certainly an important aspect. Thus, company should do the planning and production control well in order to have satisfactory system. One of the production planning process is scheduling. This process is one of the main process in production planning. The urge of doing the scheduling process is due to scheduling is the details of the planning process. The production scheduling in textile industry is considered as the industry with the hybrid flow shop scheduling type. Moreover, in this company there are several machine have the characteristic of sequence dependent setup time. Thus, in order to get the optimal solution this research used Immune Algorithm. Abstract

Abstrak-Semakin berkembangnya zaman, teknologi berkembang semakin maju. Teknologi merupakan alat untuk membantu atau menunjang kehidupan manusia baik individu maupun berkelompok. Manusia dulunya menjalankan suatu aktifitasnya secara manual atau konvensional hingga pada zaman ini manusia sudah dibantu dengan adanya teknologi seperti internet, komputer, dsb. Hal tersebut berdampak pada instansi pemerintahan pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Barat pada fungsi kesehatan yang dalam menjalankan kegiatannya memerlukan teknologi yang canggih seperti sekarang ini. Tetapi, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh instansi pemerintahan pada saat ini yaitu tidak adanya sistem yang memadai dalam menjalankan proses kegiatannya dengan teknologi yang sesuai. Untuk itu dalam memecahkan suatu masalah tersebut, diperlukan solusi yang mutakhir yaitu membuat suatu Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dimana sistem ini dapat membantu kegiatan internal atau eksternal instansi pemerintahan berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan yang dulunya dapat memakan waktu yang lama kini hanya memerlukan waktu yang tidak memakan waktu yang banyak. Abstract

In urban healthcare systems, rapid urbanization and population growth pose challenges, demanding creative approaches to deliver healthcare services efficiently and conveniently. With the global population projected to reach 68% urbanization by 2050 (United Nations, 2019), the need for integrated healthcare solutions is increasingly pressing. To address the gap in healthcare integration in Smart Living environments, this study develops a Smart Living Enterprise Architecture using the Smart City Architecture Development Framework (SCADEF). This study aims to integrate urban design principles into the architecture to enhance healthcare integration with other domains, promote interoperability between sectors, and citizen-centric service delivery. Using a qualitative design-focused methodology, this study leverages customer journey maps to identify healthcare interaction points and enhance user experience. The architecture is validated through stakeholder interviews and expert reviews. Through SCADEF, the proposed architecture supports smart living by integrating healthcare into the broader ecosystem, resulting in more seamless service delivery, reduced fragmentation, increased responsiveness, and improved accessibility. The findings also suggest that urban data mining can support sustainable health models and non-instant urban governance. These models can be tailored to different urban contexts, providing a holistic response to fragmented urban health services while promoting proactive and resilient public health systems.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving era of technological advancements, the concept of a Smart Environment emerges as a pivotal innovation in addressing the complex challenges of environmental sustainability. This study aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the Smart Environment's effectiveness in meeting urban community needs, while elucidating the synergy between business functions and the technological frameworks that drive the development of such environments. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, this research explores the terminologies, models, and technologies integral to the Smart Environment, focusing on their practical applications in sectors such as energy management, transportation, and natural resource conservation. The findings highlight the crucial role of the Internet of Things (IoT) in enhancing efficiency and sustainability, alongside the importance of robust data security and interoperability standards. This study not only contributes to a deeper understanding of the Smart Environment's impact on urban life but also serves as a valuable resource for future research, providing insights into the integration of societal needs with technological advancements to create sustainable, efficient, and intelligent urban environments.

Abstract

Smart Living adalah bagian dari paradigma kota pintar yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas hidup penduduk kota melalui penggunaan teknologi informasi secara strategis. Konsep ini mencakup berbagai fungsi dan layanan yang dirancang untuk membuat kehidupan sehari-hari lebih efisien dan nyaman. Istilah "Smart Living" ditafsirkan secara beragam dalam berbagai literatur, yang menghasilkan perspektif dan definisi yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonsolidasikan berbagai interpretasi tersebut ke dalam sebuah studi komprehensif, memberikan definisi menyeluruh tentang Smart Living, fungsi-fungsinya, dan teknologi yang mendukungnya. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kehidupan cerdas berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, mengumpulkan informasi tersebut menjadi studi yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendefinisikan secara menyeluruh terminologi, fungsi, layanan, dan teknologi yang terkait dengan Smart Living. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review, yang meninjau beberapa jurnal dan artikel terkait untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam. Dengan mendetailkan pengembangan konsep Smart Living, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi inovasi selanjutnya dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman tentang Smart Living secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Smart mobility is one of the important aspects for cities to imple-ment the smart city concept. smart mobility is the use of information technology for urban transportation systems in order to create inte-grated, effective, sustainable, easily accessible transportation ser-vices to support mobility, and improve the quality of life of urban communities. The main focus of this research is to answer the re-search questions in order to compile and present a comprehensive understanding of the concept of intelligent mobility, with an empha-sis on the latest developments and implementations of intelligent mobility in the scientific literature. This research uses the Systemat-ic Literature Review method to identify terminology, services, func-tions, and technologies, that are elements in the implementation of smart mobility. There are 30 previous research articles with publica-tion years 2018-2023 on smart mobility that contribute to this litera-ture review. The results of this literature review provide in-depth insights into how information and communication technologies can improve sustainability and efficiency in urban transportation sys-tems. By understanding previous research, this research provides a solid basis for the development and implementation of the concept of smart mobility.
