Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri elektronika dan prasarana. PT. XYZ memiliki sebuah gudang yang menyimpan produk solar modul. Gudang tersebut mengalami overcapacity yang menyebabkan gudang tidak dapat menampung barang yang akan masuk ke gudang karena penuhnya ruang penyimpanan. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh sistem penyimpanan di gudang masih menggunakan floor stake dengan 1 level dan media penyimpanan palet yang berukuran (1.7m x 1.1m) yang memiliki batas maksimum penumpukan 10 tumpukan karton. Sementara itu, tinggi gudang yang digunakan saat ini hanya 1.19m padahal tinggi bersih gudang yang dapat digunakan adalah 6m. Hal tersebut membuat utilisasi gudang saat ini secara volumetric sangat rendah yaitu sebesar 18%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan utilisasi gudang barang jadi PT.XYZ. Permasalahan diselesaikan dengan menggunakan algoritma dynamic programming dengan cara mengkombinasikan antara rak selective dan non-selective (drive-in) untuk memaksimalkan jumlah lane untuk masing-masing rak untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan storage area pada gudang. Hasil dari penelitan ini adalah meningkatnya kapasitas gudang PT. XYZ dari kondisi eksisting yang memiliki kapasitas 156 palet posisi meningkat menjadi 492 palet posisi pada kondisi usulan.

Abstract

The South Sumatra Light Railway Management Center (BPKARSS) which is responsible for transportation services in South Sumatra Province has problems in managing manual complaints, problems, and reports. This study aims to design a helpdesk system using the UML Prototype and Modeling method to improve the efficiency of BPKARSS internal services. The research focused on the design of the helpdesk system as the main solution to handle complaints and reports at BPKARSS, With the UML Prototype and Modeling approach, this design aims to increase responsiveness to employee requests and solve problems quickly and structured. The Prototype method allows identification of design needs and improvements before full implementation, while UML Modeling describes the structure and behavior of the system, The results of this study are in the form of a Prototype Helpdesk design which is expected to overcome obstacles in managing complaints and manual problems at BPKARSS. It is expected that this design will improve the efficiency of handling internal problems with a focus on integrating responsive and structured solutions for employees.

Abstract

Turbin air adalah peralatan konversi energi untuk fluida kerjaair dan salah satu jenis turbin air adalah turbin Pelton. Turbin Pelton adalah jenis turbin air yang digunakan pada air terjun besar karena jenis turbin ini menggunakan nozzle untuk menghasilkan energi listrik yang besar juga. Dalam mencapai kinerja turbin Pelton, sudu memiliki peran penting karenapenggunaan energi air yang ditembakkan oleh nosel ke titik tusukan melingkar adalah dilakukan dua kali, yang pertama adalah energi pancaran air pada sudu-sudu ketika air mulai masuk, dan yang kedua adalah dorongan. air pada bilah ketika air akan meninggalkan pelari. Tujuan umum adalah untuk menentukan efek dari jumlah sudu pada kinerja Turbin Pelton. yang spesifik tujuannya adalah (1) untuk mendapatkan nilai torsi yang terjadi pada poros. (2) Hitung daya yang dihasilkan oleh kerja Turbin. (3) Menganalisis efisiensi nilai kerja turbin. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung daya turbin adalah dengan membaca pergerakan kenaikan beban yang terjadi setelah turbin berputar. Sebelum turbin berputar beban dihitung terlebih dahulu berat awalnya. kemudian setelah turbin berputar perhatikan pertambahan berat beban. Dan amati kecepatan putar turbin saat poros berputar. Dalam hasil tes yang optimal pada jumlah 20 ember dengan putaran = 397,4 Rpm, daya Turbin 45,00Watt, Daya Air = 102,51 Watt, Torsi = 1,082 Nm dan Efisiensi = 43,89%.

Abstract

Kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang industri konstruksi semakin pesat memacu peningkatan pembangunan di segala sektor kehidupan. Kebutuhan fasilitas perumahan, perhubungan dan industri juga berdampak pada peningkatan bahan-bahan pendukungnya seperti beton foamed atau beton ringan. Dengan mensimulasikan pada software elemen hingga dapat menghasilkan nilai lendutan dan tegangan regangan balok tanpa melakukan pengujian secara langsung di laboratorium. Penelitian ini menggunakan balok dengan dimensi panjang 310 cm, lebar 15 cm dan tinggi 25 cm. Balok disimulasikan dengan material yang berasal dari penelitian Delina (2020) dan Deni (2020) dengan variasi 0%, 10%, 15% dan 20% dan software yang digunakan adalah sofware elemen hingga Ansys Workbench 2016. Secara simulasi dengan menggunakan data penelitian Delina (2020) dan Deni (2020) didapat bahwa penambahan serabut kelapa pada beton ringan mempengaruhi deformasi dari beton tersebut. Dengan menambahkan serat serabut kelapa pada campuran beton ringan dapat memperkecil lendutan dari balok beton ringan dengan dengan nilai lendutan maksimum adalah 5,84 mm untuk beton ringan dengan campuran abu sekam padi, serbuk cangkang telur dan serabut kelapa dengan komposisi campuran oleh Deni (2020) dan nilai lendutan maksimum adalah 8,44 mm untuk beton ringan dengan campuran abu sekam padi dan serbuk cangkang telur dengan campuran oleh Delina (2020) dan semakin tinggi persentase subtitusi campuran maka semakin besar juga nilai lendutan yang akan dihasilkan beserta nilai tegangan dan regangan dari balok.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the properties of biofiber made from sisal fiber through modification with stearic acid. Sisal fiber is known to have high potential as a natural raw material, but its mechanical properties still need to be improved for wider industrial applications. The modification process is carried out by soaking the sisal fiber in a stearic acid solution with varying concentrations.  Laboratory tests were carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of modifying the physical properties of sisal biofiber in the form of 1 cm short fiber fibers and 200 mesh sisal powder to determine the most effective modification between the two fiber sizes. Based on the results obtained, the highest cellulose, namely 64.7%, was obtained from the results of impregnation of the fiber. The lignin content decreased in impregnated sisal fiber to 9.2% from 12.48% without treatment. The results of NDF which produce cellulose and lignin levels are strengthened by SEM results on 4% sisal fiber. These results show that the sisal fiber without stearic acid treatment shows a greater distribution of lignin compared to the sisal fiber treated with 4% stearic acid.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the distribution and obstacles in the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Program in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency. Data obtained from this research was through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the village head initially held a village meeting regarding the names of the heads of families who would receive assistance. Furthermore, there were complaints from the public regarding the names of family heads who were entitled to receive aid. Distribution of the BLT program is carried out in accordance with the agreed data collection stages. The obstacles faced in the distribution of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Program in Tanjung Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency are that data collection on recipient communities is still not on target, because it is based on the names of the closest people proposed by village officials and does not pay attention to the community. the less fortunate who have not received assistance such as: BLT, PKH, Raskin and other social assistance.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of green accounting, intellectual capital, and corporate social responsibility on Indonesia's energy companies' financial performance. The research was conducted on energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. The independent variables used in this study are green accounting, green intellectual capital, and corporate social responsibility, while the dependent variable is financial performance. This research employs multiple regression analysis with observations from 2021 to 2023. The data used in this study were obtained from financial statements and sustainability reports. This research found that green accounting, intellectual capital, and corporate social responsibility do not significantly impact financial performance. This suggests that energy sector companies have not fully prioritized environmental sustainability and social responsibility in managing their operations.

Abstract

This research examines the significant differences in abnormal return at the time of the announcements of right issues, stock splits, and mergers & acquisitions. The research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. The independent variables used in this study are right issues, stock splits, and mergers & acquisitions. The dependent variable in this research is abnormal return. This study employs the market model method during corporate actions with an event window observation of 20 days before and 20 days after the announcements of right issues, stock splits, and mergers & acquisitions. The data used in this study includes closing stock prices and the Composite Stock Price Index. The results of this study indicate that there are no significant differences in abnormal return at the time of right issues, stock splits and mergers & acquisitions.

Abstract

Background: National Assessment, including AKM, is designed to measure students' literacy and numeracy skills. However, many teachers find it difficult to develop AKM-based literacy questions due to lack of training. This training aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in compiling literacy questions based on the AKM Framework through systematic training and mentoring. Methods: Phase I (Preliminary Study): observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies were conducted to analyze teachers' knowledge related to AKM Framework literacy questions and prepare training materials. Phase II (Implementation): a workshop to provide understanding and practice in developing AKM Framework literacy questions with simulations and feedback. Phase III (Mentoring and Guidance): continuously assisting teachers in developing literacy questions. Phase IV (Evaluation): through monitoring, evaluation of training results, and follow-up for improvement. The target of this activity is 40 junior high school science teachers from the Palembang City Science MGMP, who are expected to be able to improve their pedagogical skills and become facilitators in schools. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test, post-test, question development assignments, and feedback questionnaires related to the training. Results: The post-test results showed an increase in teachers' understanding of AKM in the "very good" category reaching 36.8%. The responses of the training participants showed high satisfaction, especially in terms of design, duration, and method of delivering the material, with an average of 80-90% of participants giving positive assessments. Conclusion: This training is expected to not only support the implementation of AKM.
