Abstract

Kabupaten Sragen merupakan daerah yang tergolong rawan bencana kekeringan saat ini. Menurut data dari Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Sragen (BPBD) bahwa jumlah titik kekeringan di Kabupaten Sragen mencapai 110 titik (2017), hingga meningkat menjadi 146 titik pada tahun (2018) yang tersebar di berbagai Kecamatan. untuk itu diperlukan upaya-upaya yang dapat mengurangi resiko bencana kekeringan tersebut, antara lain dengan melakukan monitoring ketersediaan air dan publikasi akses data kepada masyarakat daerah yang terdampak kekeringan. Dalam penelitian ini melalui metode waterfall yang digunakan sebagai metode penelitian .penerapan sistem aplikasi ini akan memonitor ketersediaan air bersih dengan penggunaan aplikasi digital yang dilengkapi dengan database yang akurat dan real time untuk memantau ketersediaan air bersih di Kabupaten Sragen, sehingga penerapan sistem monitoring yang terintegrasi antara Lembaga pemerintah dan masyarakat yang dibuat dengan tujuan memudahkan akses pelayanan keduanya sangat bersinergi dalam mengatasi bencana kekeringan di Kabupaten Sragen terutama pada akses keterbukaan data informasi yang selalu update agar masyarakat dapat mudah berperan aktif membantu sesama. Untuk itu, aplikasi management mitigasi bencana kekeringan bisa mendorong pada pelayanan yang modern dan mendukung Kabupaten Sragen menuju smart city. Kata kunci: aplikasi, bencana kekeringan, database, monitoring, smart city.

Abstract

Advances in information technology, in its current form, are closely related to modern society, and the government as a service provider to carry out government missions more openly, effectively and efficiently, as well as to facilitate access. The objective to be achieved from this study is to produce a blueprint design for the Electronic-Based Government Architecture of the West Java Provincial Government in the domains of Business Processes, Data and Information, SPBE Applications, and SPBE Services (Excluding SPBE Infrastructure and SPBE Security). This study has the target of 'The realization of smart, clean and accountable governance innovations'. With aconceptual m odel to make it easier for researchers to explain the concept of the research process from the beginning of the research to the end of the research. Abstract

Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dan umum diketahui sebagai e-Government sedang gencar dilaksanakan guna mendukung percepatan teknologi digital pada pemerintahan daerah. Pengembangan SPBE bertujuan guna merancang jaringan informasi terhadap layanan publik, salah satunya adalah peningkatan pelayanan administrasi pencatatan sipil untuk mewujudkan misi ketiga Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dan meningkatkan indeks nilai SPBE. Salah satu penyelenggaraan SPBE merujuk dari Peraturan Presiden Nomor 18 Tahun 2020 terkait Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional tahun 2020-2024 adalah SPBE Nasional yang tersusun oleh domain arsitektur keamanan SPBE, domain arsitektur data serta informasi, domain arsitektur layanan SPBE, domain arsitektur infrastruktur SPBE, domain arsitektur aplikasi SPBE, serta domain arsitektur proses bisnis. Perancangan SPBE ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan framework TOGAF ADM 9.2 yang tersusun atas 7 (tujuh) fase untuk menghasilkan blueprint Enterprise Architecture. Output yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini yaitu Blueprint Enterprise Architecture yang bisa diaplikasikan sebagai pedoman atau rencana strategis dalam pengembangan enterprise architecture.

Abstract

The application of the smart village concept is an adaptation of smart cities designed to improve the quality of life in rural areas by adjusting local needs and characteristics. Smart Village development aims to transform villages through information technology with an active community role approach and cooperation to improve the quality of village development according to the six pillars of Smart Village and accelerate the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The research focuses on designing enterprise architecture for the smart village concept in the smart living dimension focusing on SDGs Village Goal 2 (Zero Hunger Village) in Sindangpanon Village. The assessment of the achievement of SDGs Village Goal 2 (Zero Hunger Village) is still quite low at 33.33. Overcoming this problem requires designing enterprise architecture using the TOGAF 10 framework which consists of Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, and Migration Planning. The output of this research, namely Enterprise Architecture blueprint, will help the government improve the effectiveness and efficiency of village services and support community welfare.

Abstract

The information technology utilization in the healthcare industry is crucial, considering that health is fundamental to the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One aspect that needs improvement is the provision of public services at the village government level, using the concept of a smart village in healthcare services to enhance the SDGs value of the village. This research method utilizes the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework, which consists of seven phases: Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solution, also Migration Planning. The design of the Smart Village Enterprise Architecture helps village governments improve their quality of life while achieving sustainable development in accordance with the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 111 of 2012.

Abstract

Menurut laporan pelaksanaan Integrasi Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional (Susenas), prevalensi stunting untuk kabupaten Temanggung adalah 25,79% dimana angka tersebut lebih tinggi dari standar yang diberikan oleh WHO yaitu sebesar 20%. Stunting (kerdil) adalah kondisi dimana balita memiliki panjang atau tinggi badan yang kurang jika dibandingkan dengan umur. Dampak panjang dari stunting adalah terganggunya perkembangan secara fisik, mental, intelektual, serta kognitif. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, Telkom University bekerjasama dengan DPPPAPPKB (Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana) Temanggung berencana meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait stunting dan kolaborasi masyarakat dalam mendukung program pemerintah Kabupaten Temanggung dengan mengembangkan platform edukasi yang interaktif, sekaligus menjadi platform kolaborasi yang dapat memfasilitasi masyarakat dan institusi untuk ikut serta dalam membantu pencegahan stunting di Kabupaten Temanggung. Harapan dari implementasi aplikasi ini dapat membantu dalam peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi terhadap penyampaian pesan dan kampanye terhadap permasalahan stunting yang merupakan salah satu program milik DPPPAPPKB Temanggung.

Abstract

Abstract: Currently, the increasing needs of the community to obtain efficient, effective, transparent and accountable public services. Various applications are designed in order to realize a transparent work system of accountable funds and an increase in work processes that are fast, precise, and accurate. Therefore, local governments are now developing e-Government or in the Indonesian government known as the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). In running SPBE, the Central Lombok Regency Government, especially the Department of Communication and Informatics, participates in developing SPBE, one of which is in the Informatics Application Division which has an Informatics Application Management Program. This research aims to support SPBE-based informatics application management services for OPDs in Central Lombok Regency and the public. This SPBE design adopts the TOGAF 9.2 approach, and is also adjusted to the Presidential Regulation on Electronic-Based Government Systems in designing. This research focuses on the Informatics Application Management Program with business process architecture domain, service architecture domain, data and information architecture domain, application architecture domain, and technology (infrastructure) architecture domain. The result of this research is a blueprint that will be used as a solution or support for the running of SPBE in the Informatics Application Management Program. Keywords: electronic-based government system, department of communication and informatics, informatics application management program, togaf 9.2 Abstrak Saat ini, meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan publik yang efisien, efektif, transparan dan akuntabel publik. Berbagai aplikasi di rancang agar dapat mewujudkan sistem kerja yang transparan dana akuntabel serta adanya peningkatan proses kerja yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Maka dari itu, Pemerintah daerah kini mengembangkan e-Government atau di pemerintahan Indonesia dikenal sebagai Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dalam menjalankan SPBE Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah khususnya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ikut serta mengembangkan SPBE salah satunya pada Bidang Aplikasi Informatika yang memiliki Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menunjang layanan pengelolaan aplikasi informatika berbasis SPBE bagi OPD yang ada di Kab. Lombok Tengah dan juga publik. Perancangan SPBE ini mengadopsi pendekatan TOGAF 9.2, dan juga di sesuaikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dalam melakukan perancangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika dengan domain arsitektur proses bisnis, domain arsitektur layanan, domain arsitektur data dan informasi, domain arsitektur ap-likasi, dan domain arsitektur teknologi (infrastruktur). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu suatu blueprint yang nantinya akan dijadikan solusi ataupun penunjang berjalannya SPBE dalam Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Abstract

Abstract: The design of Smart Village Enterprise Architecture for village government systems serves to support sustainability in facilitating the creation of Good Governance in a Village Government. One significant role in achieving Good Governance in a village is Education. Education plays a crucial role in enhancing and developing Good Governance and the SDGs values of a village. The conducted research focuses on the design of Enterprise Architecture of the Smart Village concept, with a focus on Village Services' dimension that specifically targets Education Services in a village in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method utilized the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework. The focus domain in this study includes the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning for the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government. The research result is an Enterprise Architecture blueprint as a solution to the issues that occur in the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government, along with an IT Roadmap as a reference for the village government in project development. It is hoped that the recommendations provided can enhance the Education services offered by the Pagerharjo village, thereby aiding the Pagerharjo Village Government in improving its score for the fourth SDGs, Quality Education.            Keywords: Enterprise Architecture, Smart Village, SDGs, TOGAF ADM 9.2. Abstrak: Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Smart Village pada sistem pemerintahan Desa befungsi mendukung sustainability dalam membantu terciptanya Good Governance di suatu Pemerintahan Desa. Salah satu peranan penting terciptanya Good Governance di suatu Desa adalah Pendidikan. Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan maupun pembangunan Good Governance dan nilai SDGs Desa. Penelitian yang dilakukan berfokus pada perancangan Enterprise Architecture konsep Smart Village dimensi Village Services yang berfokus pada Education Services di Desa Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM 9.2. Fokus domain yang diambil dalam penelitian ini mencakup fase preliminary phase, architecture vision, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi, opportunities and solutions, dan migration planning pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan berupa blueprint Enterprise Architecture sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo serta IT Roadmap sebagai acuan Pemerintah Desa dalam melakukan pengembangan proyek. Diharapkan, rekomendasi yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan layanan Pendidikan yang disediakan oleh Desa Pagerharjo, sehingga mampu membantu Pemerintah Desa Pagerharjo meningkatkan score nilai SDGs ke-empat, Pendidikan yang Berkualitas. Kata kunci: Enterprise Architecture, Smart Village, SDGs, TOGAF ADM 9.2

Abstract

Transformation in village government with the enterprise architecture smart village design model is significant for developing digital technology in the village government environment to realize a government with aspects of integrity values that are in synergy with the SDGs sustainable development goals. The method used in this study uses the adoption of the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework, which consists of five phases: Preliminary, Architecture vision, Business architecture, Data architecture, Application architecture, while determining the clustering of villages by taking into account several aspects of the assessment released directly by the Ministry of Village, The Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia in the form of a village index building the IDM which aims to identify and facilitate analysis of village capabilities and the characteristics of village government at each level. The output produced in this study is in the form of an enterprise architecture smart village design that will assist the village government in describing a target in the form of a digital development design on the e-Government dimension in the form of several application platforms covering various management of public administration services, public development aspirations, and management. Village development, as well as the management of village government documents. From a village sample that was used as the object of research with the value of the advanced village clustering index according to the Village Index data, the IDM was built so that the smart village design concept and the synergy of the SDGs development goals

Abstract

In today's fast-paced digital world, educational institutions must keep up with technological advancements to stay competitive and effective. This study focuses on designing Enterprise Architecture (EA) for an educational foundation, specifically its Shared Service Department, using the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework. The aim is to enhance the foundation's IT cybersecurity maturity as part of its digital transformation efforts. Through a detailed analysis, challenges such as inadequate business process mapping, documentation procedures, human resource management, and information system organization were identified, highlighting the need for systematic IT governance and architecture. The research culminates in a tailored EA blueprint covering areas like business processes, data management, and applications. This blueprint acts as a strategic guide for improving operations, optimizing resources, and fostering innovation within the foundation. By integrating existing applications and developing targeted solutions, the design aims to enhance service delivery and move the foundation towards international educational excellence standards. The findings emphasize the importance of continuous adaptation to evolving technology and the need for ongoing refinement in areas like infrastructure and migration planning. Overall, this research provides valuable insights and practical Enterprise blueprint recommendations for improving operational efficiency and achieving strategic goals in today's digitalized educational landscape.
