Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan pada klinik ekspor dalam mengembangkan potensi entrepreneur untuk melakukan ekspor dimasa pemulihan ekonomi (studi kasus klinik ekspor bea cukai jember). Metode penelitian ini  menggunakan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 41 responden. Untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Edukasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Potensi Entrepreneur untuk melakukan ekspor, Asistensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap potensi Entrepreneur untuk melakukan ekspor, dan kolaborasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap potensi Entrepreneur untuk melakukan ekspor.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan di pandang sebagai elemen penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan dan kemajuan suatu negara. Baik di negara maju maupun berkembang, kewirausahaan memainkan peran signifikan dalam menciptakan dinamika ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel sikap mandiri, motivasi, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Kota Jember. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif perguruan tinggi di kota jember. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling menggunakan metode Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling. Dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Koesoner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Analis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis t (parsial), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) variabel sikap mandiri menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 4.516 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,00 nilai itu menunjukkan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Kota Jember, (2) variabel motivasi menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 6.089 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,00 nilai itu menunjukkan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Kota Jember, (3) variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 4.165 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,00 nilai itu menunjukkan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Kota Jember. Berdasarkan pada hasil uji koefisien determinasi memberikan kontribusi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 76% Adapun sisanya 24%.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis dalam dunia teknologi digital sangat ketat, adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam dunia bisnis digital contohnya kepuasan konsumen yang menjadi sangat penting mempengaruhi di dalam keberlangsungan bisnis teknolgi digital, terutama pada sektor elektronik, pada perusahaan Apple Inc, Oppo Electronics Crop, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, Vivo dan Xiomi Corporation, menjadi salah satu tantangan terbesar bagi perusahaan tersebut yang menyediakan smartphone, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas produk, desain dan fitur terhadap kepuasan konsumen smartphone pada Gen Z kalangan mahasiswa di kabupaten jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik penambilan sampel accidental sampling sebanyak 100 responden, data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan teknis analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara independen dan dependen, hasil penelitian menujukkan variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, variabel desain dan fitur  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan Apple Inc, Oppo Electronics Crop, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, Vivo dan Xiomi Corporation dalam menemukan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien bagi perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that influence patient decisions in choosing dr. Dian Beauty Clinic in Jember through a grounded theory approach. With a qualitative method, this study successfully identified three main dimensions that interact with each other: rational factors, emotional-social factors, and digital-education mediators. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 19 active patients selected using purposive and snowball sampling techniques, with the criteria of having made at least two visits and being in the age range of 20-45 years. The research findings revealed that patient decisions are formed through a complex integration of objective considerations (procedure safety, price, and evidence of effectiveness) with subjective factors (reputation, convenience, and religious values). Digital media plays an important role as a catalyst, where 73% of informants stated that social media content and online features are the main considerations. Uniquely, local values such as sharia services and gender privacy are critical differentiators for 42% of patients. The study also found significant generational differences - younger patients (Gen Z/Millennials) are more influenced by digitalization, while generation X relies more on personal recommendations. The implications of this study highlight the importance of a holistic approach in beauty clinic management, which combines strict medical standards with personalized patient experience. These findings contribute to the development of a healthcare marketing model that is adaptive to the socio-cultural characteristics of Indonesian society, especially in the Jember area. Further research is recommended to test this model in more diverse geographic and demographic contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, creativity, and innovation on the competitiveness of batik MSMEs in Jember City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from batik MSMEs through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that these three variables have a positive and significant influence on MSME competitiveness. Digital marketing has been shown to improve market access, interaction with consumers, and customer loyalty. MSME creativity plays a crucial role in producing unique batik products that are in line with market trends, while innovation enables MSMEs to create new products and improve existing ones to meet dynamic consumer needs. This study recommends strengthening digital marketing strategies, increasing creativity, and continuously innovating products as keys to maintaining and improving the competitiveness of batik MSMEs amidst increasingly fierce market competition. Support from the government and relevant institutions is also essential to encourage optimal MSME development.

Abstract

Sektor kesehatan di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam hal kesetaraan dan kualitas layanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada seluruh masyarakat. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di Puskesmas, menjadi fokus penting dalam upaya meningkatkan sistem pelayanan di berbagai daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM), gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Mayang, Kabupaten Jember. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Puskesmas Mayang yang berjumlah 73 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Selain itu, motivasi terbukti memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi SDM, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kualitas pelayanan. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya pengelolaan kompetensi SDM, penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang transformasional, serta peningkatan motivasi tenaga kesehatan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Mayang. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan di sektor kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Masyarakat berdaya Islami adalah masyarakat yang mampu memanfaatkan sumber daya alam di sekitarnya sebagai wahana untuk menghasilkan produk dan jasa yang bermanfaat sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Mereka melihat sumber daya yang ada dalam dirinya sebagai landasan dalam melangsungkan kehidupannya, agar tidak menjadi beban bagi pihak lain. Masyarakat berdaya lebih mengandalkan segala hal yang ada dalam dirinya, baik berupa skill, keterampilan, olah pikir, khazanah kesenian dan pengetahuan untuk menghasilkan karya yang produktif. PTMA merupakan amal usaha Muhammadiyah di sector Pendidikan, sedangkan BPRS adalah perusahaan yang bergerak disektor keuangan yang belum tersentuh sepenuhnya sebagai amal usaha di Muhammadiyah, dengan modal intelektual/ intelectual Capital (IC) sebagai endogenous variable dan exogenous variable adalah: Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural Capital Value Added (STVA), inovasi dengan fintech akan mempermudah cara bertransaksi, didapatkan hasil transformasi mobile banking dengan brand perception FINTECH PTMA, metode penelitian dengan menggunakan mix method kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan sampel pengguna BSI, BRI, BCA mobile banking di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics, creativity, and business experience on the success of soybean processing businesses in Ambulu District, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population of this study is all soybean processing business actors in Ambulu District, with a sample of 60 respondents selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the study show that partially, the entrepreneurial characteristics variable does not have a significant effect on business success, while the creativity and business experience variables have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables (entrepreneurial characteristics, creativity, and business experience) significantly affect the success of soybean processing businesses. These findings imply that business actors need to further develop creativity and enrich practical experience as the main factors to improve their business success, while strengthening entrepreneurial characteristics remains important as the foundation of business sustainability. This study is expected to contribute to MSME actors, local governments, and educational institutions in designing coaching programs that focus on strengthening creativity and experience, while still paying attention to the development of adaptive and innovative entrepreneurial characteristics.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to address the gap in previous research that focuses on social media marketing towards B2C customer loyalty through the role of trust and service quality. Method: This study uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study is the non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who had made repeat purchases and new customers at PT BRI Finance. The data was processed using SmartPLS 4.0. Results: The results of this study indicate that social media marketing towards customer loyalty is not significant with a p-value of 0.092 > 0.05. However, social media marketing has a positive effect on service quality with a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05, and it also has a positive effect on trust with a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05. Meanwhile, service quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty with a p-value of 0.163 > 0.05, and trust also does not have a positive effect on customer loyalty with a p-value of 0.085 > 0.05. Furthermore, social media marketing on customer loyalty through trust does not have a significant effect with a p-value of 0.087 > 0.05, and social media marketing on customer loyalty through service quality also does not have a significant effect with a p-value of 0.143 > 0.05. Novelty: This study highlights the limited direct impact of social media marketing on customer loyalty and the mediating role of trust and service quality, contributing to a deeper understanding of the relationship between digital marketing strategies and consumer behavior in the B2C sector.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this research is to examine the effect of futuristic leadership style and teacher competency on the quality school quality performance of State Middle Schools in Jember Regency, both directly and indirectly through the implementation of school-based management. Methods: This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive problem formulation. This research was conducted in Jember Regency and at the time of this research the location of the Jember Regency Education Office was Jl. Dr. Subandi No. 29 Jember by taking data from 94 State Middle Schools in Jember district. The population of this study were all principals of state junior high schools in Jember Regency and the sampling method used the Saturated Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed with WarpPLS software. Results: The research results show that futuristic leadership style and teacher competency has significant effect on the implementation of school-based management. Futuristic leadership style and teacher competency has significant effect on school quality school quality performance. The implementation of school-based management has significant effect on school quality school quality performance. The futuristic leadership style has significant effect on school quality school quality performance through the implementation of school-based management, while teacher competency has insignificant effect on school quality school quality performance through the implementation of school-based management. Novelty: This research offers novelty in aspects of the research model related to the antecedents of school quality school quality performance which involves a futuristic leadership style and teacher competency mediated by the implementation of school-based management.
