Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of endorsers, product quality, and word of mouth on brand attitude and consumer satisfaction of Kopi Kahyangan in Jember Regency. In addition, this study also examines the role of brand attitude as an intervening variable in the relationship between endorsers, product quality, and word of mouth with consumer satisfaction. Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT) is used as a theoretical basis to understand how consumers' initial expectations are formed and influence satisfaction after consumption. Method: The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Kopi Kahyangan consumers in Jember Regency. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling technique, and data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The research model tests direct and indirect relationships between variables to understand the patterns of influence that occur. Results: The results of the study indicate that endorsers, product quality, and word of mouth have a significant influence on brand attitude and consumer satisfaction. In addition, brand attitude has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. However, brand attitude does not act as a significant intervening variable in the relationship between external factors and consumer satisfaction. In other words, consumer satisfaction is more influenced by product quality and word of mouth factors than by brand image formed from external factors. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the use of Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT) in the context of local coffee product marketing, especially in seeing how external factors shape initial expectations that then affect customer satisfaction. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of focusing on real consumption experiences in increasing customer loyalty. The results of this study can be a basis for business actors in designing marketing strategies based on consumer experience and customer engagement to increase brand competitiveness in local and national markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer retention strategies and differentiation strategies on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and customer loyalty in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the food sector in Jember Regency. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 customers of Ayam Gephok Pak Giek as the object of research. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that customer retention strategy and differentiation strategy have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and CLV. The findings indicate that effective customer relationship management, through the provision of memorable customer experiences and unique product offerings, is critical in increasing long-term customer loyalty and value. The practical implications of this study suggest that culinary SMEs strengthen service strategies, product innovation, and loyalty programs to retain customers and increase competitiveness in a competitive market.

Abstract

Masjid dalam Islam bukan sekedar nama bangunan rumah ibadah saja, memang fungsi paling utamanya untuk penanaman aqidah yang lurus, ibadah shalat, zakat dan pembentukkan kepribadian muslim utuh dan sempurna. Masjid dalam sejarah peradaban Islam adalah basis utama pembentukan, pergerakan dan kemajuan umat sepanjang waktu Keterkaitan masjid dengan umat, tentu dapat menjadi parameter kondisi umat. Makmurnya masjid disebabkan makmurnya umat, umat miskin menjadikan masjid sepi. Indikator miskin dapat juga di ambilkan dari masjidnya. Marabahaya yang menimpa umat sekaligus juga musibah bagi masjid. Masjid dan umat dua entitas dalam satu tubuh dan nyawa. “Hanya yang memakmurkan masjid-masjid Allah ialah orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari Kemudian, serta tetap mendirikan shalat, menunaikan zakat dan tidak takut (kepada siapapun) selain kepada Allah, Maka merekalah orang-orang yang diharapkan termasuk golongan orang-orang yang mendapat petunjuk” (QS. Tawbah/9:18). Amaliah Muhammadiyah melalui manajemen wakaf dan pemakmuran masjid dilakukan di lingkungan Talangsari, Kabupaten Jember, metode asset based communities development (ABCD) dilakukan melalui partisipatif dan literasi pembelajaran berbasis modul  dan menghasilkan peserta yang mampu literasi masjid sebagai pusat keunggulan dan kemuliaan umat dalam arti yang sesungguhnya.

Abstract

Perubahan bisnis kini makin menjalani pergerakan rivalitas menuju persaingan untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang besar. Dalam menciptakan suatu produk yang berkualitas tinggi harus menerapkan metode pembuatan yang efektif dan dalam menciptakan suatu produk harus tetap selalu memperhatikan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Metode Penelitian survey assosiatif menggunakan pengujian analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Populasi yang digunakan pegawai UMKM Elly Bakery yang bertugas di bagian pengadaan bahan baku, proses produksi kue dan pengendalian. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil dengan Teknik Total Sampling. Hasil: Uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan variabel kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan produksi dan pengendalian kualitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keberhasilan produksi. Kesimpulan: Penelitan ini dapat meberikan masukan untuk perusahaan untuk lebih berkembang dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi agar produk yang dihasilkan lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Peneliti ini membahas pemanfaatan E-commerce dan M-commerce dalam bisnis Butik madinah di kalisat (studi kasus pandemi covid-19).Setelah melakukan obsevasi, diketahui bahwa jumalah pemesanan produk yang ada di Butik madinah setelah menggunakan E-commerce dan M-commerece meningkat. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada masa zaman covid-19, meningkatkan minat beli konsumen, dan untuk melakukan pemanfaatan E-commerce dan M-commerce sebagai media promosi. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, karena menyingkap sebuah fenomena dan perilaku yang terjadi. Pendekatan dengam disain deskriptif memungkinkan studi kasus yang amat mendalam dan menusuk sasaran. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti ini melakukan sebuah riset untuk mendapatkan satu objek yang memanfaatkan E-commerce dan M-commerce yang ada di kalisat yaitu Butik madinah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian menggunanakan 3 infroman sebagai narasumber yang terdiri dari pemilik butik dan 2 karyawan butik. Ditemukan bahwa Butik madinah memanfaatkan E-commerce dan M-commerce sebagai media promosi untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan obervasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa Pemanfaatan E-commerce dan M-commerce lebih mudah bagi para pelaku usaha yang mengalami kesulitan dalam perusahaannya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Class II A Jember Correctional Institution. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The population in this study were all employees of the Class II A Jember Prison totaling 83 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using WarpPLS version 7 software. Abstract

This research is motivated by an increase and a decrease, Salon Sheryl experienced a decline in 2020 - 2021 due to a pandemic. in this study that Salon Sheril is in the midst of an increasingly fierce competition phenomenon. Theepurposeeoffwritinggthissthesississtoo determine consumer satisfaction and marketing strategy by forming loyal customers to increase the wider market through promotion, price and service quality. This type of research is quantitative is a type of research that uses measurements and numbers. Theepopulationnin thissstudyyareepeopleewhoouse the services of Salon Sheryl. Theesampleeused was 70 people with purposive sampling technique, the analysis tool useddmultipleelinearrregression. The resultssshoweddthattpromotionnanddprice had aasignificantteffect on consumer satisfaction while service quality had no significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Student interest in entrepreneurship is very important to produce a creative and independent young generation. However, the level of interest is still relatively low, which is often caused by lack of funds, fear of failure, and the time needed to launch and operate a company is very short. The purpose of this study was to investigate how students' interest in entrepreneurship at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember is influenced by their entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation, and creativity. By distributing questionnaires, this study used survey techniques and quantitative approaches. Purposive sampling procedures and proportional stratified random sampling were used to select 200 respondents as samples from a total population of 8,362 students. Multiple linear regression was used to examine the data after the classical assumptions were tested. According to the results of the study, students' interest in entrepreneurship at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember is positively and significantly influenced by three independent variables, namely entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and creativity.
