Abstract

Bahasa isyarat merupakan suatu bahasa yang menggunakan gerak tubuh seperti gerakan tangan dan wajah. Setiap negara memiliki Bahasa Isyarat yang berbeda di Indonesia sendiri ada 2 jenis bahasa isyarat yaitu Bahasa Isyarat Indonesia (BISINDO) serta Sistem Isyarat Bahasa Indonesia (SIBI), sedangkan di Amerika memiliki bahasa isyarat yaitu American Sign Language (ASL). Saat ini masih banyak orang yang tidak mengerti dengan bahasa isyarat dari lawan bicaranya. Hal ini disebabkan karena bahasa isyarat tidak digunakan oleh masyarakat non-disabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem penerjemah bahasa isyarat berbasis Computer Vision dengan menggunakan Tensorflow lite serta dataset bahasa isyarat ASL untuk mendeteksi gerakan dari kata dan huruf alfabet ASL dengan menggunakan kamera dari laptop atau komputer yang berguna untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mempelajari bahasa isyarat. Hasil pengujian pertama dengan 11 data uji memperoleh nilai akurasi sistem dalam pengujian ini adalah 81%. Hasil Pengujian kedua menggunakan 26 data uji memperoleh nilai akurasi sistem dalam pengujian ini adalah 73%. Dari hasil pengujian sistem ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini memiliki tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik dalam mendeteksi kata dan huruf abjad.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan model interoperabilitas untuk meningkatkan integrasiperangkat lunak dalam sistem reservasi hotel dan spa. Interoperabilitas menjadi faktor kritis dalammemastikan keterhubungan yang efektif antara komponen perangkat lunak yang berbeda dalamlingkungan yang kompleks. Dengan fokus pada industri perhotelan dan spa, penelitian inimengusulkan suatu model yang memungkinkan perangkat lunak berbagai sistem dapat salingberkomunikasi dan beroperasi secara sinergis. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan analisiskebutuhan, perancangan model interoperabilitas, dan implementasi prototipe. Hasil eksperimenmenunjukkan bahwa model yang diusulkan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan keterhubunganantara aplikasi reservasi hotel dan spa, membawa dampak positif pada pengalaman pengguna danmanajemen operasional. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat membantu pengembangan sistem reservasiyang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi serta tren industri.

Abstract

Negative comments on international concert events can have a significant impact on the future conduct of such concerts. Possible impacts of negative comments include decreased interest from the audience, difficulty in gaining sponsorship and partner support, influence on decisions made by the artist or musical group, and safety considerations for the organizers, audience, and the artist or group. An analysis of negative comments on an international concert is necessary for an appropriate strategy to manage and mitigate negative impacts that may arise in the future. The benefits of analyzing the impact of negative comments on an international concert are diverse. The analysis can influence various aspects related to the implementation of the event and public perception. 72 negative comments have been classified using the linear regression method. Based on the results of the value of these negative comments, it can be stated that some of the words that trigger a comment to be considered as negative in the context of Coldplay concerts in Indonesia are words such as "rejection," "hadang," "nope," and "tolak." From the analysis conducted in this study, these words appear with significant frequency in the comments classified as negative.

Abstract

Digital heritage is a concept or approach that uses digital technology to manage, preserve, and promote cultural heritage or historical objects in digital form. This allows for easier and wider access for the public to access information and explore cultural heritage without physically being present at the relevant location. For example, is the cultural heritage wayang in the regional treasures and Indonesia in general, wayang is an Indonesian identity that is recognized worldwide. Currently, knowledge and education about wayang and its character figures are very minimal, causing many future generations to not know the characters and epic stories of wayang. The solutions that can be taken from this problem is by utilizing the concept of digital heritage, which is a cultural heritage presented in digital form and can be accessed anytime through online media, so that information dissemination and education can reach more and wider audience. Information Technology Authentic Indonesian Ragawi Heritage Cultural Legacy with the Implementation of Digital Heritage Concept is a step to introduce the original Indonesian culture. The implementation of the digital heritage concept can be carried out through the Indonesian Wayang Kulit Heritage Information System. There are several menus and features in the system, namely: the homepage that shows the menu and original Indonesian wayang kulit, the information page that provides education to visitors, the wayang collection page that shows a number of popular puppet characters in Indonesia, the wayang character page that provides education and values held by each wayang character, and finally the purchasing page that aims to help wayang craftsmen. Overall, the testing shows that the system runs according to the expected features and functions. The final level of testing is also carried out with the aim of determining the quality of the system that has been built.

Abstract

Proyek Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan Perijinan merupakan proyek Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Denpasar sebagai pelaksana pelayanan bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Udayana. Proyek tersebut diawasi dan dikontrol langsung oleh Bidang Pengendalian Data Dan Informasi yang menangani pula sistem teknologi informasi pada dinas tersebut. Sebelum sistem tersebut dirilis dan dipergunakan oleh pemohon ijin dan pejabat terkait, perlu dilaksanakan evaluasi mengenai kualitas manajemen proyek tersebut. Untuk mengukur sejauh mana kualitas manajemen proyek tersebut mempergunakan salah satu knowledge pada Framework Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) yaitu Management Kualitas Proyek. Peneliti juga menggunakan Capability Maturity Model (CMM) guna membantu mendefinisikan maturity level dari manajemen proyek sistem pelayanan perijinan tersebut. Pada sub process group Plan Quality mengenai belum terbitnya regulasi kerjasama dengan dinas terkait pelaksanaan sistem pelayanan perijinan, sedangkan pada Quality Assurance terdapat temuan bahwa saat ini Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perijinan masih belum dijalankan, ujicoba hanya dilaksanakan sebatas tim pengawas dan tim IT pada DPMPTSP Kota Denpasar saja. Kedepannya akan dilaksanakan ujicoba dalam skala yang lebih besar. Sedangkan pada Quality Control terdapat temuan bahwa belum diketahuinya bug atau masalah yang terdapat pada sistem, rencananya akan diujicoba dengan data uji sebelum resmi dirilis secara publik.

Abstract

Ease of accessing and delivering information makes the Internet more and more needed. But the ease also provides greater opportunities for leaking of information that is confidential. To handle the security of information exchange that is confidential then developed the method of data security on audio using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) and EAS (Enhanced Audio Steganography) algorithm. From the research results can be concluded by using AES method as cryptography and EAS as steganography, audio file quality can be said good because of the overall test scenario conducted the lowest SNR value obtained is 49.33dB while the highest SNR value is 51.10dB.

Abstract

Dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung yang membanjiri restoran yang sedang beroperasi, restoran yang masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual menggunakan kertas sering mengalami kesalahan yang dapat mengakibatkan berbagai masalah, seperti layanan yang lambat, kehilangan kertas pesanan, dan kesalahan penulisan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, peneliti bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem manajemen restoran berbasis aplikasi desktop. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, yang membantu mengorganisasi proses pengembangan secara terstruktur, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan pengguna hingga implementasi dan pengujian. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dihasilkan memiliki tahapan yang terdefinisi dengan baik, memudahkan manajemen restoran dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan. Penggunaan Integrated Development Environment (IDE) Java NetBeans dalam pengembangan sistem memberikan berbagai keuntungan, termasuk kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi dan fitur-fitur pendukung yang banyak. Ini membantu mengurangi waktu pengembangan dan meningkatkan kualitas sistem secara keseluruhan. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode blackbox testing untuk memastikan bahwa semua fitur dan fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Hasil pengujian usabilitas menunjukkan nilai kualitas sebesar 91%, menegaskan bahwa sistem "RestorApps" memiliki kualitas yang tinggi dalam hal kegunaan dan memberikan pengalaman yang positif bagi pengguna.

Abstract

This research focuses on the crucial role of databases in information management within the Hotel Reservation System and Spa Reservation System. The lack of database integration between these two systems has significant implications for data management, leading to operational errors. The study highlights the challenges of synchronizing reservation information between hotel rooms and spa services as a tangible example of the negative impacts. To address these issues, the implementation of interoperability is proposed for both databases, aiming to facilitate data exchange and integration. These steps are anticipated to mitigate irregularities in information management, enhance coordination between systems, and offer benefits to both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The proposed solution reflects efforts to improve the efficiency and data integrity within both information systems. The integration of hotel and spa reservation systems through the merging of ERD diagrams results in an efficient and structured centralized database. The relationships between entities are designed to support data interaction and improve the overall functionality of the system. This integration provides benefits for businesses in terms of efficiency, customer relations, sales, and data analysis.

Abstract

In this modern era, security activities such as siskamling are rarely seen. Something new is needed to replace this old security activity. Technology such as CCTV is one tool that can be used. CCTV can be used, but has some drawbacks. The deficiencies in question include the inability to detect suspicious activity in real time, as well as a 24-hour recording output in the form of video which can lead to wasted storage. Based on these problems, researchers took the initiative to develop a system for detecting the presence of strangers using face recognition and motion detection. The developed system will detect the presence of strangers by detecting the person's movements and matching them with the registered face database. If the face is not registered, the system will start recording and send notifocation to telegram.

Abstract

Data security has become a critical issue in the digital age, and cryptographic algorithms play a vital role in preserving information confidentiality. Symmetric algorithms offer convenience and speed, but choosing the right algorithm is crucial to ensuring an adequate level of security. Disciplines of cryptography is generally known, there are two categories of a data encryption and decryption algorithm one of which is a symmetric algorithm. Symmetric algorithms are widely used in the encryption of the data so that new theories are emerging. Types of symmetric algorithms are various algorithms such as DES algorithm, AES or Rijndael algorithm, 3DES algorithm and others. Along with the many theories of symmetric algorithms are used in the discipline cryptography, the security of an algorithm with other algorithms need to be compared to find the most appropriate against attack. Based on this literature study results obtained that the AES algorithm is the most secure algorithm compared to DES and 3DES.
