Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of personal competence and social competence teacher as the spirit of education. The focus of reasearch is know the program fostering personal competence and social competence teacherin SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo . Deep observation and interview used in this research by qualitative aproach. The result shows that personality competence development programs conducted in six (6) forms include: 1) Dhuhr and Asr prayers in congregation, 2) Baitul Arqom for teachers and employees, 3) Course / tahsin read the Koran for teachers and employees, 4) Pray tahajud ahad congregation every morning, and 5) Training Motivation and 6) Counseling, whereas social competence training program conducted by three (3) forms, namely: 1) Piket Sympathetic, 2) MGMPs and 3) Sinergy Building. These patern have made theacher have stong  professionaly and  authorityAbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial bagi guru sebagai ruh pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program pembinaan kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo. Reset mendalam dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkaan bahwa Program pembinaan kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial sumber daya manusia di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo menggunakan 6 (enam) bentuk meliputi: 1. sholat Dhuhur dan Ashar berjamaah, 2. baitul Arqom untuk guru dan karyawan, 3. kursus/tahsin baca al-Qur’an untuk guru dan karyawan, 4. sholat tahajud berjamaah setiap ahad dini hari, dan 5. training motivasi dan 6. konseling, sedangkan program pembinaan kompetensi sosial dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) bentuk, yaitu: 1. paket Simpatik, 2.  MGMP dan 3. sinergy Building. Pola ini telah berhasil menghantarkan guru sebagai guru yang profesional yang kuat dan berwibawa.

Abstract

AUM yang berada di kabupaten Ponorogo sebanyak 268 yang terdiri dari lembaga pendidikan dasar dan menengah sebanyak 50 sekolah/madrasah, 1 perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah, 9 pesantren Muhammadiyah, LKSA Muhammadiyah sebanyak 19 lembaga, 33 Suryamart Muhammadiyah, 6 AUM Kesehatan, dan 6 AUM bidang keuangan, serta 144 lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Kondisi tersebut menuntut Muhammadiyah Ponorogo untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tersebar di seluruh AUM yang ada di kabupaten Ponorogo. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Melalui kegiatan Pelatihan SIDAMU pengabdi melakukan kegiatan pengabdian diawali dengan perencanaan meliputi observasi ke mitra dan penyusunan proposal kegiatan, selanjutnya tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan proses pelatihan dan pendampingan pasca kegiatan kemudian dilanjutkan monitoring dan evaluasi pada tahap terakhir. Pelatihan ini menghasilkan input database anggota Muhammadiyah Ponorogo sebanyak 1607 orang dan operator data sebanyak 102 orang. Dengan demikian pengabdian ini dapat mengintegrasikan data anggota Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang tersebar di beberapa AUM yang ada di kabupaten Ponorogo.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk menghasilkan kurikulum TPA dibawah naungan persyarikatan Muhammadiyah.  TPA Muhammadiyah belum memiliki standar baku kurikulum TPA sehingga belum memiliki keseragaman dalam capaian pembelajaran, sehingga perlu dilakukan pedoman kurikulum. yang memiliki muatan al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan. Standar dan capaian pembelajaran TPA dapat terukur dan memiliki keseragaman. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan dua pendekatan. Pertama pendekatan klasikal yaitu melaksankan workshop secara bersama dalam dengan seluruh TPA Muhammadiyah berjumlah 37 beserta lembaga Pembina Pesantren PDM Kabupaten Ponorogo. Diawali dengan materi Manajemen Pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan Muhammadiyah yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan. Kedua metode berkelompok terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) komisi ini membahas tentang standar kompetensi lulusan santri TPA Muhammadiyah dan komisi kedua membahas tentang manajemen administrasi pengembangan TPA Muhammadiyah. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah melakukan revitalitas kurikulum ini akan menjadi pedoman Active Learning, Menarik, Adaptif, dan Unggul, (AL-MAUN) dalam mencetak generasi Qur;ani. Kurikulum TPA yang terintegrasi dengan muatan al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan. Implementasi program pada tahap awal telah dilakukan evaluasi sebagai uji kelayakan kurikulum. Rekomendasi untuk peningkatan implementasi program, mitra hendaknya terus melakukan upaya pemantauan pelaksanaan kurikulum, melakukan kegiatan sharing sassion sebagai wadah pemecahan berbagai permasalahan implementasi kurikulum dan melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan kurikulum AL-MAUN.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, and price value on the intention of Generation Z to pay zakat through digital payments. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study is Generation Z Ponorogo, who have paid zakat through digital payments, where the number is still being determined. Accidentally, sampling was used and measured using the Hair approach so that 98 respondents were obtained. The data source for this study uses primary data obtained from respondents filling out questionnaires, which are then analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS 25 software. The study results indicate that facilitating conditions and price value positively affect the intention of Generation Z to pay zakat through digital payments. However, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence do not affect Generation Z's intention to pay for zakat through digital payments. The results of this study can complement existing theories, especially the effect of facilitating conditions and price value on intention. The results of this study can be used as a reference for zakat management institutions to increase the intention of the community, especially Generation Z, to pay for zakat through digital payments.

Abstract

Cupak Village faces serious challenges related to the availability of adequate lighting, particularly in supporting the community's economic activities. Limited access to stable electricity has led to decreased productivity, especially at night, hindering various business operations. In addition, challenges in providing and maintaining conventional lighting systems, such as high operational costs and inadequate infrastructure, have worsened the situation. This community service project aims to implement solar technology as a sustainable alternative solution to increase the availability of lighting in Cupak Village. The approach used in this project is the installation of solar panels at several strategic points in the village, serving as the main lighting at night, especially in locations that support the community's economic activities. The community service process involves several stages, including the socialization of solar technology to the community, technical training in the installation and maintenance of solar power systems, and evaluation of the impact of this technology on the community’s economic productivity. The results of the project show that the implementation of solar technology has significantly increased the availability of lighting in Cupak Village. Villagers reported increased productivity in small businesses such as night trading and agricultural processing. In addition, the use of solar technology has proven to be more efficient and environmentally friendly compared to conventional lighting systems. This project successfully provides a long-term solution that not only boosts economic activities but also improves the quality of life for the people of Cupak Village.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the relationship between teacher training and the use of learning media on student learning achievement at MAN Tulungagung, Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research population was 243 teachers, and the sample was taken using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, resulting in a sample of 151 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a rating scale using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used linear regression analysis and multiple regression using SPSS software. The research results showed a positive and significant relationship between teacher training and student learning achievement (β = 0.37, p < 0.05). Likewise, there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of learning media and student learning achievement (β = 0.45, p < 0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that these two factors simultaneously have a significant influence on student learning achievement (β_Teacher Training = 0.35, p < 0.05; β_Learning Media = 0.42, p < 0.05). The research results highlight the importance of improving teacher training quality and using innovative and effective learning media to improve student learning quality. The synergy of these two factors can create a more holistic and in-depth learning experience for students. Therefore, an integrated strategy of teacher training and learning media-based curriculum development can improve student achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerpustakaan mengalami transformasi yang signifikan berkat perkembangan teknologi digital. Salah satu aspek yang paling memengaruhi penggunaan perpustakaan adalah layanan Interlibrary Loan (ILL), yang memungkinkan akses ke berbagai perpustakaan. Fokus pengabdian ini adalah transformasi perpustakaan dalam rangka inter library loan (ILL) di perpustakaan yang tergabung dalam FOSKAM yang selama ini belum melakukan pengembangan pengelolaan perpustakaan secara digital secara terstruktur dalam rangka kerjasama layanan. Hal ini menghambat kegiatan layanan perpustakaan yang berdampak pada kurangnya peningkatakan kualitas pendidikan karena tidak memiliki fasilitas pendukung sebagai penunjang pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi. Tujuan utama dari pengabdian ini pendampingan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan baik secara fisik maupun digital sehingga kolaborasi keduanya mampu menunjang pembelajaran pada warga sekolah terutama siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam merealisasikan tujuan adalah pertama, melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pihak mitra baik dari pihak manajemen sekolah dan pengelola perpustakaan sehingga dapat memotret permasalahan dan kendala dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan yang dihadapi mitra. Data yang diperoleh sebagai bahan dalam merancang pengelolaan perpustakaan baik dari segi manajemen serta sistem informasinya. Kedua, Workshop pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah mencakup manajemen pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah meliputi pengorganisasian, pengolahan koleksi, promosi perpustakaan dan integrasi program literasi. Ketiga, Pendampingan pengelolaan perpustakaan digital Pendampingan ini implementasi dari workshop manajemen pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis teknologi informasi, pengolahan bahan pustaka, pembuatan klasifikasi dan katalogisasi serta digitalisasi koleksi. Luaran dari pengabdian ini . Secara keseluruhan baik dari manajemen dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis ICT sebagai embrio perpustakaan digital. Keempat, melakukan integrasi perpustakaan yang telah terbangun secara digital dan membentuk konsep kerjasama perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan layanan atau interlibrary loan.Hasil pengabdian ini adalah sekolah Muhammadiyah yang tergabung didalam FOSKAM telah memiliki kesiapan sistem informasi menuju digital library dan bermuara pada kerjasama layanan antar perpustakaan sekolah di sekelingkup Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Ponorogo Kata kunci: transformasi; perpustakaan; inter-library loan; ILL ABSTRACTLibraries are experiencing a significant transformation thanks to developments in digital technology. One of the aspects that most influences library use is the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service, which allows access to various library collections. The focus of this service is library transformation in the context of inter library loans (ILL) in libraries that are members of FOSKAM which so far have not developed structured digital library management in the context of service collaboration. This hampers library service activities which results in a lack of improving the quality of education because it does not have supporting facilities to support technology-based learning. The main objective of this service is assistance in managing libraries both physically and digitally so that the collaboration between the two is able to support learning for school residents, especially students. The method used to realize the goal is first, conducting a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with partners from both school management and library management so that they can photograph the problems and obstacles in library management faced by partners. The data obtained is used as material in designing library management both in terms of management and information systems. Second, the school library management workshop covers school library management including organizing, processing collections, library promotion and integration of literacy programs. Third, digital library management assistance. This assistance is the implementation of information technology-based library management workshops, processing library materials, classifying and cataloging and digitizing collections. The output of this dedication. Overall good management in ICT-based library management as the embryo of a digital library. Fourth, integrate libraries that have been built digitally and form the concept of library cooperation in improving services or inter-library loans. The result of this service is that Muhammadiyah schools that are members of FOSKAM have ready information systems for digital libraries and this leads to service collaboration between school libraries in the surrounding area.
