Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya faktor-faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan efektivitas operasional organisasi, terutama dalam konteks pelayanan publik. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert dari 42 pegawai, menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Analisis regresi linier berganda mengidentifikasi bahwa keempat variabel independen memberikan kontribusi sebesar 73,90% terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan strategi peningkatan disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja yang efektif untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pengelola instansi dalam merancang kebijakan yang dapat memperkuat kualitas layanan publik dan profesionalisme pegawai. Artikel ini juga merekomendasikan penelitian lanjutan yang mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tambahan serta memperkuat pendekatan analisis. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor pemerintahan.

Abstract

The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Labuhanbatu Regency is the subject of this study, which aims to examine the relationship between employee performance and factors including salary, communication, competence, and work discipline. Increasing employee effectiveness in managing regional funds and assets to support good governance is the main topic underlying this study. Using a saturated sample technique, researchers in this study surveyed 44 BPKAD employees of Labuhanbatu Regency to compile quantitative data. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis after conducting conventional assumption tests. At a level greater than the t-table, this study found that the remuneration variable had a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance. Other characteristics that had a significant and positive effect on employee performance were competence, communication, and work discipline. The four independent determinants at BPKAD Labuhanbatu Regency simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance, which was 76% of the performance difference and the remaining 24% was influenced by other variables not studied. These results have real consequences for the executives of BPKAD Labuhanbatu Regency, who should prioritize aspects such as remuneration, communication, competence, and work discipline if they want to see better performance from their employees

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of work development and work motivation on employee performance by considering workload as a moderating variable. In an ever-evolving work environment, employee skill development and increased work motivation are important elements in supporting performance. However, workload is often a challenge that can affect the effectiveness of both factors. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using moderated regression techniques to illuminate direct relationships and interactions between variables with smartpls.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Suriatama Mahkota Kencana Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, involving 52 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and data analysis was carried out by regression testing using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership, work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 82.5% indicates that these variables are able to explain changes in employee performance, while the remaining 17.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of inspirational leaders, high work motivation, a supportive work environment, and a strong organizational culture in improving employee performance sustainably.

Abstract

ABSTRACTStudent-centered curriculum innovation, namely through the Pancasila Student Profile Project module and school culture to overcome challenges and demands for educational quality. This is in line with the foundation of thinking in the development of education. Based on the results of a survey of the Head of the Education Office and the Chair of the Sintang Regency Mathematics MGMP, which consists of 130 teachers, information was obtained that many teachers do not yet have a system for developing project modules, there has never been training and development of project modules for Pancasila student profiles and school culture, something new for teachers, limited government funding, minimal activities to increase teacher competency, minimal mastery and use of ICT in learning, and technological gaps. Utilization of ICT, especially in internet-based mathematics learning with padlets in the form of platforms. Padlet is able to facilitate collaborative and communicative learning, sharing and communicating ideas through audio-visual features. So teachers can share notes with other teachers in the form of links, images, videos and different documents. The implementation of this service activity was carried out over 4 months with 3 stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation stages. The results of the activities showed that teachers' ICT abilities increased, teachers were able to develop teaching modules and P5 modules and they could be implemented well.Keywords: Development Training, Module P5, School Culture,  ATM Platform, Independent Learning ABSTRAK Inovasi kurikulum yang bserpusat pada siswa yakni melalui modul Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan budaya sekolah guna mengatasi tantangan dan tuntutan mutu pendidikan. Hal ini sejalan dengan landasan pijakan berpikir dalam pembangunan Pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Ketua MGMP Matematika Kabupaten Sintang yang beranggotakan 130 guru, diperoleh informasi yakni banyak guru belum memiliki sistem dalam mengembangkan modul projek, belum pernah ada pelatihan dan pengembangan modul projek profil pelajar pancasila dan budaya sekolah, sesuatu yang baru bagi guru, pendanaan pemerintah terbatas, minimnya kegiatan peningkatan kompetensi guru, minimnya penguasaan dan pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran, serta gaptek. Pemanfaatan. Pemanfaatan TIK khususnya dalam pembelajaran matematika berbasis internet dengan Padlet berupa platform. Padlet mampu memfasilitasi pembelajaran kolaboratif dan komunikatif, berbagi dan dapat mengkomunikasikan ide melalui fitur-fitur audio-visual. Sehingga guru dapat berbagi catatan dengan guru lain dalam bentuk link, gambar, video dan dokumen yang berbeda. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan dengan 3 tahapan yakni tahap persiapan, pelaksaan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh kemampuan TIK guru meningkat, guru mampu mengembangkan modul ajar dan modul P5 serta dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Pengembangan, Modul P5, Budaya Sekolah, ATM Platform, Merdeka Belajar

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mempelajari matematika. Dengan pemahaman konsep yang dalam, siswa akan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran matematis serta dapat memecahkan masalah matematis dengan mudah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis mahasiswa S1 Prodi PGSD dengan menggunakan multimetode. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang teridi dari 2 siklus`dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa S1 prodi PGSD kelas Mipa Semester 6 yang berjumlah 38 mahasiswa. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu: lembar observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yang terdiri dari: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan multimetode, pemahaman konsep matematis mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dibuktikan pada siklus 1 pemahaman konsep matematis mahasiswa mencapai 77 % dan pada siklus 2 mencapai 100% sehingga peningkatan pemahaman dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 adalah 23%.  Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Konsep Matematis, Multimetode

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidakkonsistenan harga, fluktuasi harga meningkat menjelang hari besar, pelayanan yang lambat, minimnya lokasi parkir, kurangnya keberagaman produk, serta rendahnya minat beli konsumen karena kurang lengkapnya ketersediaan produk. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini guna mengidentifikasi pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan, lokasi, serta keberagaman produk terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasar Aek Kota Batu, Labuhanbatu Utara. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengukuran keseluruhan variabel dengan skala Likert dengan 25 pernyataan, jumlah sampel penelitian yakni 125 responden melalui teknik accidental sampling. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan melalui uji validitas serta reliabilitas. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda memanfaatkan SPSS versi 25. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi:Y = 7,740 + 0,255X1 - 0,043X2 + 0,312X3 + 0,101X4 + ɛ. Koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,797(79,7%), sedangkan koefisien determinasi (R²) 62,2%. Secara parsial, harga, lokasi, dan keberagaman produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, sementara kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Akan tetapi, secara simultan, harga, kualitas pelayanan, lokasi, dan keberagaman produk berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

The importance of marketing in a business, including for the D&Dimsum culinary business in attracting interest and purchasing decisions can be influenced by word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of product and promotion on purchasing decisions and word of mouth. The author's theoretical analysis uses a systematic literature review that is relevant to the research needs and a minimum sample size of 100 samples with an error rate of 5% with a simple random sampling technique. This study found that the percentage of research respondents' answers was dominated by answers agreeing to the product variable of 53.8%, the promotion variable of 47.2%, the purchase decision variable of 40.0% and the word of mouth variable of 41.4%. The research findings that local culinary products D & Dinsum from hypothesis testing that products and promotions directly have an influence on purchasing decisions and purchasing decisions directly have a relationship with word of mouth

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparative performance of three machine learning models Neural Network, Random Forest, and XGBoost in predicting the stock price of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI.JK) based on feature engineering integration. The background of this study is based on the need to develop accurate and efficient predictive models to deal with stock market volatility. The Data used covers the period 2010-2025 with the application of technical indicators such as Moving Average (MA), Relative Strength Index (RSI), volatility, and price momentum as the main features. The research method uses a machine learning approach based on supervised learning with a five-fold cross validation process. Model evaluation was conducted using quantitative metrics including Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), coefficient of determination (R2), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results showed that XGBoost produced the Best Performance With R2 = 0.9451, MAE = 87.3129,and MSE = 10327.1187, followed by Random Forest (R2 = 0.9233) and Neural Network (R2 = 0.9120). The XGBoost Model proved to be the most stable and efficient in handling nonlinear data as well as extreme price fluctuations. The discussion confirms that the integration of engineering features improves the generalization capability of the model and lowers the prediction error rate significantly. Future research is recommended to include macroeconomic variables, sentiment data, and reinforcement learning approaches to broaden the scope and improve the model's adaptability to global financial market dynamics.
