Abstract

West Bangka was the only regency in Bangka Belitung Province that received a Fair Without Exception (WTP) in 2013-2014. Different with the East Belitung which has never received a WTP, even in 2014 East Belitung received Unqualified Opinion (TW). This study aims to analyze and compare village financial management and its level of suitability with The Minister Regulation Number 113 Year 2014. Qualitative analysis used to identify the constraints on village financial management, analysis of quantitative using Independent Sample t Test. The object of this research are 26 villages in West Bangka and East Belitung. The results of this study showed that the obstacles of financial administration was caused by lack of understanding and guidance regarding the tasks, principal and functions of village apparatus. Reporting and financial accountability of the village is in accordance with the applicable rules, but there are 3 villages (11.54%) that have not been in accordance with The Minister Regulation Number 113 Year 2014. The results of descriptive statistics, there are differences in reporting and accountability of village finance. However, there is no difference regarding administration of village revenues, expenditures and financing in West Bangka and East Belitung.Keywords: Administration, Accountability, Village Financial Management

Abstract

Deshanda Craft is one of the craft businesses in East Kace Village which has been established since 2018. So researchers want to carry out research with the aim of analyzing the value of the creative economy of craft crafts at Deshanda Craft. The results of the study show that the value contained in Deshanda Craft begins with the creation stage where at this creation stage seeks innovative ideas from the internet and then modifies it to make craft patterns, then the production stage where this production stage manages input or materials in the form of nipa palm sticks as raw materials and into flower vases, baskets, tissue holders for the distribution stage in this Deshanda Craft marketed through online media to factories in the form of wholesalers, and this commercialization stage is through providing information to consumers about the products being marketed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kajian pengaruh disiplin kerja dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Puskesmas Selindung. Pendekatan yang diakukan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 46 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari disiplin kerja dan sarana prasarana, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja. Pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji T, uji F dan R2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap variabel tersebut, disiplin kerja dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai UPT Puskesmas Selindung. Berdasarkan hasil uji secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai UPT Puskesmas Selindung, sedangkan hasil analisis terhadap koefisien determinasi (R2) hal ini menunjukkan penentuan R2 dalam penelitian ini sebesar 81,6% dan masih ada sisa 18,4% dijelaskan diluar penelitian ini

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the potential of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD), the factors that influence PAD and the problems and obstacles faced by the Central Bangka Regency Government in increasing PAD. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The findings in this study show population, GRDP and inflation positive and significant effect on the PAD of Central Bangka Regency.The income of an area can be obtained from population activities in the economy which have an impact on increasing PAD. The biggest contribution to GRDP Central Bangka Regency in 2021 from the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector; Wholesale and Retail Trade Sector; Car and Motorcycle Repair; and the Mining and Excavation Sector which is expected in the future to become a leading sector in increasing PAD.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, kegiatan jual beli telah berubah dari kegiatan jual secara tradisional ke kegiatan jual beli secara modern. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas antarmuka pengguna (User Interface) dari aplikasi di perangkat seluler serta bagaimana pemberian pertimbangan terhadap manfaat fungsionalnya untuk meningkatkan Minat Beli. Oleh karena itu, peneliti merasa penting untuk untuk melakukan penelitian Pengaruh User Interface dan Nilai Utilitarian terhadap Minat Beli Masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 80 orang dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, yakni purposive sampling, Analisis data dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel User Interface memiliki dampak terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen dan Nilai Utilitarian juga memiliki dampak terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen. Selanjutnya, secara simultan User Interface dan Nilai Utilitarian memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Beli. E-commerce Shopee perlu meningkatkan kualitas layanan antarmuka pengguna untuk memberikan testimoni positif yang nantinya dapat menarik minat calon konsumen baru dengan mempertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna, seperti menghadirkan fitur baru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, membuat antarmuka aplikasi lebih intuitif, mempermudah pemahaman bahasa yang digunakan dalam fitur aplikasi, serta menyederhanakan alur transaksi dengan berbagai merchant yang bekerja sama. Abstract

This research is motivated by a shift in people's consumption behavior that leads to consumptive behavior towards impulsive purchases online. This study aims to identify and analyze studies on the influence of hedonic shopping motives and social media product searches on impulse buying of fashion products online among Gen-Z in Pangkalpinang. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 130 respondents, sampling using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research on hedonic shopping motives and social media product browsing partially have a positive and significant effect on online impulse buying of fashion products for Gen-Z in Pangkalpinang. Simultaneous test results show that hedonic shopping motives and searching for social media products together have a positive and significant effect on the impulse to purchase online fashion products for Gen-Z in Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Development and progress of the Indonesian economy has forced the business world to take strategic steps to compete, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to examine the use of social media and the use of e-payment gateways on performance of MSMEs food and beverage sector in Pangkalpinang City which makes it possible to provide convenience in increasing MSME customer loyalty. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, the sample used is MSME in the food and beverage sector, totaling 100 respondents. Data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression test. The results of testing the hypothesis are accepted, which means that social media and e-payment gateway are an innovation capable of reaching customers from various regions, facilitating the dissemination of information and is useful for increasing competitive advantage and maintaining good relations, increasing revenue, increasing sales, and the brand image of business actors.

Abstract

Inadequate drainage infrastructure often leads to waterlogging during rainfall, emphasizing the need for urgent repairs. This study assesses the performance condition of the Rapak Dalam Drainage system using a quantitative and qualitative approach, including field observations, direct measurements, and hydrological data analysis. The findings indicate that the drainage system is rated at a "Good" performance level, with a functional capability of 80.56%. Although the system effectively manages water in most areas, certain components require immediate repairs to maintain optimal functionality. To enhance drainage performance, this study recommends routine inspections, timely maintenance, and sediment management to prevent blockages. Additionally, upgrading drainage infrastructure, optimizing water flow through improved design, and implementing community-based maintenance programs are suggested to ensure long-term efficiency. These measures will help mitigate flooding risks and improve urban water management in Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of expectation and level of performance to determine the level of conformity and indicators that are the main priority for improvement and patient satisfaction to improve service quality and satisfy patients at the Lubuk Besar Public Health Center. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Sampling was determined by the purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that the analysis of the IPA method at the level of conformity of the 5 dimensions of service quality at the Lubuk Besar Public Health Center had a value of 73.74% in the appropriate category only on the responsiveness dimension which was still in the quite especially on the speed and accuracy attributes of doctors treating patients, speed and friendliness of administrative staff, ability to respond and resolve patient complaints. The results of the calculation of the CSI method at the Lubuk Besar Health Center by 70% means that the patient is quite satisfied, but the puskesmas still need to make improvements to the attributes that have low values to improve service quality and satisfy patients.
