Abstract

This study aimed to find the model of regeneration in Islam as a solution to the above problems. Muhammad saw as the role model of Muslim leader has given us an example of how to grow leaders in a community. His model handed down to the companions and the previous followers. Therefore, his model in regenerating leaders can serve as a model for recent Muslim leaders to reproduce high quality leaders.The approach used in this study is library research. The research process begins with a search-related book titles, specify the primary sources about the history of Islam, including the life of The prophet, the chalips and muslim leaders. From those sourcesfoundedthe prohet and the chalips? thought about regeneration. Then the analysis is done and conclusions are drawn. The study also called qualitative research, therefore qualitative methods applied to use descriptive writing techniques.This research concludes that, the model of regeneration served by the prophet and the chalips is important for the recent Muslim leaders to reproduce high quality Muslim leaders. The model includes; regeneration in Islam based on Syura, akhlak as the basic value of regeneration, the program of regeneration including appreciation, direction, assignment and modeling, the modeling or giving good example is the main program.  Keywords: Islam, Kaderisasi, Kepemimpinan, Regenerasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pengaruh manajemen kesiswaan untuk dapat meningkatkan peran dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu upaya untuk dapat mengetahui data empirik mengenai pengaruh manajemen kesiswaan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di Smp Terpadu Al Ma’arif. Adapun metode didalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan banyaknya populasi berjumlah 200 responden, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang berjumlah 67 responden. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran angket atau kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan di Smp Terpadu Al Ma’arif telah berjalan dengan cukup baik, mulai dari orientasi, bimbingan dan pembinaan disiplin peserta didik. Hal ini diketahui dari data yang diperoleh dari 67 responden melalui penyebaran angket atau kuesioner dengan menggunakan rumus product moment, dapat diketahui nilai r_hitung sebesar (0,53815983) dan r_tabel 0,2027 dan dari hasil uji t, nilai rxy berjumlah (5,226393368) dan nilai t_tabel berjumlah 1,9971 maka nilai rxy > t_tabel data tersebut berkategori “Sedang”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya terdapat pengaruh manajemen kesiswaan terhadap kedisiplinan guru di SMP Terpadu Al Ma’arif Leuwiliang Bogor. This research is motivated by the influence of student management to be able to increase the role in improving student discipline. This research is an attempt to find out empirical data regarding the influence of student management on student discipline at Al Ma'arif Terpadu Junior High School. The method in this study uses quantitative research methods, with a large population of 200 respondents, and the sampling technique uses the slovin formula totaling 67 respondents. In collecting data using data collection tools in the form of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of student management at the Al Ma'arif Integrated Junior High School has been going quite well, starting from orientation, guidance and discipline of students. It is known from the data obtained from 67 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires using the product moment formula, it can be seen that the value of r_count is (0.53815983) and r_table is 0.2027 and from the results of the t-test, the value of rxy is (5.226393368) and the value of t_table is 1.9971, then the value of rxy > t_table of the data is in the "Medium" category. It can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of student management on teacher discipline at the Al Ma'arif Leuwiliang Integrated Junior High School Bogor.

Abstract

This community service program strives to make Arabic language learning more effective and successful by utilizing Arabic sentence puzzle media. This activity employs the notion of Participatory Action Research (PAR), specifically combining research, education, and action with people who actively participate in the service activity process. This service activity involved 51 students from Thamavitya Mulniti School's Smart Arabic classes VIII and IX in Thailand. This service activity will be carried out from August to September 2024. As a result of this activity, students demonstrated excellent participation in Arabic learning, with an average evaluation score of 93.90, a median score of 95 and a frequently occurring score (mode) of 100. There were six students received a score between 80 and 85.6. eleven students who had scores ranging from 85.6 to 91.2. fourteen students received scores ranging from 91.2 to 96.8, while 23 received scores between 96.8 and 100. This is due to the fact that puzzle media requires students to learn both visually and tactically. Additionally, group learning enables students to collaborate and share knowledge with one another. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menjadikan pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang efektif dan berhasil dengan menggunakan bantuan media puzzle kalimat bahasa Arab. Kegiatan ini menggunakan konsep Participatory Action Research (PAR) yaitu sebuah Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif dengan menggabungkan penelitian, pendidikan, dan aksi dengan subjek yang berpartisipasi aktif selama proses kegiatan pengabdian. Subjek dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 51 siswa kelas VIII dan IX kelas Smart Arabic di Thamavitya Mulniti School, Thailand. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus hingga bulan September 2024. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, para siswa mampu mengikuti pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan sangat baik dengan hasil evaluasi nilai rata-rata sebesar 93,90 dengan nilai tengah 95 dan nilai yang sering muncul (modus) sebesar 100. Siswa yang mendapatkan nilai 80 sampai 85,6 sejumlah 6 orang, siswa yang mendapatkan nilai 85,6 sampai 91,2 sebanyak 11 siswa. 14 orang siswa mendapatkan nilai 91,2 sampai 96,8 dan 23 siswa mendapatkan nilai 96,8 sampai 100. Hal ini dikarenakan media puzzle memfasilitasi siswa bukan hanya belajar melalui visual namun juga taktis. Selain itu, pembelajaran berkelompok juga memungkinkan siswa untuk berkolaborasi dan berbagi pengetahuan satu sama lain.

Abstract

In the context of behavior, prosocial behavior is needed to maintain individual relationships with others. This behavior has existed among Islamic college students known as Santri. Santri, as an adolescent, has the concept of establishing relationships through prosocial behavior. Therefore, a measuring instrument is needed to determine Santri’s prosocial behavior. The Prosociality Scale is one of the popular instruments in measuring prosocial behavior, and it is essential to adapt and validate the instrument with the characteristics of the Indonesian sample, especially Santri. This study presents evidence of validity and reliability using the Rating Scale Rasch Measurement Model. With a sample of 742, 424 (57.1%) were female and 318 (42.9%) were male. This instrument has met the criteria of good psychometrics according to the Rasch model regarding reliability (0.82 - 0.99) and validity and fulfills the need for measurement invariance.

Abstract

Education is not only a teaching and learning process limited by four walls but also a process in which humans consciously capture, absorb, and appreciate natural events throughout the ages. IMFO was established in 1997 to coordinate the activities of the Indonesian Muslim Community in the Los Angeles area and its surroundings. The establishment of the At-Thohir Mosque began with the problems of Indonesian Muslims in the United States and in most other countries, who do not have a permanent place of worship. So, the lack of permanent places of worship is an obstacle for the young generation of Indonesian Muslims, especially in their efforts to learn and understand their place of origin. From an Islamic Religious Education perspective, this study explores the tactical steps IMFO and the At-Thohir Mosque took in addressing the current fire disaster. In this study, the researcher used the library research method, where the study used various literature, both books, notes, and reports from previous studies in collecting data, and also conducted direct interviews regarding the steps taken by IMFO and the At-Thohir Mosque in Los Angeles, United States in dealing with natural disasters such as fires. The study's results found that the mosque must also serve as a community-based disaster risk reduction centre and a place for Islamic education in the community, and the existence of the Mosque as a cultural heritage of our ancestors should continue to be preserved in community life.Keywords: Islamic Religious Education; Mosque; IMFO

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the leadership of the Madrasah Aliyah Ummul Quro al-Islami principal plays a role in improving the academic achievement of its students. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Observations are used to observe phenomena in the field. Key informants in this study were the head of the madrasa, deputy head of curriculum and student affairs, homeroom teacher, subject teacher, and students. Documentation studies are used to observe documents related to research topics. Data analysis techniques include coding, thematic grouping, identifying patterns, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the leadership of madrasah aliyah in increasing academic achievement was initiated by standardizing prospective madrasah heads given foundations, exemplary character development, NU values, cooperation, strengthening academic improvement programs, and the principal's desire for the role of pesantren alums in working in all fields of the profession. The results of this study can be used as a practical guide for madrasa heads in developing their leadership competencies and creating a conducive learning environment through adequate management of resources in the context of madrasah to improve student academic achievement.
