Abstract

There are four basic efforts that must be made in a product/service producing institution to produc  better quality, in this case an islamic  educational institution, namely : (1) Creating a “win win” situation  an not “win win” situation. “lose win” between parties  with an interest  in product / service  producing  institutions  (stakehoulders). In this case, especially between  the leadhership / owner of the institution and the staff  of the institution, there must  be mutually  beneficial  conditions  for each  other in achieving  thue quality  of the products / service produced by the institutions (2) it is necessary  to develop instrinsic motivation in everyone involved in the process  of achieving product / service  quality. Every person  must grow  motivated  that the result  of their activites reach  a certain  quality that  continues to improve, especially  in accordance  with the needs and expectations of user / subcribbes. (3) every leader must be oriented towards  long-term process and results. Impelementing TQM is not a short-term change process, but a consistent  and continous  log-term  effort (4) in mobilizing  all institutional  capabilities  to achieve the specified  quality, cooperation must  be developed be results.  There should  be no competion between  them that interferes with the process of achieving quality results  they are a unit that must work together and cannot  be separated from each other to produce quality products / services as expected.

Abstract

The reformulation of Indonesia’s education system is essential to enable it to respond to global challenges, particularly within the context of a technology-based economy. Education can no longer merely address social and individual needs; it must also adapt to the demands of the global market. The concept of Management Business Education (MBE) is proposed as a strategic approach to align education with global needs without abandoning local values. In this model, education is directed toward systematically developing students’ potential, equipping them with business and management insights, and strengthening collaboration among educational institutions, parents, and the market environment. In this way, education can serve as a vital instrument in shaping a generation that is adaptive, innovative, and highly competitive in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Salah satu hasil yang mengembirakan bagi tranformasi pendidikan Islam di zaman orde reformasi adalah hasil amandemen ke-4 pasal 31 UUD 1945 dan diundangkannya UU No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sisdiknas serta diberlakukannya PP. 55 Tahun 2007 tentang pendidikan agama dan pendidikan keagamaan, dengan demikian eksistensi pendidikan Islam semakin diakui dalam tatanan pendidikan nasional. Madrasah diniyah dianggap sebagai pusat pendidikan keagamaan. Perkembangan Madrasah diniyah telah mengalami kemajuan pesat, namun dibalik itu, Perkembangan Madrasah diniyah masih mangalami berbagai kendala, baik dalam sistem Kurikulum, Metode, Pendanaan, Ketenagaan dan lain sebagainya. Dalam sejarah Awal Lahirnya Madrasah Diniyah Yang Diatur Dalam Permenag No 13 Tahun 1964 Serta Potret Madrasah Diniyah Hingga Problema Dan Solusi Madrasah Diniyah. Berdasarkan Undang-undang Pendidikan dan Peraturan Pemerintah, Madrasah Diniyah adalah bagian terpadu dari pendidikan nasional untuk memenuhi Permintaan masyarakat tentang pendidikan agama. Madrasah Diniyah termasuk ke dalam pendidikan yang dilembagakan dan bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik dalam penguasaan terhadap pengetahuan agama Islam. Kebijakan Madrasah Diniyah dalam permenag no 13 tahun 1964, pengelolaanya masih sederhana, dibagi menjadi tiga jenjang: ula (4) tahun, wustha (3) tahun, ulya (3) tahun. Dari tiap-tiap jenjang tersebut hanya 10 jam perminggu UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional yang ditindaklanjuti dengan disyahkannya PP No. 55 Tahun 2007 tentang pendidikan agama dan keagamaan memang menjadi babak baru bagi dunia pendidikan agama dan keagamaan di Indonesia. Karena itu berarti negara telah menyadari keanekaragaman model dan bentuk pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia. Keberadaan peraturan perundangan tersebut telah menjadi ”tongkat penopang” bagi madrasah diniyah yang sedang mengalami krisis identitas. Karena selama ini, penyelenggaraan pendidikan diniyah ini tidak banyak diketahui bagaimana pola pengelolaannya. Tapi karakteristiknya yang khas menjadikan pendidikan ini layak untuk dimunculkan dan dipertahankan eksistensinya.

Abstract

National education in Indonesia faces internal and external challenges that require relevance to the needs of the world of work and technological development. This research aims to analyze the concept of Link and Match in Islamic education as a strategy to produce graduates who are skilled, work-ready, and faithful. The method used is literature review by analyzing various theoretical sources related to Link and Match, Islamic education, and its relevance to changes in times. The results show that the concept of Link and Match in Islamic education is a relevant and flexible strategy to overcome the gap between educational output and modern job market needs. This concept emphasizes the linkage and alignment between education and development in accordance with Islamic teachings, which have been taught since ancient times in the Qur'an and Hadith of the Prophet. The application of Link and Match can be implemented through school-workplace partnerships, curriculum innovation, development of skills-based extracurricular activities, and enhanced work ethic among all stakeholders. The implications of this research show that serious implementation of the Link and Match concept can shape young generations capable of competing in the global era while maintaining Islamic values.

Abstract

Mosques have a strategic role not only as places of worship but also as centers for social activities, education, and community empowerment. However, mosque management at the local level often still faces various challenges, such as limited management capacity, a lack of structured governance systems, and minimal understanding among administrators regarding managerial functions in managing mosque organizations.The mentoring program on mosque management and governance for foundation administrators and mosque caretakers (takmir) in Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency, aims to enhance the capacity of administrators to manage mosques in a professional, transparent, and accountable manner. The methods used in this program include training sessions, participatory discussions, and assistance in developing mosque management and administrative systems. The results of the program indicate an improvement in the administrators’ understanding of program planning, financial management, organizational administration, and strengthening the role of the mosque as a center for community empowerment. Through this mentoring initiative, it is expected that mosque management in Batang-Batang District will operate more effectively and sustainably, while also providing broader contributions to the surrounding community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: Bentuk-bentuk Interferensi Sintaksis Bahasa Madura pada Percakapan Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas Ekstrakurikuler MI Jauharul Ulum Batuputih Sumenep Madura dan Penyebab Terjadinya Interferensi Sintaksis Bahasa Madura pada Percakapan Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas Ekstrakurikuler MI Jauharul Ulum Batuputih. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: Observasi, Wawancara, Rekaman Audio, dan Dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data ini menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan dari hasil pengumpulan data. Hasil analisis menggambarkan bahwa interferensi sintaksis bahasa Madura terjadi karena siswa MI Jauharul Ulum sudah terbiasa menggunakan bahasa lain, sehingga ketika berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Arab pada saat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler akan berpengaruh dan akan banyak ditemukan kesalahan dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Arab. Kata Kunci: Interferensi Sintaksis, Bahasa Madura, Bahasa Arab
