Abstract

Performance appraisal is done to measure the performance of an employee on the work done. The company conducts performance appraisals on employees at least every six months, involving all employees. This study uses the Absenteeism_at_work dataset. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of the Decision Tree algorithm in the classification process. Classification will be grouped into two, namely: disciplined and undisciplined The classification process will be carried out using K-Nime. Algorithm performance measurement using Knime Analytics Platform is open-source software for creating data science models. Knime builds data understanding and designs data science workflows and reusable components using accuracy, recall, and precision parameters. From the research conducted, the results of the Decision Tree algorithm have an accuracy rate of 94.6% while the label No. 5.4%. Based on the nineteen attributes proposed, it can be concluded that the Decision Tree algorithm has better performance.

Abstract

Urban road congestion and rising fuel prices make transportation mode users think hard to deal with this situation. This problem makes motor vehicle manufacturers, especially motorbikes, make superior products called scooter matic. This vehicle has the shape and capacity of the engine that is not too large and automatic coupling so that it is fuel efficient and very agile to maneuver in dense urban areas. At present each manufacturer of two-wheeled motorized vehicles has superior scooter matic products to attract consumers. This certainly can confuse ordinary consumers who want to have an automatic scooter. This study aims to give consideration to consumers so that they can help take the right decisions using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The results of the research are described in the form of percentage values adjusted to general objectives, criteria, sub-criteria, and strategic alternatives.

Abstract

Keberadaan kendaraan dinas pejabat diperuntukan sebagai fasilitas, alat bantu, untuk kelancaran pelaksanaan tugas para penyelenggara negara agar meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan kepemerintahan kepada masyarakat. Alasan utama yang melandasi mengapa diperlukan suatu metode untuk pemilihan kendaraan dinas, agar dalam pembelian kendaraan dinas tersebut dapat dibekali dengan suatu sistem penunjang keputusan sehingga tidak menimbulkan praduga penyelewengan anggaran dalam pembelian kendaraan dinas tersebut. Salah satu sistem penunjang keputusan yang mudah untuk diimplementasikan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process Methode (AHP). AHP dapat membantu memecahkan persoalan yang kompleks dengan menstruktur suatu hirarki kriteria, pihak yang berkepentingan, hasil dan dengan menarik berbagai pertimbangan guna mengembangkan bobot atau prioritas. Metode ini juga menggabungkan kekuatan dari perasaan dan logika yang bersangkutan pada berbagai persoalan, lalu mensintesis berbagai pertimbangan yang beragam menjadi hasil yang cocok dengan perkiraan kita secara intuitif. Selain itu AHP juga memiliki perhatian khusus tentang penyimpangan dari konsistensi, pengukuran dan ketergantungan di dalam dan di luar kelompok elemen strukturnya.

Abstract

Fixed internet services available at home or at the company did not support its users to be online at any place. To subscribe to the internet the prospective users must go through lengthy requirements. Besides, with monthly costs that are relatively large, can sometimes be a burden the customers themselves. This thesis aims to overcome the above problems, so in the hope, things have been done on the internet can not be fixed, can be overcome. This thesis discusses the use of a cellular card as a medium for surfing. A number of cellular cards circulating in the market require a good selection method and structured so that later users can appropriate candidates choose mobile cards that match their needs. To be able to give appropriate guidance in the selection of cellular card, so in need of a method of choosing a good decision, one of which is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) developed by Drs. Thomas L. Saaty of the Wharton School of Business. The end result of the AHP method is a proposed effective decision based on the processing of data obtained from respondents who had experienced or had to use mobile cards before. Processing the data in the auxiliary with Expert Choice, a decision support software, resulting in decisions that can get close to perfection. The conclusion that can be in the results of this study was to obtain a comparative result of the selection criteria to determine whether cellular card. In this study, which was used as reference criteria for comparison are Cellular Provider Card, Signal Strength, Rate of Saving. These three criteria for the moment it is enough to be able to represent the respondent's interest in choosing a cellular card for Internet operators make.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an evaluation framework in determining the optimal cargo vehicle (freight transportation) using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The selection of the right cargo vehicle is crucial in logistics management to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of business operations. This research, combines the AHP approach with multi-criteria evaluation to help make better decisions. The proposed evaluation framework consists of several steps, namely: determining relevant criteria in cargo vehicle selection, including factors such as reliability, fuel efficiency, and vehicle price. Then collecting data related to these criteria from reliable sources. Next, conduct a pairwise comparison analysis with AHP to obtain the relative weight of each criterion. And finally calculate the relative performance value for each cargo vehicle based on the set criteria. In this study, the authors applied the proposed evaluation framework to a logistics operation case study. The results show that the use of the AHP method in cargo vehicle selection can help make more systematic and objective decisions. This evaluation framework also allows stakeholders to identify the cargo vehicle that best suits their needs.

Abstract

Low multi-purpose vehicles have become a popular choice in the automotive market due to their combination of ample space and improved fuel efficiency. In the context of increasing environmental awareness and ever-increasing fuel costs, this study aims to compare the fuel efficiency of various low multi-purpose vehicles using the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. The Copras method, as a multi-criteria decision analysis tool, is used to evaluate vehicle alternatives based on a number of predefined criteria. In this study, the main criteria considered include engine efficiency, aerodynamics, vehicle weight, and fuel technology used. The identification of these criteria is important as fuel efficiency is influenced by various complex technical factors. Relevant data was collected for the low multi-purpose vehicles to be evaluated. Once the data was collected, a Copras analysis was conducted to determine the relative ranking of each vehicle based on its fuel efficiency. This method allowed the researcher to identify vehicles that stood out in terms of fuel efficiency. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for both consumers and vehicle manufacturers. Consumers can use this information to make smarter decisions when choosing a vehicle that suits their needs, taking into account the important aspect of fuel efficiency. On the other hand, manufacturers can use these findings to develop more fuel-efficient vehicles, as well as to strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive market. In addition, this study also has significant implications in an environmental context. By choosing more fuel-efficient vehicles, consumers can contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and reduce other negative impacts on the environment. As such, this research not only provides economic benefits but also supports efforts to maintain environmental sustainability

Abstract

Perkembangan mobil listrik di Indonesia semakin pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran akan dampak lingkungan dan kebutuhan akan transportasi ramah lingkungan. Namun, konsumen sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam memilih mobil listrik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka, karena berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan, seperti harga, jarak tempuh, efisiensi energi, waktu pengisian baterai, fitur keselamatan, dan pembaruan perangkat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dibuatlah suatu penelitian yang mengusulkan kombinasi metode ROC (Rank Order Centroid) dan metode WP (Weighted Product) sebagai pendekatan dalam pembobotan dan penilaian alternatif mobil listrik. Metode ROC digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria berdasarkan urutan kepentingan, sementara metode WP digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan akhir dan perbandingan performa setiap alternatif mobil listrik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah dibobotkan. Kombinasi kedua metode ini diharapkan mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih objektif dan akurat dalam proses pemilihan mobil listrik. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah penyusunan rangking alternatif mobil listrik di Indonesia yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi jelas bagi konsumen, serta memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pemasaran dan kebijakan pemerintah terkait elektrifikasi kendaraan. Abstract

This study designs a web-based Point of Sale (POS) system for CV Digital Printing, focusing on requirements analysis, user-level page allocation, database design, software architecture, and associated costs. The primary goal is to streamline and expedite sales transactions, product stock management, sales reporting, and customer data management. The main page is divided into "Administrator" and "Cashier" sections, each featuring login functionality, sales transactions, and reporting. The database design is illustrated through an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The software architecture employs an object-oriented approach (OOP) using the PHP programming language and open-source software. Cost details encompass hardware, such as VPS and DNS, as well as software expenses, including IDE and software licenses. Testing is conducted using the black-box method to ensure software quality and functionality alignment. This article discusses the crucial steps in designing a POS system tailored to the needs of CV Digital Printing.

Abstract

MyPertamina is PT Pertamina's digital application designed to support cashless and targeted distribution of subsidized fuel. Although it has been downloaded by millions of users, the app has received a variety of responses recorded in the form of reviews on the Google Play Store. This research was conducted to determine the tendency of user opinions through an automated sentiment analysis approach. Review data is collected by utilizing the Google Play Scraper library, then processed through preprocessing stages such as text normalization, character cleaning, tokenization, common word removal, and stemming. Positive and negative sentiment labels are assigned with the help of the IndoBERT pre-trained model. The next process includes conversion of text to numerical form with TF-IDF method and application of Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm for classification. The model is tested using confusion matrix and 10-Fold Cross Validation. The results showed that the majority of user reviews were negative (63.65%), and the classification model achieved 89.25% accuracy, 87.5% precision, 82% recall, and 84.69% F1-score. This shows that the approach used is effective in identifying public perceptions of MyPertamina application services.
