Abstract

Abstract Competition in this era of globalization is very diverse. Humans must have skills if they want to compete with others. Students are no exception, who are required to be able to adapt to the times. Skills that can be honed and used are graphic design skills. The long-term goal of this graphic design training activity is to produce Brebes students who have knowledge and skills in the field of graphic design, especially using the corel draw application. This service activity is carried out using the mentoring method and providing direct graphic design training. After the speaker explained, he was given the opportunity for discussion and questions and answers. Abstract

Marriage is basically done to establish a harmonious relationship between men and women in a bond. The law has set the age of marriage at 19 years. However, the phenomenon of marrying under a predetermined age or commonly called early marriage is still common in Indonesia. This community service is carried out to provide education or counseling to MA Mambaul Ma'arif Belik students in Pemalang district regarding the prevention of early marriage, as well as provide an understanding of the impacts and risks of early marriage. This service is carried out using the lecture method (counseling) and question and answer with participants. The counseling went well and the participants consisting of students from grades X, XI and XII had high enthusiasm and participated in the question and answer session with the speakers.

Abstract

General Background: Education serves as a foundation for developing human potential and character, with Pancasila Education being central to instilling national values in Indonesian schools. Specific Background: At SD Negeri 032/II Tanjung Gedang, traditional lecture-based methods resulted in low engagement and suboptimal outcomes in Pancasila Education. Knowledge Gap: Despite its success in other subjects, the Scramble learning model has rarely been applied in the context of Pancasila Education, leaving limited evidence of its effectiveness for civic and character education. Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Scramble learning model in improving fifth-grade students’ learning outcomes in Pancasila Education. Results: Using Classroom Action Research across two cycles with 20 students, results showed a marked increase in achievement: from 40% pre-research to 65% in Cycle I and 90% in Cycle II, demonstrating substantial learning gains and improved participation. Novelty: The study contributes by extending the application of the Scramble model beyond its common use in language learning, showcasing its value for civic education. Implications: These findings highlight Scramble as a promising instructional strategy for enhancing engagement, comprehension, and achievement in Pancasila Education, thereby supporting the broader goal of character formation in primary education.Highlight :  The Scramble model significantly improved student learning outcomes. Its application made learning more active and engaging. The study showed improvements in students’ character and understanding. Abstract

Background (general): Reading comprehension is a key skill in elementary education, yet many students still struggle to understand texts effectively. Background (specific): In Grade V at SDN 106/II Sungai Binjai, difficulties such as limited vocabulary, low comprehension, and weak ability to answer text-based questions were observed. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have shown positive outcomes of the Cooperative Script model in various contexts, but limited research has focused specifically on its application in Grade V Indonesian language learning. Aims: This study aimed to improve students’ reading comprehension through the Cooperative Script model within a Classroom Action Research framework. Results: Across two cycles, findings revealed improvements in teacher performance (from 77.78% to 94.44%), student activeness (from 61.10% to 100%), and comprehension mastery (from 33.3% to 72.2%). Novelty: This research demonstrates the applicability of Cooperative Script in elementary-level Indonesian language comprehension, filling a contextual gap in existing literature. Implications: The study suggests Cooperative Script can be integrated into primary curriculum design to foster active, collaborative, and deeper comprehension learning. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research problem is the lack of understanding of the material for calculating sequential additions. The aim of this research is to improve understanding of compound addition material by storing techniques through the use of number value racks. Class II students at SD Negeri 218 Limbur who have mild intellectual disabilities will benefit from a better understanding of the concept of multilevel addition operations. This type of research is called Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle being carried out in three meetings. Each cycle has four interrelated phases: observation, reflection, action implementation, planning phase, and reflection. The research subjects were four students of SD Negeri 218 Limbur class II. Data was collected through test and observation methods. Quantitative analysis was carried out on the data, and a table was presented showing student learning outcomes. Based on the results of research conducted in cycle I and cycle II, the results of data analysis and reflection show that cycle I research has not met the expected indicators of success, namely better understanding of mathematical concepts because it shows learning outcomes and students' abilities in understanding and carrying out sequential addition operations. using the saving technique, then the average result in cycle II was 62.5%. By using the saving technique, students were able to understand the concept of sequential addition, which not only achieved the desired goal but also improved. This shows that the use of the number value rack display tool can improve students' understanding of the addition material using storing techniques. Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on observations at SD Negeri 218 Limbur, the learning outcomes of class V students are still relatively low. This can be seen from the minimum completion criteria (KKTP) set by the school of 75, out of 23 students, only 12 students have completed their studies and 11 other students have not yet completed their studies. Student learning outcomes are still low because the learning used still uses conventional methods (lectures). This method makes students passive and less creative, so it is necessary to use a learning model that can make students more active and interested in learning. A model that can be applied is, for example, using the Picture and Picture learning model. The aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in thematic subject material on natural events that occur in Indonesia and their impact on living things and the environment by using the Picture and Picture model for class V students at SD Negeri 218 Limbur first semester 2023/2024 academic year Type The research used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consisted of 2 cycles with the research subjects being class V students with the Competency Standard "Understanding changes that occur in nature and their relationship with the use of natural resources" at SD Negeri 218 Limbur. The research results show that the use of the Picture and Picture learning model can improve student learning outcomes. In cycle I, an average score of 81 was obtained with a completion percentage of 78% and this increased in cycle II with an average score of 89 with a completion percentage of 96%. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the use of the Picture and Picture learning model can improve thematic learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 218 Limbur. Abstract

In order for the designed tool to simulate solar panel measurements based on real-world conditions, the solar panel placement holder was arranged in a specific way during the design process. A monitor display that is mounted on the design will show the effectiveness of the solar panels and provide general solar panel information. Limitations in the positioning of solar panels will not provide a reference to conditions for measurement depending on the angle of incidence of the sun so further design needs to be done regarding the position of solar panels when measurements are taken. The development carried out in the design of this tool is in the form of adjusting the solar panel holder in the form of a solar panel holder tilt of 0°, 90°, 180°, and a distance of 30 cm halogen lamp as an energy source that is measured. Measurement results based on design, temperature 46°C, and 100% light.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kualitas karakter pada sebagian siswa sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam aspek kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan sikap saling menghargai sesama. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran guru Pendidikan Pancasila dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada siswa, sekaligus mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan serta kendala yang dihadapi selama proses penanaman nilai tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif yang menekankan pemahaman mendalam terhadap fenomena yang terjadi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru Pendidikan Pancasila, kepala sekolah, dan siswa, serta dilengkapi dengan dokumentasi pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk menggambarkan temuan secara sistematis. Fokus penelitian mencakup enam nilai karakter utama, yaitu religiusitas, penghargaan terhadap perbedaan, kerja sama, tanggung jawab, berpikir kritis, dan kreativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah melaksanakan peran secara optimal melalui strategi pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dan kontekstual. Namun, sejumlah kendala seperti perbedaan latar belakang dan kemampuan siswa, keterbatasan waktu, dukungan lingkungan yang kurang memadai, serta keterbatasan sarana dan media pembelajaran menjadi hambatan dalam proses internalisasi nilai karakter. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi sinergis antara guru, keluarga, dan masyarakat, serta perlunya pengembangan fasilitas dan strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran pendidik dalam menanamkan nilai karakter kepada peserta didik melalui pembelajaran Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Latar belakang penelitian didorong oleh rendahnya internalisasi nilai karakter pada peserta didik, sehingga menuntut keterlibatan aktif pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, melibatkan guru kelas IV dan peserta didik kelas IV SDN 15/II Candi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidik berperan sebagai fasilitator, pengelola, dan demonstrator yang berkontribusi terhadap penanaman nilai religius, disiplin, kreatif, mandiri, rasa ingin tahu, dan tanggung jawab. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi pedagogik, keteladanan pendidik, serta dukungan kelembagaan sekolah agar implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui P5 dapat berlangsung lebih efektif. Secara konseptual, temuan ini memperkaya literatur pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar dengan menegaskan peran strategis pendidik dalam membentuk peserta didik yang berintegritas dan berkarakter kuat.

Abstract

This classroom action research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 109/II Manggis in Pancasila Education. Based on the results of the even semester exam, the average score was only 50%, still below the Minimum Passing Grade (KKM) of 70. This condition indicates the need for efforts to improve the effectiveness of learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Group Resume learning model in improving the implementation of learning, the learning process, and student learning outcomes. The study was conducted in two cycles, each covering the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. There were 22 students participating in the study, with data collected through observation, learning motivation questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The results showed an increase in the implementation of learning by teachers from 86% in cycle I to 90% in cycle II. The learning process of students increased from 55% (Poor category) to 91% (Very Good category), while learning outcomes increased from 73% to 91%. These findings confirm the effectiveness of the Group Resume model in improving the quality of Pancasila Education learning. The application of collaborative learning based on Group Resume can foster a sense of responsibility, cooperation, and active participation among students. This model also strengthens communication skills and critical thinking abilities through group reflection activities.
