Abstract

Civics Education as a subjet mater in Indonesia take a few funtions. This funtion are, as a value education, democrati politic education , citicenship education and nationality education. Civics Education as a value education include using value based approach. This value are Pancasila as nation noble values and local values. The approach is agree with use is inculcation approach. Therefore this approach is combinazed with  way or metod in another approach. This is nemed eclective approach.

Abstract

purpose of this research is to know and describe the response of Indonesian society based on religion classification against Pancasila as instrument of nation integration. The response of religious people enclosed vision and their attitude to the valves which is implied in Pancasila, the relationship between religion with Pancasila and the function of five principle as instrument for  nation integration. The purpose this research also to know the relationship between religion and Pancasila and then the influence of it for nation integration. This research approximation used  the descriptive qualitative approach with the background of religious people at Surakarta including Hindu, Budha, Islam, Khatolic and Christian. The population of this research were the pious who can give the information of data research. The technique  of sampling applied was non random sampling by purposive sampling. Beside if completed with snowball sampling to get key informan exactly.  The technique of  collecting data used in-dept interview as major technique completed with lesson of literature as a back up.To analysis of data the interactive model of analysis was used. The result of analysis showed in naration in descriptive  qualitative.This research conclude that there was many kind of response from the religious people againts  Pancasila. Their vision againts Pancasila was under influence by the judgement of their believe and knowledge about history of Pancasila. They  acknowledge Pancasila as their own thought parallel with their believe in their religion. Religious people accepted Pancasila as instrument  of nation integration because of the history that proved part of Pancasila as a meeting point between the people before independence. Acknowledgement of  this history was hopefully could be formed as long as they still want the progression of nation-state Indonesia. Pancasila was accepted as the accord agreement from society to be a state living norm.

Abstract

Diskursus mengenai persoalan aktivitas proyek tambang timah di Laut Pulau Bangka sangat penting untuk dikaji karena telah berdampak pada kehidupan nelayan tradisional. Tulisan ini menganalisa dampak-dampak yang ditimbulkan dari aktivitas proyek tambang timah di laut terhadap hak atas pekerjaan nelayan tradisional di Kelurahan Matras, Kabupaten Bangka ditinjau dari perspektif inclusive citizenship. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara purposive sampling dan snow ball. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Uji validitas terhadap data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas proyek tambang timah di Laut Pulau Bangka telah berdampak negatif terhadap hak atas pekerjaan nelayan tradisional. Dampak-dampak negatif tersebut yaitu: 1) kerusakan ekosistem laut, 2) terganggunya jalur mobilitas nelayan tradisional, 3) menjauhnya wilayah tangkap, 4) bertambahnya waktu dan kebutuhan modal melaut, 5) spesifikasi kapal menjadi tidak kompatibel untuk berlayar lebih jauh. 6) nelayan terpaksa terjebak dalam kondisi terikat pada hutang dengan tengkulak, 7) meningkatnya risiko keselamatan saat melaut. Aktivitas proyek tambang timah di laut menyebabkan kehidupan sosial masyarakat sekitar menjadi terpolarisasi.  Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa hak atas pekerjaan bagi nelayan tradisional di Kawasan Matras sangat terancam akibat aktivitas proyek tambang timah di laut. Berdasarkan perspektif inclusive citizenship, dampak aktivitas proyek tambang timah di laut terhadap hak atas pekerjaan nelayan tradisional menunjukkan bahwa praktik kewarganegaraan di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya inklusif.

Abstract

Supervision is part of school-based management. Academic supervision conducted by school principals on teaching staff is very important to know the shortcomings and advantages of teaching staff in teaching. Several academic supervision techniques can be used in the implementation of supervision. This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal’s academic supervision techniques for teaching staff to deal with the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in SD Negeri 02 Jetis, Jaten sub-district, Karanganyar district. The results of this study were principals using the academic supervision techniques of classroom visits, where the principal observed directly the classroom learning activities. Then the principal uses personal meeting techniques while providing guidance to educators. The competence of principals is needed in carrying out supervision techniques of educators because supervision techniques are very diverse and can be implemented in accordance with the conditions in each school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh media pembelajaran film dokudrama terhadap minat belajar siswa pada kompetensi dasar mendeskripsikan sistem pemerintahan Indonesia dan peran lembaga negara sebagai pelaksana kedaulatan rakyat. Desain yang di-gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah true experimental design dengan menggunakan bentuk posttestonly control design. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara cluster random sampling Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan metode angket, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T-test. Hasil perhitungan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 5,864 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan dk = n1 + n2 – 2 (30 + 30  – 2 = 58 ), sehingga diperoleh ttabel sebesar 2,002 (interpolasi). Maka thitung (5,864) >  ttabel(2,002) dan skor rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 83,22 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 76,64. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa  terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran film dokudrama terhadap minat belajar siswa pada kom-petensi dasar mendeskripsikan sistem pemerintahan Indonesia dan peran lembaga negara sebagai pelaksana kedaulatan rakyat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran VCT media video pembelajaran berbantuan jenis analisis nilai memiliki efek pada penguasaan kompetensi dasar menghargai sikap toleran di berbagai kelompok etnis, agama, ras, budaya, dan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain posttest-only. Populasi penelitian siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri Mojolaban dan sampel sebanyak 32 siswa kelas VII D sebagai kelas kontrol dan 32 siswa kelas VII C sebagai kelas eksperimen. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, analisis isi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung adalah 2,273 pada tingkat signifikansi 5% dengan dk = n1 + n2 - 2 (32 + 32 - 2 = 62 sehingga nilai dari tabel t adalah 1,999 (interpolasi). Nilai t-hitung = 2,273 > t- tabel = 1,999 dan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen = 122,75 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol = 116,25.Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran VCT media video pembelajaran berbantuan jenis analisis nilai memiliki efek pada penguasaan kompetensi dasar.

Abstract

The objective of research was to find out whether or not there is an effect of value clarification technique learning model application on civic disposition in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali in the school year of 2016/2017. This study was an experimental quantitative research. The research design was true experimental design with posttest only control design model. The population of research was the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali in the school year of 2016/2017. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The sample of research consisted of 68 students: 34 in experimental and 34 in control groups. Data collection in this research was carried out using observation and questionnaire. Data validation for the students’ civic disposition questionnaire in basic competency of conceiving various effects and threats against the state in maintaining Bhinneka Tunggal Ika was carried out using validity and reliability test. To find out whether or not the items of question were valid, Pearson’s product moment correlational formula was used. Meanwhile, the reliability used in this research was Alpha Cronbach. Technique of analyzing data used was a two-independent sample t test.Considering the research an average score of 86,03 experimental class is higher than he average score of 80,76 control class. Then the hypothesis testing using a two independent sample t test with t statistic > t tabel 13,560 > 1,997 at significance level of 5% means that there are difference of  civic disposition between the students in experiment and those in control classes. So that from the result it could be found that there was an effect of value clarification technique learning model on the students’ civic disposition in basic competency of conceiving various effects and threats against the state in maintaining Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali in the School Year of 2016/2017. Keywords: Value Clarification Technique, Civic Disposition

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui implementasi penguatan karakter kewarganegaraan di SMP Murni 1 Surakarta melalui pembelajaran PPKn dan (2) Mengetahui hambatan dalam proses penguatan karakter kewarganegaraan di SMP Murni 1 Surakarta melaui pembelajaran PPKn. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, karena penelitian ini tidak membuktikan atau menolak suatu hipotesis akan tetapi data yang diolah di deskriptifkan dan lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Validitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi data yaitu triangulasi data dan metode. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan model Milles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Guru merancang RPP dengan memasukkan nilai-nilai karakter dalampembelajaran PPKn sebagai bentuk penguatan karakter kewarganegaraan, melakukan penguatan secara verbal dan non verbal baik dalam pembelajaran di kelas maupun di luar kelas, melakukan home visit untuk melihat lingkungan sekitar peserta didik, (2) Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru yaitu tidak adanya dukungan dari orang tua karena tidak memperdulikan perkembangan peserta didik, faktor ekonomi keluarga yang membuat peserta didik mempunyai sifat mudah membangkang karena keinginannya tidak terpenuhi, lingkungan tenpat tinggal peserta didik yang terkesan lingkungan kurang baik, dan peserta didik yang tidak kondusif pada saat pembelajaran di kelas. Kata kunci: penguatan, karakter kewarganegaraan, pembelajaran

Abstract

The research aims to find out: 1) The strategy of teachers in  student’s critical thinking learning using self learning activity in Pancasila and Citizenship Education in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta; 2)  Teacher’s supporting factors and inhibitory factor in  critical thinking learning using self learning activity in Pancasila and Citizenship Education in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta.They study uses a qualitative approach, a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data sources are obtained from the informant, place and document. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data validity using trianggulation data and Trianggulation method. Analyze data using interactive analysis models.Result of the research: 1) The strategy of teachers in student’s critical thinking learning using self learning activities in Pancasila education subjects and citizenship in Pancasila and Citizenship Education in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta: a) Teacher need to learn and understand about the components development and characteristics of self learning activities ; b) The teacher makes a learning activity by displaying questions of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS); c) The teacher makes the look of self learning activity; and d) The teacher designed the planning, implementation, and evaluation activities. 2) The teacher's supporting factor in student’s critical thinking learning using self learning in Pancasila Education and Citizenship course includes: a) schools facilities; b) The positive response from the students with the self learning activity; c) Learning activities in the self learning activities lead to the growing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) that support critical thinking skills; d) Self learning activities as a self-learning strategy that helps learners achieve learning submission. The inhibitory factor includes internal factors: a) The feeling of fear of self-learners; b) lack of ability to communicate students; and c) lack of motivation in the students in the interest of the study of Pancasila and the citizenship. External factors include: a) The responses of nearby friends who often laugh at other learners when they wrong answer; b) Limited time allocation; c) Learners who have completed self learning activity of Pancasila and Citizenship Education must wait for other learners to get new material taught by the teacher and; d) Find it difficult to print the modul for the self learning activity of Pancasila and Citizenship Education because of the limited fund of the school.Keywords: Strategies, Critical Thinking, Self Learning Activity, Pancasila Education and Citizenship

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan: 1) menjelaskan penerapan konservasi tari Dolalak sebagai civics culture baik pada masyarakat maupun pendidikan. 2) mengetahui dukungan dan hambatan dalam konservasi kearifan lokal tari Dolalak sebagai civics culture. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deksriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berupa peristiwa informan, dan dokumen dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji validitas dengan teknik triangulasi data dan triangulasi dokumen. Wawancara dilakukan dengan dua informan kunci: seorang pamong budaya dan seorang sesepuh Dolalak di Kabupaten Purworejo. Selanjutnya, informan lain adalah Guru/pelatih tari di sekolah, dan pemilik sanggar Tari Prigel serta pelaku tari Dolalak. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif oleh Miles dan Hubberman, yang meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tari Dolalak sebagai budaya yang melekat dan menjadi sebuah identitas daerah Kabupaten Purworejo dapat diartikan sebagai civics culture; konservasi kearifan lokal yang sudah dilaksakan di masyarakat Kabupaten Purworejo ialah konservasi preservasi dengan cakupannya mendata group kesenian dan memberi pengesahan sertifikat agar diakui dan diketahui warga sekitar, membangun sanggar tari di masing-masing kecamatan, membuat data pustaka atau dokumentasi, serta mengadakan pelatihan, festival, maupun lomba.Kata Kunci: Konservasi, Tari Dolalak, Civics culture AbstractThis study aims to: 1) explain the application of Dolalak dance conservation as a civics culture both in society and education. 2) knowing the support and obstacles in the conservation of local wisdom of Dolalak dance as a civics culture. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data sources are informant events, and documents with purposive sampling techniques. Test validity with data triangulation and document triangulation techniques. Interviews were conducted with two key informants: a cultural civil servant and a Dolalak elder in Purworejo District. Furthermore, other informants were the dance teacher/coach at the school, and the owner of the Prigel Dance studio and the performer of the Dolalak dance. Data analysis in this study uses qualitative analysis techniques by Miles and Hubberman, which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that Dolalak Dance as an inherent culture and became a regional identity of Purworejo Regency can be interpreted as civics culture; The conservation of local wisdom that has been carried out in the community of Purworejo Regency is conservation preservation with the scope of recording art groups and certifying certificates so that they are recognized and known to local residents, building dance studios in each sub-district, making library data or documentation, and holding trainings, festivals, and competitions.
