Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi promosi wisata berbasis Hidden Markov Model (HMM) dalam konteks pendidikan vokasional pariwisata, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kompetensi analitik lulusan. Metode penelitian menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pemodelan HMM terhadap 48.763 data pergerakan wisatawan di lima destinasi prioritas Indonesia, dan kualitatif melalui pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis proyek riil. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan akurasi prediktif sebesar 83,7% dalam memetakan tiga state perilaku wisatawan: exploratory (probabilitas transisi 0,62), engaged (0,64), dan fatigue (0,78). Implementasi modul pada mahasiswa vokasional menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kompetensi analitik (N-gain score 0,41) dan kemampuan penyusunan strategi promosi (87% keselarasan dengan praktik industri). Temuan kunci mengungkap bahwa pendekatan scaffolding berbasis real-world dataset efektif mengatasi tantangan kognitif dalam pembelajaran konsep statistika kompleks. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan kerangka Vokasional 4.0 yang mengintegrasikan literasi data, pedagogi kontekstual, dan kolaborasi triple helix. Hasilnya memberikan bukti empiris bahwa adaptasi HMM dalam pendidikan vokasional tidak hanya feasible tetapi juga meningkatkan relevansi lulusan dengan kebutuhan industri pariwisata digital. Rekomendasi praktis mencakup pengembangan toolkit HMM sederhana dan integrasi modul ke dalam kurikulum inti diploma pariwisata.Kata kunci: Hidden Markov Model, pendidikan vokasional, analitik pariwisata

Abstract

This research aims to analyze compliance with the implementation of POJK 51 of 2017 This study aims to analyze the practices of electrical installation and energy-saving strategies in households. The research method used is a literature review involving the analysis of various literature sources and related research. The study found that improper electrical installation practices can increase the risk of fire and electrical disturbances. The use of energy-efficient labeled electrical appliances and smart home technology has been proven effective in reducing energy consumption in households. Factors such as public awareness of the importance of energy efficiency and the availability of information on energy-saving technologies also influence consumer behavior in choosing electrical appliances and managing energy use in households. Understanding these findings is expected to produce useful recommendations for researchers and practitioners in efforts to improve energy efficiency and electrical installation safety in households.

Abstract

Travel Vloggers, as professionals in the tourism industry, utilize social media to share their experiences in various tourist destinations. Their content aims to promote the beauty of tourist attractions and educate the audience about the experience. However, building a strong presence on social media is not easy. Travel Vloggers need recognition from the audience to achieve their goals. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach to examine how Travel Vloggers build their existence on social media and how they contribute to increasing the popularity of creative tourism destinations. The results show that there are similarities between Travel Vlogger content and blog maker content. In addition, national awards are a form of recognition for Travel Vloggers as their professional identity.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an implementation plan for ISO 9001:2015 in non-formal educational institutions in the programming field in Indonesia. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The study results show that non-formal educational institutions in the programming field in Indonesia have several deficiencies in implementing ISO 9001:2015, such as the absence of adequate documents to support the quality management system implementation. Based on the results of this study, an ISO 9001:2015 implementation plan can be prepared which consists of three stages. First, the preparation stage includes understanding the ISO 9001:2015 standard, document preparation, and employee training. Second, the implementation phase provides for the implementation of a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards and the measurement of system performance. Third, the maintenance stage includes the evaluation of the quality management system that has been implemented and follow-up on the results of the evaluation. The results of this study are proof that the application of ISO 9001:2015 in non-formal educational institutions in the field of programming is very important. The application of the ISO 9001:2015 concept is very important and this can be done immediately, without having to wait for the certification process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential and challenges in implementing Fellowship-Based Cooperative Learning in D.I Edutainment, especially for Generation Z. The method used in this qualitative research is a case study, with data collection conducted through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documents. The unit includes the analysis of Gen Z participation, and involves facilitators, namely D.I Edutainment managers as informants. D.I Edutainment shows significant potential in implementing fellowship-based cooperative learning. Thanks to the interactive edutainment concept, small programs, and adequate human resource support. However, this study also identified challenges such as Generation Z's relatively short attention span, preference for digital media, variations in self-confidence levels, and the need for structure and motivation for ongoing collaboration. It is recommended that D.I Edutainment utilize, develop interactive and collaborative vehicles, train facilitators, design interesting project groups, and optimize community courage. From an academic perspective, further research is needed on the impact of cooperative learning, the role of technology, Generation Z's perceptions, and their social skills measurement models.

Abstract

The application of ISO 9001: 2015 becomes an important issue in line with increasingly competitive competition in the industrial world. The company strives to maintain its position and increase consumer confidence. ISO 9001: 2015 can be used as a tool to measure the company's credibility globally and improve the quality of company management and meet the demand for products and services according to the wishes of consumers. The research aims to find out how far the application of ISO 9001: 2015 as a Quality Management System is applied in a company, what benefits will a company achieve when implementing an ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System, identify problems and solutions and what steps companies must take in order to implement the Management System ISO 9001: 2015 quality can run well. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results obtained in the form of a recapitulation of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 in the company in the form of constraints and obstacles, evaluation and benefits obtained after implementing the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System such as the division of authority and responsibilities of each division that is clearer, communication and response faster towards customers, continuous improvement and so on.

Abstract

Bandung Regency has a variety of nature-based tourism options that can be found here, each of which has its own uniqueness from one place to another. In fact, if you look at its geographic location, Bandung City and Bandung Regency are indeed very strategically located, as this area is very close to the capital city of Jakarta, which makes Bandung City and Bandung Regency currently a tourist escape for some people, especially residents of the capital city of Jakarta. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, and the results of this research show that there are several solutions to solving problems in Kampung Batu Malakasari to attract visitors to visit, namely the process of conveying information carried out by Kampung Batu Malakasari through a team. Marketing through offline promotions or pick-up and drop-off is to convince potential visitors to visit the Kampung Batu Malakasari tourist destination. Furthermore, by establishing cooperation between Kampung Batu Malakasari and schools, the selection of this promotion is in accordance with the main target of Kampung Batu Malakasari itself, so that information is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

In promotions, participation is needed to attract people's creativity. In the field of facilities and infrastructure, community participation also influences development so that facilities and infrastructure can be updated from time to time. Local communities, in developing and promoting their tourist destinations, act as spearheads in the world of tourism, which also requires energy and hard work. Without active participation from the community, development and promotion will not be successful. To help realize good tourism development, good community participation is also needed. Because with good participation from the surrounding community, tourism business goals can be achieved as expected. The aim of this research is to determine the participation of local communities in promoting the Citalutug tourist destination. The research method used in this research is a qualitative phenomenological research method. This type of research was chosen by the researcher because it fits the topic of discussion in the research. In this research approach, the researcher used various information obtained in Citalutug tourism as well as experiences during the research to be used as a data source. The results of this research show that the community participation provided by them contributed to the promotion of the Citalutug tourist destination so that it was able to develop as it is today.
