Sub-district in general acts as a community service center in certain areas. One of the sub-district services is to administer population administration letters. The main problem in sub-district in general there is no system that helps in storing Population Administration data. The Demography Administration Information System aims to carry out administration such as (Transfer Letter, Death Certificate, etc.). This system is also for handling a lot of documents so that the making of application letters can be faster and more efficient. In gathering information, the authors made direct observations and direct interviews with parties related to the administration of the village. making using the Demography Administration Information System with SDLC Waterfall method. In its development, planning is made starting from collecting all data and making designs to build system requirements. The programming language used is web-based. The advantages obtained in this application are made to make it easier for officers in handling a lot of documents, such as difficulty finding and printing data. And for the sake of data security to avoid data loss, data duplication and data manipulation. The system using the Sublime application with the programming language PHP, jquery, and Enterprise Architect 7.0. The result of this research is a village administration program that can assist the administrative activities of the village.

This community service project focuses on introducing a pocket book about Tepache, a fermented drink made from pineapple peel, as an effort to improve healthy lifestyles and sustainability in the community of Perum Batara Indah, Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. The background to this activity is the lack of public knowledge about the health benefits of fermented foods and drinks. The aim of this service is to increase public awareness and knowledge about the health benefits of Tepache and teach how to make it. The service partners are the people of Perum Batara Indah who actively participate in this activity. The method used is service learning which consists of four stages: investigation, preparation, action and reflection. The investigation stage was carried out through a survey to identify community needs and knowledge. During the preparation stage, a pocket book was prepared containing information about the health benefits and how to make Tepache. The action stage includes socialization, demonstrations of making Tepache to the public in the form of videos and product testers. Reflection stage by giving response questionnaires to the implementation of socialization. The results of this activity show that the community gave a positive response and there was an increase in knowledge and awareness of healthy living. These activities demonstrate that culturally relevant health interventions are effective in promoting sustainable lifestyle changes. These results are important because they show the potential of using local resources to improve public health and environmental sustainability

Kasus kehamilan berisiko tinggi kerap ditemukan di masyarakat, sehinga peran aktif masyarakat, khususnya para kader, sangat penting dalam mendeteksi ibu hamil yang berisiko. Namun agar kader bias melaksanakan tugas ini dengan baik, mereka perlu mendapatkan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimental dengan desain pre-eksperimental menggunakan rancanagn one group pre-test-postest. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan dengan total sampel, melibatkan 22 kader. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adala checklist penilaian KSPR. Untuk analisis data, digunakan uji beda mean dependen (paired t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000, yang mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan.

This research aimed to develop an interactive e-module with hologram and text-to-speech technologies for teaching junior high school science, specifically the human excretory system, in grade VIII. Using an R&D approach based on the Borg and Gall model up to the 7th stage (problem identification, data collection, product design, design validation, product trials, and revision), the e-module was validated by six experts. The study involved students from SMPN 1 Bumi Ratu Nuban Lampung Tengah, including 10 students for small group trials and 30 students for field trials. The results showed that the e-module, with 82% validation from media experts, 92% from content experts, and 88% from language experts, was highly valid. Student trials also indicated that the e-module on animal tissue material was engaging, with a 78% rating in small group trials and 80% in field trials. This study offers a valuable contribution to enhancing education through innovative, technology-based learning media.

Preeklamsi merupakan salah satu penyebab langsung kematian pada ibu hamil. Kasus kematian ibu di Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2021 sejumlah 30 kasus dengan total pemicu kematian tertinggi disebabkan oleh covid-19 berjumlah 12 kasus (40%), hipertensi berjumlah 9 kasus (30%), perdarahan berjumlah 6 kasus (20%), dan pemicu lain-lain berjumlah 3 kasus (10%). Salah satu deteksi dini pre eklamsi pada ibu hamil dengan penghitungan IMT dan pemeriksaan protein urine. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan tanggal 06 Maret 2023 di Desa Bengle dan sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah 30 ibu hamil. Pemeriksaan IMT dengan pengukuruan BB/TB dan protein urine menggunakan dipstick. Hasil pengabdian Ibu hamil yang mengalami obese sebanyak 4 (13%) orang dan ibu hamil yang mengalami overweight sebanyak 11 orang (36%) dan ibu hamil 3 (10%) ibu hamil dengan hasil protein urine (+). Upaya deteksi dini bagi hamil sangat penting untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi pada kehamian, persalinan dan nifas.

Project financial reports are documents used to track and present information about expenditures, and project financial performance. This report is usually prepared or created periodically (for example, every two weeks or every month) to help project management monitor the costs incurred. The project financial report must be in accordance with the Cost Budget Plan (RAB). The problem is that making the project financial report will be hampered if the costs to be reported are not listed on the RAB, the RAB must be revised. Every cost that will be included or reported in the project financial report must be cross-checked with the RAB first. The solution to the problem is to build a web-based application. The methodology used in making this application is the Waterfall method. If this application is implemented directly in the organization, it can be a solution in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the project report creation process

Kehamilan risiko tinggi adalah kehamilan patologi yang dapat mempengaruhi keadaan ibu dan janin yang dapat menyebabkan kematian ibu dan bayi. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) salah satunya melalui deteksi dini faktor risiko kehamilan oleh kader. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap kader dalam deteksi dini kehamilan resiko tinggi di desa dukuhwaru tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 27 kader di Desa Dukuhwaru Kabupaten Tegal tahun 2022, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi- square menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap kader dalam deteksi dini kehamilan resiko tinggi di Desa Dukuhwaru tahun 2022. Pengetahuan merupakan faktor yang penting dalam membentuk tindakan seseorang. Semakin baik pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh kader maka akan semakin baik pula dalam melakukan deteksi dini risiko tinggi kehamilan.

The application of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method in the interest of proving the criteria that are the key to the successful realization of user experience in an application. Seeing the many applications of the AHP method both in the system and in management, it is proven to be able to assist in the decision-making process objectively. The AHP method covers the data collection and analysis stages. For data collection, this study uses an online questionnaire method by utilizing a google form containing questions related to the success factors that affect the application of the learning management system. Respondents are random, the results are recapitulated by looking at the answers that are more chosen from each question. The total of the answers is processed to substantiate that the selected criteria are indeed well correlated with each other, by first completing the calculation in the form of a matrix with certain patterns using the AHP method.

The rapid development of technology in the digital era, including in the field of education, encourages continuous efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in managing academic and administrative activities. The process of new student admissions that is still carried out manually has caused various problems, such as long queues, the risk of data recording errors, lost documents, and a lack of transparency of information. This research aims to study the existing registration system, design an effective online registration system based on a website according to the needs, and compile detailed documentation of the system design. The software development method used in this research is the waterfall model. To collect the necessary data, the author conducted data collection activities using several methods, including observation, interviews, and literature studies. The result of this research is a design of a web- based information system for new student admissions that can improve time efficiency, facilitate the registration and selection process, support structured data storage, and provide easy access to information for prospective students and parents. Based on the analysis and system design described, it is expected that this system will provide time efficiency in the registration process and assist administrators in managing data.
