Abstract

Iren Mailuhu (64210645), The Influence of Competency and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Depok PT. PLN (Persero) PT. PLN (Persero) is a company owned by the state. The task of this company is to provide electricity distribution services and organize its main service units into several parts that are appropriate to the electric power system, such as generation, transmission and distribution. PT. PLN (Persero) in managing human resources needs to pay attention to the competency and work discipline of each employee in order to produce employees who are of good quality and superior performance. This research aims to determine the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Depok. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection using saturated samples or non-probability sampling. A total of 56 respondents were sampled and the data obtained was processed using SPSS version 27 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, The results of the analysis show that Y = 6.651, X1 = 0.625, Based on the coefficient of determination test, it was found that the two independent variables had an influence of 68.1% on employee performance.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Bojong Baru Village in designing structured business strategies through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The implementation method consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The preparation stage includes coordination with partners to identify problems and prepare training materials. The implementation stage includes delivering materials, direct practice in preparing the BMC matrix, and discussion and question and answer sessions. This stage involved 4 lecturers, 3 students, and 25 members of the MSME forum who were all present and showed high enthusiasm throughout the activity. The evaluation stage was carried out by analyzing the results of the questionnaire to measure the participants' understanding and satisfaction with the activity. The evaluation results showed that the material presented was in accordance with the needs of the partners. Most participants felt that they had gained new insights and improved skills in developing more focused and adaptive business strategies. In conclusion, this PKM activity has succeeded in providing a positive impact on strengthening the capacity of MSMEs through an educational approach that is applicable and participatory, and has the potential to encourage the growth of MSMEs that are more competitive and sustainable. This activity is expected to be an initial step in encouraging the Bojong Baru Village MSME Forum to be more ready to compete through more focused, creative, and adaptive business strategies to market changes.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of stock portfolios in the pharmaceutical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Sharpe method. The performance assessment was conducted on seven pharmaceutical companies actively traded from January to December 2020. The data used includes monthly closing stock prices and the Bank Indonesia Certificate (SBI) interest rate as a proxy for the risk-free rate. The results show that PT Indofarma (INAF) had the highest Sharpe ratio of 0.3928, indicating the most optimal return relative to the risk taken. On the other hand, PT Kimia Farma (KAEF) recorded a negative Sharpe ratio, reflecting underperformance during the study period. These findings can serve as a reference for investors in making investment decisions in the pharmaceutical sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penurunan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada beberapa unit di PT XYZ yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh ketidakseimbangan antara beban kerja dan imbalan, serta lemahnya penegakan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup kepada 91 karyawan tetap sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25, dengan tahapan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik (termasuk uji heteroskedastisitas menggunakan metode Glejser). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kompensasi maupun disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja secara parsial. Selain itu, secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pengelolaan kompensasi dan penegakan disiplin sebagai strategi peningkatan produktivitas kinerja karyawan di sektor pengembangan properti.

Abstract

Priamanaya Jasa Boga is a company in the field of leasing places to trade food and beverages which is often referred to as a food court. To find out whether tenant rental prices and maintenance costs affect the profit income of PT. Priamanaya Jasa is seen from ROI and ROE, The method used in this study is Descriptive Quantitative. The results of this study show that the analysis of tenant rental pricing and maintenance costs to determine profit income using ROI and ROE at PT. Priamanaya Jasa Boga in 2019-2022 can get a profit or benefited.

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) was carried out with a partner, the manager of Siengkong TapiOK, which is one of the MSME actors in the city of Bogor. The problem faced by partners is apart from worrying about eroding profits when paying taxes, there is also limited knowledge in making tax payments online using the OnlinePajak application. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Siengkong TapiOK managers in paying taxes online. Implementation of PKM activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. Recapitulation analysis shows that the material presented is in accordance with partner needs. The statistical results of the paired sample t-test show that this training has proven to have a positive and significant impact on increasing the knowledge and skills of Siengkong TapiOK managers

Abstract

The rapid growth of the telecommunications industry and fierce competition make assessing the financial performance of telecommunications companies increasingly important. This study analyzes the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2018-2022 with a special focus on liquidity ratio analysis. The purpose of this study is to identify companies that have optimal financial performance and understand the development of their financial position. A descriptive quantitative non-statistical approach was applied to this study. Financial data from five telecommunication companies listed on the IDX were collected and analyzed to assess liquidity performance during the study period. The results showed PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk had the best liquidity performance with an increase in cash and cash equivalents from 2018 to 2022. However, other companies experience fluctuations in liquidity ratios. To improve liquidity performance, these companies need to optimize the use of current assets, monitor current debt, and improve the cash cycle. This research provides an overview of the financial performance of telecommunications companies on the IDX and can be used by investors in making investment decisions. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk shows the best liquidity performance, while other companies need to improve their liquidity performance.

Abstract

Banyaknya penjual baru dalam sektor kosmetik dan sektor rumah tangga dapat menimbulkan persaingan yang sangat ketat. Hal ini membuat sektor kosmetik dan sektor rumah tangga mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaanya untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan usahanya untuk mencegah kebangkrutan. Penelitian ini untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan, mengetahui pertumbuhan rasio keuangan, dan menggolongkan perusahaan dalam keadaaan tidak bangkrut pada perusahaan kosmetik dan peralatan rumah tangga. Jenis data yang digunakan data sekunder didapatkan dari www.Idx.co.id. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling terdapat 6 perusahaan kosmetik dan peralatan rumah tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode altman z score dengan 5 variabel X1, X2, X3, X4,dan X5. Memiliki rumus Z= 1,2 X1+ 1,4 X2 +3,3 X3+0,64 X4+1,0 X5. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang memiliki. Perusahaan yang menunjukkan dalam kondisi sehat dari tahun 2017 sampai 2021 adalah PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk dan PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

The Real Estate Management and Development company is a company that has good development and prospects for the future. To assess the company's performance, one can refer to the financial statements. A good financial statement reflects quality profits. Profits are considered of quality if they have stability and predictability. Profits can also be measured through financial ratios such as Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Assets (ROA). The objective of this study is to determine whether each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable and whether the independent variables collectively have an effect on the dependent variable. The data collection method in this study uses quantitative research with secondary data taken from the financial statements of Real Estate Management and Development companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2024. In this research, data processing is assisted by SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that the ROE variable (X1) does not have a partial effect on Earnings Quality (Y), and the ROA variable (X2) does not have a partial effect on Earnings Quality (Y) either. Simultaneously, the independent variables have an effect on the dependent variable.
