Abstract

The effort to reduce poverty, it is hoped that the economic growth of a region can be spread evenly. To equalize the economic level of its citizens, local governments provide many opportunities for their citizens to get help or subsidies and even help open businesses so that the welfare of their citizens can be improved. The availability of accurate and sustainable citizens' economic status data is one of the important instruments for evaluating government policies in alleviating poverty by distributing targeted aid. Therefore, this study will conduct a classification based on data from citizens with low economic levels obtained from Pasar Babakan Sub-district, Bogor. The data used in this study is the data of underprivileged residents who are in Pasar Babakan Sub-district Bogor using data mining techniques. The training data are taken from 214 citizens that has a category of underprivileged citizens with attributes used in the classification of income per day, occupation and number of dependents. The test results using the Naive Bayes Classifier method produce 100% accuracy including the excellent category with 100% precision and 100% recall.

Abstract

Pandemic and social restrictions are inseparable things, with the existence of these restrictions, several sectors of life have changed, including the economic sector, the number of unemployed due to layoffs has increased because a number of companies have difficulty covering operational costs. The central government finally took a policy to provide social assistance to residents who met the criteria of being poor and the determination was left to the local government. The method used to assist decision making to determine suitable beneficiaries is to use TOPSIS. With the TOPSIS method, it is hoped that the assessment will be more precise because it is based on predetermined criteria and weight values ??so that more accurate results will be obtained. In this research, the results obtained from ranking to determine the priority for citizens to get Covid 19 social assistance and the results of residents who do not earn because they do not work while having dependents of more than 5 people who are more than 30 years old get the top priority

Abstract

Di masa pandemi seperti saat ini, kebergantungan terhadap teknologi sangat besar. Semua kegiatan dialihkan menjadi berbasis daring termasuk salah satunya adalah penjualan. Penjualan melalui website termasuk didalamnya penyediaan informasi terhadap produk yang disediakan menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk kelancaran proses penjualan dan promosi. Untuk memudahkan pengguna perlu diperhatikan aspek usability sebagai indikator keberhasilan sebuah website sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna atau belum. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian usability terhadap website Andaru Persada Mandiri sebagai penyedia alat laboratorium yang termasuk di dalamnya alat untuk melakukan tes usap sebagai pendeteksi awal Corona Virus Disease 19. Pengujian dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan model Nielsen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa website Andaru Persada Mandiri memenuhi 4 variabel dari 5 variabel pengujian menurut atribut Nielsen, yaitu: learnability dengan nilai 3,93; memorability dengan nilai 3,99; efficiency dengan nilai 3,82; dan satisfaction dengan nilai 3,78. Ke depannya diharapkan website Andaru Persada Mandiri dapat memenuhi seluruh variabel agar dapat diterima dengan baik oleh penggunanya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Augmented Reality (AR) digunakan untuk pembelajaran maupun permainan anak-anak. Para penggunanya dapat berinteraksi real time. Augmented Reality memberikan pengalaman kepada pengguna untuk berinteraksi dengan konten virtual di dunia nyata. Dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai Augmented Reality, maka dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui webinar dengan tema pengenalan dan pelatihan pembuatan aplikasi Augmented Reality. Peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah anggota Komunitas Bogor Mengabdi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan praktik pembuatan Augmented Reality. Pada akhir kegiatan disampaikan angket untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, serta menguji keberhasilan kegiatan bagi peserta dalam mendapatkan pengetahuan Augmented Reality melalui transfer pengetahuan, penguasaan materi, kejelasan penyampaian materi, dan ketepatan alokasi waktu. Dari hasil penyebaran angket didapatkan rata-rata persentase pemahaman peserta mengenai Augmented Reality sebelum kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah lebih kecil dari 10 persen dan setelah kegiatan meningkat menjadi 96,42%. Luaran kegiatan ini dapat membantu dalam membentuk masyarakat digital, khususnya anggota Komunitas Bogor Mengabdi yang memiliki pemahaman mengenai Augmented Reality dan pembuatannya.Abstract: Augmented Reality (AR) is used for learning and children's games. The users can interact in real time. Augmented Reality provides users with an experience to interact with virtual content in the real world. With the aim of increasing participants' understanding of Augmented Reality, community service is carried out through webinars with the theme of introduction and training in making Augmented Reality applications. Participants in this community service are members of the Bogor Mengabdi Community using the lecture, demonstration, and practice of making Augmented Reality. At the end of the activity, it was presented to find out the differences in the knowledge of the participants before and before community service, as well as to test the success of the participants in gaining knowledge through knowledge transfer, mastery of material, giving materials, and time allocation. From the results of the questionnaire distribution, it was found that the average percentage of participants' understanding of Augmented Reality before this community service activity was less than 10 percent and after the activity increased to 96.42%. The output of this activity can help in shaping a digital society, especially members of the Bogor Serving Community who have an understanding of Augmented Reality and its creation.

Abstract

Menjadi videografer adalah hobi yang populer di masa pandemi ini karena berkreasi dalam bentuk video dan konten di YouTube menjadi alternatif selain sekedar mengisi waktu luang atau menghasilkan uang. Untuk mendukung kamera diperlukan perangkat pendukung, dalam hal ini seiring berjalannya waktu kamera yang mumpuni juga bisa didapatkan dari perangkat smartphone, teknologi perangkat tersebut harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan pengguna dalam mengoperasikannya. Gimbal Stabilizer salah satu jawabannya, menggunakan gimbal stabilizer menjadi salah satu alternatif karena dapat meredam getaran sehingga gambar yang dihasilkan lebih maksimal. Banyak website memberikan informasi tentang produk gimbal stabilizer dengan memberikan banyak informasi dalam gambar dan ulasan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, analisis sentimen merupakan solusi untuk masalah pengelompokan opini atau review menjadi opini positif atau negatif secara otomatis berdasarkan hal ini untuk mendapatkan penilaian penggunaan gimbal berdasarkan analisis sentimen yang diberikan melalui review produk, kami akan mencoba menguji parameter untuk menghasilkan n gram pada tahap pre-processing, k-fold pada cross validation dan penerapan particle swarm optimization untuk meningkatkan akurasi menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Hasil dari tester ini menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 84,42. Becoming a videographer is a popular hobby during this pandemic because creating works in the form of videos and content on YouTube is an alternative to just filling your spare time or making money. To support the camera, the supporting device is needed, in this case, as time goes by, a capable camera can also be obtained from smartphone devices, the technology of the device must be balanced with the user’s ability to operate it. Gimbal Stabilizer is one of the answers, using a gimbal stabilizer is an alternative because it can reduce vibrations so that the resulting image is maximized. Many websites provide information about gimbal stabilizer products by providing a lot of information in images and user reviews. Therefore, sentiment analysis is a solution to the problem of grouping opinions or reviews into positive or negative opinions automatically based on this to get an assessment of the use of gimbals based on the sentiment analysis provided through product reviews, we will try to test the parameters to produce n grams at the pre-processing stage, k-fold on cross validation and the application of particle swarm optimization to increase accuracy using the Naive Bayes method. The results of this tester produce an accuracy of 84.42

Abstract

The pros and cons of the Old Age Security (JHT) claim rules contained in the Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 2 of 2022 are unavoidable in Indonesia, especially on Twitter social media. Of course, this is something that deserves to be analyzed as government policy makers so as not to make a wrong move, one of which is using sentiment analysis techniques. The stages of the research carried out include data collection, pre-processing, the model used, experimentation and model assessment, as well as validation and evaluation of results. The researcher crawled 1000 Indonesian-language tweets on the pros and cons of claims related to Old Age Security using the R programming language and carried out the Text Cleaning Process. In the next stage, pre-processing is carried out using Case Folding, Stemming, Tokenizing and Stopword Removal. This research resulted in the sentiments of the Indonesian people being very happy with the president's statement asking for the regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 2 of 2022 to be revised, then tested using 3 classification algorithms and the application of Particle Swarm Optimization feature selection. The results of the sentiment testing of the JHT benefit claim analysis obtained the highest value on the Support Vector Machine algorithm with the addition of Particle Swarm Optimization, namely the accuracy value of 82.92%, precision of 84.53%, recall of 80.90% and AUC value of 0.892..Keywords: Support Vector Machine, Sentiment Analysis, Old Age Guaranteedsar 0.892

Abstract

Community Service is one of the Tri Dharma of higher education that must be carried out by lecturers. In this service, the lecturers from Bina Sarana Informatics University conducted training for the staff of the Al-Muhajirin Islamic Education Foundation in the city of Bogor. The training is in the form of word processing, numbers and presentations. Where foundation staff will be taught how to use Microsoft Office applications. For the method of carrying out this activity in the form of word processing training using Ms.Word, number processing using Ms. Excel and making report presentations using Ms. Power point. This training will be held on September 17 2022 at 09.00 until finished. With this training, it is hoped that the foundation's staff will be able to understand and be able to apply the use of Microsoft Office applications and take advantage of the features in these applications. The target of this community service activity is to help foundation staff by providing knowledge about the use of Microsoft Office applications. While the output targets to be produced are from this community service, namely: 1) Training Module for the Utilization of Word Processing Applications, Numbers and Presentations using Microsoft Office. 2) Articles in local print or electronic media. 3) Implementation documentation and 4) Journals published.     media massa cetak atau elektronik lokal. 3)Dokumentasi pelaksanaan dan 4) Jurnal yangditerbitkan.

Abstract

Telkomsat adalah anak perusahaan Telkom yang mempunyai jangkuan luas di indonesia dalam menyediakan layanan jaringan komunikasi berbasis satelite. Untuk menjamin layanan jaringan komunikasi berjalan baik, Teknisi selalu siap kapanpun dan dimanapun apabila diperlukan adanya perbaikan jaringan. Saat ini penggantian uang perjalanan dilakukan dengan melakukan konfirmasi melalui whatsapp dan penginputan data pembiayaan dinas menggunakan excel yang sulit untuk didokumentasikan secara efektif dan efisien. Masalah lain yang dikeluhkan teknisi terletak pada waktu pengembalian yang lama dan tidak bisa ditentukan serta bukti pelunasan berupa cuplikan layar. Model Prototype adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model menjadi sistem final. Sistem informasi Penggantian Uang Perjalanan Dinas ini dirancang menggunakan model prototype dengan tujuan mempermudah Teknisi dalam melakukan pengajuan penggantian biaya selama melakukan perjalanan sehingga dapat mengefesiensikan waktu dalam proses pekerjaannya dan menjadi solusi yang tepat dan meningkatkan efesiensi untuk perusahaan

Abstract

The Ministry of Religious Affairs proposes to increase the cost of Hajj Travel (Bipih) in 1444 H/2023 M to Rp.69.19 million. There is a fairly high increase in costs compared to 2022. This raises sentiment in the community, there are public opinions for and against the issue of rising Bipih on social media twitter. The purpose of this study was to analyze the sentiment on the issue of increasing the cost of Hajj Travel and to prove whether Naive Bayes is a good classifier of text on the issue of incremental sentiment. Naive Baye is one of the best text classifier algorithms. Data taken from social media twitter. The Data are grouped into pro and Contra opinions and then processed using python programming language and jupyter as text editor. Data used as much as 850 data. The Data is divided into training data and testing data with a ratio of 80:20. With the number of training data of 679 data and the number of testing data of 170 data. Then implement Multinominal Naive Bayes algorithm (MNB) as text classifier and word weighting using TF-IDF. The test results obtained accuracy value of 89% and ROC value of 0.91. It is proven that Multinominal Naive Bayes algorithm (MNB) is a good classifier of text for sentiment analysis of opinion on the issue of increasing the cost of Hajj travel because it is included in the Excellent Classification.

Abstract

Di Kecamatan Bogor Tengah, Kota Bogor terdapat Kelurahan Paledang. Salah satu kegiatan kelompok Ibu-ibu PKK di Kelurahan Paledang adalah melakukan sensus terhadap jenis pekerjaan seluruh warga Kelurahan Paledang. Pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual yang memakan waktu lama dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu kelompok Ibu-ibu PKK di Kelurahan Paledang dalam pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel melalui Google Spreadsheet melalui media handphone, sehingga pengolahan data dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja, kapan saja, dan di mana saja, sambil tetap menjaga kerahasiaan informasi. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan cara penyampaian materi secara langsung dan memberikan pelatihan dalam penggunaan Google Spreadsheet
