Abstract

This study aims to analyse the sentiment of Twitter users towards the Public Housing Savings (Tapera) policy in Indonesia using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm optimised by Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). In recent years, social media has emerged as a primary platform for individuals to express their views and opinions on public policies. The government programme, Tapera, which was designed to increase access to housing for the public, attracted considerable attention, with a range of responses, including both positive and negative sentiments. The methodology employed in this study comprised the collection of data from Twitter, the processing of text, and the application of SVM-based classification techniques, reinforced by PSO, with the objective of enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the model. The results demonstrated that the PSO-optimised SVM model exhibited an accuracy of 85%, accompanied by an Area Under Curve (AUC) value of 0.84 and a ROC curve that indicated the model's notable capacity for differentiating between positive and negative sentiments. These findings indicate the existence of certain sentiment patterns that can be utilised for the evaluation and improvement of Tapera policies. In conclusion, this research is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the public response to the Tapera policy and present an analytical model that can be applied to evaluate other policies. Further research is recommended to expand data coverage and develop algorithms to achieve more accurate results.

Abstract

The Women Farmers Group (KWT) Pancasona, located in the Dephan Pondok Rajeg Asri complex, manages 5 plot areas and 1 greenhouse, focusing on providing organic vegetables. However, they face challenges in effectively utilizing social media to promote their harvests and sales, particularly in digital content creation. This community service initiative aims to provide training in digital content creation using the Canva application to enhance product marketing through social media. The methods used include observation to identify the problems faced by the partners, preparation of appropriate training materials, conducting training and mentoring in technology-based content creation with Canva, and evaluation to measure participants' understanding after the training. The results show that participants' understanding of the Canva application increased from 61% in the pretest to 92% in the posttest. Feedback from questionnaires indicated high satisfaction with the materials, facilities, and benefits of the training. Overall, this activity was effective in improving the knowledge and skills of participants, helping to provide solutions to marketing problems by optimizing social media use.

Abstract

Text summarization technology is increasingly used to simplify the vast amount of news information available in the digital era. This study compares two popular text summarization methods, the Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK) and TextRank, in the context of news summarization using the Python programming language. The goal of this research is to evaluate the performance of both algorithms based on summary quality and processing time. The dataset comprises a collection of news articles in Indonesian, processed using both methods. The results indicate that each algorithm has distinct advantages: TextRank excels in generating more coherent summaries, while NLTK demonstrates faster processing times. This study aims to contribute insights into the selection of an appropriate text summarization method for automating news summarization across various applications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Webqual 4.0 method in measuring the quality of the Central Jakarta City General Election Commission (in Indonesia it is abbreviated as KPU) website. This method focuses on three dimensions of usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data. The sample of this study were employees and the general public. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis processed using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study showed that the usability variable did not have a significant effect on website quality measurement. The Information Quality variable did not have a significant effect on website quality measurement. And the Interaction Quality variable had a significant effect on website quality measurement.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi saat ini semakin maju dengan cepat dan memberikan dampak besar pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, seperti bisnis, kesehatan, hiburan, dan tak terkecuali aspek pendidikan. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan, sekolah memiliki banyak sekali informasi yang harus dikelola dengan baik, Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi khususnya yang berbasis web masih belum di terapkan di SMPI Yapkum Kota Depok dan cenderung masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. Dengan merancang sistem informasi akademik berbasis web merupakan tujuan dan solusi yang mampu mengolah data serta informasi dengan lebih cepat, tepat dan terorganisir. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web ini adalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, desain, code generation, testing dan support. Dapat dipahami bahwa sistem informasi akademik pada SMPI Yapkum Kota Depok ini memiliki peran yang penting dalam efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data akademik. Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web memberikan akses dan pengelolaan data yang efisien dan terpusat. administrator, siswa, guru, walikelas, dan orang tua memiliki peran dan fungsionalitas yang berbeda sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka.This study aims to design and build a web-based Academic Information System (SI-AKAD) at SMPI YAPKUM Depok City to improve the efficiency of academic data management and information services to students, teachers, and administrative staff. Currently, the management of academic data such as class schedules, student grades, and attendance is still done manually, so it is prone to recording errors, information delays, and difficulties in searching for data. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and documentation studies to collect system requirements, as well as a waterfall approach in software development. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based SI-AKAD application that provides main features such as student data management, filling in and reporting grades, creating class schedules, and attendance information. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and is equipped with a user-friendly interface so that it is easy to use by the school. System testing is carried out using the black box method to ensure that all functions run according to needs. With the SI-AKAD, it is hoped that the academic administration process at SMPI YAPKUM can run more effectively, transparently, and integrated, thus supporting the improvement of the quality of education services.

Abstract

Pesantren Penghafal Al Quran Nahwa Nur terletak di desa Sukmajaya Kecamatan Tajur Halang Kota Bogor. Anak-anak santri Pesantren Penghafal Al Quran Nahwa Nur memerlukan kemampuan di bidang desain grafis untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam kreatifitas desain grafis agar tidak hanya berprestasi dalam hafalan alquran saja tapi juga dapat berprestasi di bidang seni desain grafis. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan kepada anak-anak santri Pesantren Penghafal Al quran Nahwa Nur mengenai teknik Desain Grafis yang mana pelaksanaanya akan dilakukan secara dalam jaringan. Peserta akan dilatih bagaimana cara memanipulasi gambar mendesain gambar baru, dan menggunakan tools pada aplikasi desain grafis. Dengan pemberian pelatihan ini anak-anak santri pesantren penghafal Al Quran Nahwa Nur akan memiliki keahlian dalam bidang desain grafis. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui survey kepuasan peserta. Dari hasil survey didapatkan hasil kepuasan peserta sebesar 99,41%.

Abstract

Pentingnya informasi dalam proses difusi inovasi tidak bisa diabaikan. Bagaimana informasi ini disebarluaskan melalui media tertentu akan berpengaruh pada cara masyarakat menerima dan mengadopsinya termasuk di dalam Yayasan Al Muhajirin Kota Bogor Jawa Barat. Banyaknya aktivitas yang dilakukan mulai dari sosialisasi kegiatan pendidikan sampai sosial kemanusiaan masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Tidak sedikit masyarakat yang kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi terkait Yayasan disebabkan kurang luasnya informasi yang diberikan dan hanya orang-orang sekitar saja yang mengetahui dikarenakan penyampaian informasi melalui mulut ke mulut dan brosur serta kurangnya pengetahuan dan kompetensi pengurus dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pelatihan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membangun serta pengembangan sistem informasi dalam memanfaatkan media teknologi informasi. Metode kegiatan berupa pelatihan pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis website. Hasil yang di dapatkan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat antara lain para peserta memiliki peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 85% terhadap pembuatan dan pengembangan website sebagai media komunikasi dan informasi.

Abstract

Yayasan Al Muhajirin Kota Bogor Jawa Barat telah menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen yayasan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi ini telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kegiatan operasional Yayasan terhadap masyarakat pada umumnya dan staf Yayasan pada khususnya, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi sistem secara mendalam dan menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja sistem informasi Yayasan Al Muhajirin dengan menggunakan framework PIECES. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pada skala likert untuk semua variabel berada pada kategori Puas dengan variabel Informasi pada nilai tertinggi sebesar 4,11 dan variabel Efisiensi pada nilai terendah sebesar 3,75. Penelitian ini akan menjadi acuan Yayasan Al Muhajirin dalam melakukan perbaikan dalam upaya peningkatan kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi Yayasan Al Muhajirin.

Abstract

In the modern era, the evolution of the beauty industry, particularly beauty salons, has become a significant part of the demand for personal appearance and preferences. This article discusses the importance of implementing a Web-Based E-Booking System for salons, offering a solution to customers facing relatively long waiting times for salon services. This system aids in providing clear information regarding salon operating hours, price lists, and effectively manages queue numbers when customers visit. Through the application of fundamental website development concepts using technologies like HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL, this system enables customers to book services online. Thus, it explores the design, business process analysis, system architecture, and interface ensuring convenience, comfort, and efficiency for both salons and customers.
