Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of dividend policy, investment decisions, and funding decisions on business value in LQ45 companies listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2019. Secondary data from 12 LQ45 firms was used. With panel data, the analysis technique employs multiple linear regression. According to the findings of the research, partially dividend policy and investment decisions have a considerable positive impact on business value, whereas funding decisions have no significant impact on firm value. This demonstrates that the dividend distribution decision has a significant impact on investors' perceptions of the company and demonstrates the company's ability to pay profits to shareholders. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan dividen, keputusan investasi dan keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari 12 perusahaan LQ45. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda data panel. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kebijakan dividen dan keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan keputusan pendanaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembagian dividen sangat berpengaruh terhadap pandangan investor terhadap perusahaan dan menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan memberikan profit terhadap pemegang saham.

Abstract

An asset management role is required to analyze and optimize revenue sources and efficient systems to reduce costs. Construction service companies that tend to have fewer fixed assets than their current assets have constraints in suppressing production prices and must be able to manage them efficiently to maintain their existence in the market. The data shows the growth in the number of construction service companies which continues to increase and the construction price index which continues to decline, requiring efficient asset management to reduce production costs. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO) asset management instruments, Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO), Inventory Turnover (IT), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Operating Profit Margin (OPM) in construction service companies in Indonesia. The research sample is 5 large-scale construction companies in Indonesia with vulnerable observation periods from 2017 to 2021. The method used in this research is panel data regression to examine the relationship between research variables. The results of this study indicate that Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) have an effect on the Operational Profit Margin (OPM) of construction service companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO) and Inventory Turnover (IT) have no effect on OPM in Indonesian construction service companies. The results of this study have implications for construction service companies that asset management is very important for the company's progress, especially in increasing profits. This research contributes to the ability of construction service companies to manage their assets effectively, because the construction service business actor is the party responsible for implementing infrastructure development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Employees, as vital assets, are essential for a company's effective operation, and neglecting their well-being can lead to substantial losses. A company's ability to prioritize employee welfare fosters a sense of loyalty, crucial for enhanced productivity. Employee loyalty, reflected in a desire to stay with a company, stems from a comfortable organizational environment. Factors influencing this loyalty encompass work motivation, discipline, leadership quality, and a positive non-physical work environment. This study at PT BPR BKK Purwokerto, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis on 60 respondents, reveals that work motivation, discipline, leadership, and the non-physical work environment significantly contribute to fostering employee loyalty. The implications of these findings underscore the strategic importance of holistic employee management in organizational success. By investing in motivational strategies, cultivating effective leadership, fostering disciplined work culture, and promoting a positive non-physical work environment, companies can create an environment conducive to lasting employee loyalty. This not only ensures employee satisfaction but also establishes a foundation for heightened productivity, reducing turnover costs and contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan untuk membantu para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya sehingga dapat memperkuat perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Kutaliman Kecamatan Kedung Banteng Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyampaian materi penyuluhan adalah ceramah umum secara bergantian dari tim penyuluh yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketrampilan para pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja melalui pengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia sehingga dapat memperkuat ekonomi masyarakat, serta menambah wawasan keilmuan secara empiris. Dengan demikian, ilmu pengetahuan yang dimiliki para pelaku usaha dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan praktis sehingga dapat memperkuat ekonomi masyarakat dan perekonomian desa. Selain itu, para pelaku usaha perlu dimotivasi secara terus menerus guna meningkatkan produktivitas kerja dan perlu adanya pendampingan berkelanjutan mulai dari proses awal pembentukan usaha sampai usaha dapat berjalan dengan baik agar usahanya semakin berkembang sehingga manfaatnya dapat lebih dirasakan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to provide an understanding of knowledge about efforts to increase sales through marketing strategies and provide knowledge about business development A marketing strategy is a set of goals and objectives, policies and rules that guide a company's marketing efforts from time to time, at all levels and references and allocations, especially the company's response to the environment and competitive conditions that are always changing (Assauri, 2017). An example of a marketing strategy, business actors carry out partnership marketing (collaborating with other parties), collaborating with influencers, involving employees in introducing products and retaining customers. The target of this community service is the owner of the Three Brothers Mushroom UMKM Business in Kalikesur Village, Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas Regency The method used is the lecture method from the community service team or face-to-face and the provision of assistance with spinner tools and digital scales. With the help of these tools, the production results can be crispier, crunchier and savory and the appearance of the product is whiter in color. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand trust, kualitas produk, perceived price dan perceived value terhadap minat membeli kembali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto yang menggunakan produk Sunscreen Madam Gie dengan populasi telah diketahui dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa brand trust dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat membeli kembali, perceived price tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat membeli kembali dan perceived value berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap minat membeli kembali produk Sunscreen Madam Gie pada mahasiswa Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Untuk implikasi dalam penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan memberikan informasi yang jelas mengenai produk mereka, melakukan inovasi desain pada kemasan, meningkatkan strategi harga yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan seperti diskon serta promosi dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta minat konsumen terhadap Sunscreen Madam Gie.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan, kualitas produk, citra merek dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk susu UHT Ultramilk di Kota Purwokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan susu UHT Ultramilk di Kota Purwokerto. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakkan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakkan Teknik non-probability sampling dan menggunakkan metode purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakkan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan statistik SPSS 22. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk susu UHT Ultramilk di Kota Purwokerto, maka hipotesis diterima (2) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk susu UHT Ultramilk di Kota Purwokerto, maka hipotesis ditolak (3) citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk susu UHT Ultramilk di Kota Purwokerto, maka hipotesis diterima 4) Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk susu UHT Ultramilk di Kota Purwokerto, maka hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of a gap phenomenon in the form of differences in research results for each variable, then there is a gap phenomenon in the form of observations of 50 skincare user respondents in Purwokerto showing that Skintific will be ranked 2nd after MS GLOW in 2023. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of style. life, brand image, brand trust and celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions for skincare products in Purwokerto. The population in this research is scientific consumers who buy and use in Purwokerto with a sample of 100. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test calculations. The results of this research show that Lifestyle, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Celebrity Endorsement influence purchasing decisions. From the results of this research it can be implied that skincare skintific needs to innovate its products, increase branding in the community by endorsing influencers, and provide real evidence of quality. skincare skintific.

Abstract

Abstract This research is based on gap research in the form of differences in research results for each variable. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, work environment, organizational culture, and punishment partially and simultaneously on work discipline at the Purbalingga Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. Determination of the sample using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data obtained through distributing questionnaires to research respondents totaling 67 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with least squares equations and hypothesis testing using t-count to test partial regression coefficients and F-count to test the effect simultaneously with a confidence level of 5%. The results of the research show that leadership and work environment punishment have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on work discipline. From the research results, it can be implied that the leadership of the Population and Civil Registration Service provides motivation to employees, provides a decent workplace, pays more attention to employees, and improves work discipline.
